Worked for 4 hours can't be turned on unless unplugged from wall and plugged back in again. Then will work and randomly shut down again and not able to turn back on unless procedure above is followed. Also a lot of options mentioned in manual are non existent such as Bass Boost and adaptive sound options. The Sound Option Button only displays the current input. Total Rubbish until resolved!!! Waiting for Samsung to get replacement unit but constantly have to follow up through Chat or Facebook to get a Status update. Extremely frustrating.

Had it working in no time though the remote was a little confusing as I couldn’t figure out how to change the volume to begin with. Maybe a bit on the remote control in the user manual would be good. Watched a marvel movie and it was like being in the cinema.

It is cannot be connected to Alexa or Smartthings apps, which is disappointing as for more than a month I have been trying to get it to work and now I am past the return date. Also, BT has to be paired everytime you turn tv on again. Voice and pic doesn't sync a lot of times and I use both the BT connection and the wired connection.Volume numbers need to be higher than sound control numbers on Samsung S95 tv

This is the first soundbar i have purchased. I find the sounds from the TV is is connected to are far better than the TV speaker. I can hear very clearly when I am in another room which I do quite a lot. it took some time to work out how the volume controls work but once i have mastered that i am using the soundbar ll the time.

I have listened to other soundbars at friends places and when we house sit and I am continually amazed at how good my HW-B450 B-Series Soundbar sounds in my loungeroom. It was on special at the time directly with Samsung however I would not hesitate in recommending all of the Samsung sound bars if mine is anything to go by.

Like so many other people have said, no power supply. Brand new out of box and it will not turn on or receive any sort of power. I have tried plugging it in to different power points incase the power point was faulty but the fault is definitely with the sound bar. I love Samsung but this product is a horrible failure

I have loved my many Samsung products but, the B450 is a rare miss but Samsung. Looks good, sounds good and has a great price point. But after 4 hours of owning this product it stopped working and would not power on. I understand there are always faulty appliances but not powering on is a big fault to get missed.

I bought this last week, it was great until it died after 1 day. I set it up, enjoyed it flr an afternoon but would not turn on the next day. I took it back and to be exchanged, the replacement didn't even last a couple of hours. It is ridiculous that has happened. Never purchasing Samsung again. ABSOLUTE TRASH

After installation worked on the first day, then tried to turn on and won’t work. Called store weren’t helpful, said bring in unit, they would trouble shoot problem but this unit isn’t rocket science. Said they wouldn’t exchange at this point in time. Good bye money.

I bought this a couple of months ago and have tried always to make it work with the 2 TV's we have.BT doesn't work to any of our devices even tried plugging in to tv direct. Do not recommend it at all. It's just useless.

I bought this and I thought the sound was pretty good. I found the speech to be a bit muffled at times. I opted for the b650 which has a center speaker and gives me 5.1 sound with the included rear speakers.
