We would like to confirm that this is not the case and that, although this TV doesn't come with in-built settings to turn it on or off automatically, you will still be able to set a sleep timer so the TV can be set to go off at increments of 30, 60, 90 minutes, etc. The auto power on and off functions are available for this and similar models, but not in UK/EU. Our QLED technology is designed to deliver the richest colours and contrasts, and have every scene jump out like it's real life. If you have not done so already, we recommend having a play around with the settings to find the perfect picture for you. It may just be that it isn't on the correct picture mode for example. To do this, go to Settings (you can press the Settings button on your remote) > Picture > Picture Mode. Here you can change the mode depending on what you're watching, for example Standard, Filmmaker, and Sport. You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings.
