Adquirí un tv , buscando la mejor compatibilidad compré la barra de sonido, me ha gustado mucho, la calidad de sonido es muy buena así como los bajos. incluso para pequeños fiestas en casa me ha funcionado. el cajón de subwoofer es inalámbrico es me agrada mucho por que lo puedes poner al lado de del sillón.

Despite online manuals for this soundbar and sub-woofer stating that the optical cable was included, on arrival the user manual inside the box stated that the optical cable was optional and not supplied. The optical cable was the reason I purchased this to replace my original Samsung HW-T420 which the online manual stated that the optical cable was not supplied. Very disappointed with this. Hence only 4 stars.

We understand you're disappointed to learn that an optical cable isn't supplied in the box with your soundbar, Dave. After reviewing the Accessories section in the Specs for this specific model, it appears that the package only includes the remote control and wall bracket. Since this soundbar offers Bluetooth connectivity, a wired connection through an optical cable is an optional choice, and thus the optical cable is not included by default. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback, and we will certainly take it into consideration for future improvements. The rear speakers (add on option) have a wireless hub so wires don't go across your room and have adjustable volume. It is connected to a compatible Samsung ..the sound is amazing! It may be used via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi You can setup tap to play so you just tap the soundbar with your phone to connect and play. I added the rear speaker kit, which i highly recommend and everyone that listens to it is completely blown away. The setup took literally minutes. It too longer to unpack than setup. Thanks Samsung !

Really like the feature that it automatically turns on when I turn on my Bluetooth on my PC and automatically connects. Has pretty good sound loud and decent base no it's not the type of Base that's going to Rattle your windows but it does the job pretty darn well for the size and price point that it is.

The sound is awesome it make watch movies that much more interesting being able to heae every little boom & whisper that much better. It's Worth spending the money for one. This soundbar is on the lower end but it's still awesome & I plan to upgrade to a better better samsung sound bar here in the near future.

I recently got a PS5 and it sounds great with games as well. I normally like Bose equipment, but this was a great buy! It is this and the TV are the first upgrade my wife and I bought ourselves in a really long time and it was well worth it. Next step is wire management after I finish moving my desk into my new office.

Used it for watching movies, some gaming and music, and the sound is amazing considering how thin it is! I've only one issue with it, and it's that it heats up rather quickly (depending on speaker volume), which causes it to restart constantly until you can solve it (ensure proper cooling and spacing for the grill).

piece of junk. wont connect to remote. no codes to be found anywhere on the internet. won't connect to the tv to control the volume. won't display what's going on in the front of the sound bar. can't connect it to my phone because i can't see the display. and i've just been hours on this samsung website only to be brushed off over and over again to the same screens with no support.

Whether I'm watching sports, a movie, or playing a video game, the audio quality is great with awesome surround sound and excellent bass. user manual is not user friendly. very cryptic info. took longer to set up. needs to be more informative like setting up the 2 components. once figured out it did work fine. but we have slight delay in voice to picture. my real concern is based on other reviews that it is not reliable. unfortunately had bought it to pair with new samsung tv.

I can hear very clearly when I am in another room which I do quite a lot. it took some time to work out how the volume controls work but once i have mastered that i am using the soundbar ll the time.

I have tried plugging it in to different power points incase the power point was faulty but the fault is definitely with the sound bar. I love Samsung but this product is a horrible failure

But after 4 hours of owning this product it stopped working and would not power on. I understand there are always faulty appliances but not powering on is a big fault to get missed.

I bought this last week, it was great until it died after 1 day. I set it up, enjoyed it flr an afternoon but would not turn on the next day. I took it back and to be exchanged, the replacement didn't even last a couple of hours. It is ridiculous that has happened. Never purchasing Samsung again. ABSOLUTE TRASH

Hello robert, If your soundbar is connected to your TV with an optical cable, you can control the volume and mute the soundbar using your Samsung TV's remote. If you are not using a Samsung TV, you can still control the soundbar, but you will need to enable this feature. 1) Use the TV remote to navigate to Settings, select Sound, and then select Sound Output on your Samsung TV. 2) Select your Samsung soundbar, and then select Close. Now you can use your TV remote to adjust volume and mute the soundbar. The soundbar should also turn on and off with the TV. Other manufacturers’ remotes may have to be enabled on your soundbar. First, turn Off the Soundbar. Once powered off, push up and hold the WOOFER button for 5 seconds. Each time you push the WOOFER button up and hold it for 5 seconds, the mode switches in the following order: “OFF-TV REMOTE” (Default mode), “SAMSUNG-TV REMOTE”, “ALL-TV REMOTE”. Please also make sure your speaker settings on the TV are set to External Speaker. I hope this tip helps improve your enjoyment.
