Hallo, bitte beachte, dass der Akkuverbrauch deines Galaxy A04s von unterschiedlichen Faktoren beeinflusst wird. Du verlängerst die Betriebsdauer, wenn du Funktionen deaktivierst, die du nicht immer brauchst. Das sind z.B. GPS und Bluetooth. Schließe zusätzlich regelmäßig im Hintergrund laufende Apps über den Anwendungsmanager. Auch durch das Aktivieren der automatischen Displayhelligkeit lässt sich der Akkuverbrauch senken. Solltest du eine bestimmte App als "Akkufresser" im Verdacht haben, überprüfe den genauen Verbrauch unter "Einstellungen > Gerätewartung > Akku > Akkuverbrauch". In unserer Samsung Community haben wir außerdem viele Tipps zum Akku und Infos zur Auswertung des Akkuverbrauchs zusammengetragen. Schau dort gerne einmal vorbei: http://spr.ly/_Akku_Optimierung Zur Geschwindigkeit des Geräts: Teste bitte, ob das Verhalten an einer nachinstallierten App liegen könnte, indem du dein A04s bitte einmal im "Abgesicherten Modus" startest. Halte hierfür während des Neustarts die “Lautstärke-Taste leiser“ gedrückt, bis im Display unten links “Abgesicherter Modus“ erscheint. Sollte das Verhalten in diesem Modus nicht mehr auftreten, so ist vermutlich eine nachinstallierte App die Ursache. Du kannst dich natürlich auch an unseren technischen Support wenden. Er ist von Montag bis Samstag zwischen 08:00 und 20:00 Uhr unter der Telefonnummer 06196 77 555 77 erreichbar.
