After using foldables for quite some time, I was curious to see how Samsung’s latest FE device would compare—and honestly, it has impressed me in several ways. The first thing I noticed was the practicality. The S26 FE is lighter, simpler, and more comfortable to use every day. While I miss the large foldable display for multitasking, the traditional smartphone design feels more convenient for one-handed use, carrying in a pocket, and general day-to-day tasks. The display is bright, vibrant, and responsive, making everything from browsing and social media to watching videos a pleasure. Samsung has also continued to improve its AI features, with tools that genuinely help with productivity, searching, translation, and content creation. Performance has been smooth and reliable, handling everything I throw at it without any issues. The cameras are another highlight, delivering sharp, colourful photos with excellent detail in most lighting conditions. For everyday photography, I’ve been very pleased with the results. Battery life is also a strong point. Compared to my Fold 6, I find myself worrying less about charging during the day. It comfortably gets me through a full day of normal use, and often more. Would I recommend moving from the Fold 6 to the S26 FE? It really depends on what you value. If you love the foldable experience and rely heavily on the larger inner screen for multitasking, you may prefer to stay with the Fold series. However, if you're looking for a lighter, more practical device with strong performance, excellent cameras, useful AI features, and solid battery life, the Galaxy S26 FE is shaping up to be a fantastic option.

Upgraded from "Galaxy S20 FE 5G", so anything would feel like an upgrade, but after holding back for quite some time with the purchase, I'm happy that I waited. Display is of a very nice quality, pictures are taken fast and show great level of detail, battery life is very decent, as with a moderate(to heavy) use it can easily last me 1.5 day on full charge. Overall design of a phone is nice, it sits well in hand and is not as heavy as some bigger models (plus or Ultra). I gave AI functionality 3 stars only for the reason that I do not use it that much.

Een ongelooflijk stukje ontwikkeling. In 2021 kocht ik de Samsung Galaxy S20. Dus 6 jaar gebruikt zonder storingen of mankementen. Nu de Samsung Galaxy S26 Fe gekocht. Wat een ontwikkeling heeft deze smartphone meegekregen en zoveel meer functies. Verbaas me dagelijks... oh zit dit er ook al op. Er gaat een wereld open. Ook uiterlijk heeft de smartphone een prachtige uitstraling. Eigenlijk zonde als je er een hoes omdoet. Tja veelheid boven alles. Ik denk dat ik nog heel veel meer ga ontdekken. Ben superblij!!!

De foto's zijn zeker niet slecht en de batterij ook niet, toch had ik er net wat meer van verwacht. De telefoon gaat bij normaal gebruik makkelijk een dag mee. Verder is het besturingsysteem als vanouds en hoef je hier niet aan te wennen. De dual sim welke erin zit is ideaal en daarnaast ook nog de optie voor een eSim.

Ik ben erg tevreden met de Samsung S26 FE. Het toestel ziet er mooi en modern uit, voelt stevig aan en werkt ontzettend soepel. Het scherm is helder en scherp, waardoor zowel filmpjes kijken als dagelijks gebruik erg prettig is. Ook de camera maakt mooie foto's, vooral bij goed licht. De batterij gaat bij normaal gebruik ruim voldoende lang mee en het opladen gaat lekker vlot. Daarnaast werkt de telefoon snel en zonder haperingen, ook wanneer je meerdere apps tegelijk gebruikt. Wat ik vooral prettig vind, is de combinatie van prestaties, gebruiksgemak en de typische Samsung-software. Al met al een fijne smartphone die voor dagelijks gebruik eigenlijk alles biedt wat je nodig hebt. Zeker een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar een moderne en veelzijdige Samsung-telefoon!

I owned an android phone for about six years and thought that the Samsung S26 would be very similar since it is also an android. It has been a VERY FRUSTATING EXPERIENCE. Samsung has customized some of the operating system features and it was very difficult to navigate the operating system trying to set up the Samsung in a similar way to the previous phone. It's very difficult to know if I'm doing something wrong or if I'm dealing with limitations of a different operating system. I'm not even sure where and how to access AI for help and how to get back to the working screen to change a setting. Everything is getting 1 star because the category I am rating it on is not here.

Correct op de hoogte gehouden van de verzending. Ontvangen op afgesproken tijd. Extra veilig met speciale code. Toestel heeft veel, heeeel veeeeel mogelijkheden. AI is in ruime mate aanwezig en helpt bij veel zaken. Telefoneren is niet meer wat het was, het is nu een onderdeel van de roerige maatschappij geworden. Allerlei apps kunnen je op de hoogte houden en behulpzaam zijn. Ben nog vollop bezig om alle mogelijkheden te ontdekken. Kortom een geweldig toestel!
