Kartoita kotisi 3D:nä. Jet Bot Combon dToF LiDAR -anturi tunnistaa ja luo pohjaratkaisun ja muuttaa sen virtuaaliseksi 3D-kartaksi, jossa on laitteita ja huonekaluja. We hadden eerder een Bespoke Jet Bot die verschillende keren diende hersteld te worden. Finaal werd onze vorige compleet vervangen en deze doet het perfect. Gemakkelijke bediening via de app , zelfs als ik niet thuis ben of onderweg naar huis kan ik het programme starten. Dweilen na het stofzuigen is de sterkste opzet , gezien de handige terugkeerfunctie wordt het stof eerst achtergelaten in het station en kan er 100% gedweild worden zonder stof-residu . Het apparaat reinigt moeiteloos de verschillende soorten vloeren die we hebben zonder sporen na te laten. Het all-in one station zorgt voor extra gebruiksgemak , is ruim en vraagt weinig onderhoud. De beste robotstofzuiger en cleaner die we ooit hadden.

Disappointing Performance and Poor Edge Cleaning I recently purchased the Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo 3-in-1 Cleaning Robot, and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with its performance, particularly when it comes to cleaning edges. The cleaner simply does not reach the edges of my rooms effectively. After sending it for repair, I was informed that this limitation is a part of its design. I find it hard to believe that a product marketed as a high-tech cleaning solution would overlook such a fundamental aspect of cleaning. The fact that it cannot clean corners or along baseboards means that I still have to manually clean those areas, negating the convenience I was hoping for. I expected better from a product at this price point. The features like automatic mop washing and sanitizing with steam sound great on paper, but if the device can't perform the basic task of edge cleaning, then it's just not worth the investment. Overall, I feel like I've wasted my money on this product. If you're looking for a robot vacuum that can handle all aspects of cleaning, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Save your money and invest in a cleaner that actually delivers on its promises.

Very happy with this purchase. Firstly the app is user friendly and intuitive. As for the product itself I've been impressed with its functionality and obstruction detection ability. The functionality of automatically detecting different flooring types and self adjusting settings to suit is very useful, what was particularly impressive was the suction and general performance on thick carpet with excessive dog hair. The overall unit is quite large but the sleek design allow it to fit into the space without looking out of place.

Bought this robo vac as it was time for an upgrade and it intergraded with the SmartThings app which we have other Samsung devices that we monitor on there, the best app for smart home thus far. It doesn’t disappoint in the aspect of having all the needed technology to be able to run autonomously (schedule, water level, suction power, even monitoring pets and alert of barking when away).The AI needs some improvements, as it doesn’t always know the difference between a plate and our bedsheets lol. But you can tech it what it is which is a plus. One thing I’d like to see in the app is the ability to delete a room that you don’t want to vacuum, and in our case it picked up the outside of our house that it can’t reach. Can’t wait for updates that will help with the AI!

We then saw this one at our friends house and we loved it so we bought one. It does it all. Mops, vacuums and auto empties. The AI features are great as it enhances its function. Its scanning is very accurate so it cleans all our rooms perfectly. Its quiet so we can leave it on all night. Now we only have to do a thourough vacuum every 3 days because this does the job very well.

I have bought 3 of these, 1 i returned with a water leak, i have 2 in my house, i love them, but they are not perfect. I originally bout 3 of the first Samsung robot vacs, 1 still works in 1 room of my house, battery replaced so over 10 years. The new AI models are fantastic but not perfect. I will run them \. When Samsung brigs out a new model i will buy another. So work that out... My floor is very clean now... Good work Samsung people. Just keep going and make them better. I will buy 1...

I use this as an everyday vacuum and then run a proper vacuum around the edges once a week. Sometimes the software does have some hiccups. However, this is only a rare occurrence. The obstacle avoidance is also excellent. We rarely see any furniture hit. The mop is also super helpful in keeping spills or stubborn marks at bay.

I bought this vaccum a year ago and had faulty and regretful experience as repaired already 3 times in a year and service team did not accept this faulty vaccum and been trying to repair numerous times. Samsung service team denied to give refund when I first reported and keep covering with service. This useless vaccum cleaner sitting at station and not functioning what it suppose to do. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Would not recommend buying this product if you have a pet. Have owned for 4 months and already replaced main brush twice. Not able to complete a job without having errors and needing to untangle hair from either the side brush or main brush. Sent back for a refund as it does not work as advertised for pets, only to be told it is working within there specifications and refused refund.

Samsung is a trusted brand and the Jet-Bot 3-in-1 does not disappoint. It seems to get smarter with every circuit giving me back precious time to do more of the things I do enjoy - not hoovering & mopping. It has coped with a busy house of 6 and a very active dog. With three long-haired humans and 1 long-haired canine I expected the brush to get tangled- it doesn’t as the suction is strong enough to cope, yet for those of us home working it’s much quieter than other robot vacuums previously tried. Winter usually brings muddy paw-prints through the house which gets me down as I cannot keep on top of the cleaning, this year with my Jet-Bot combo winter cleaning is a breeze. The Smart- Things app is simple to navigate and means when I’m away, the Jet-Bot combo with its high capacity water tank and self-cleaning mop function is still hard at work. It is a brilliant addition to the household - well done Samsung, smashed it again!

Easy to use, works perfectly fine. Robot itself isn’t loud at all, it’s only noisy for a few seconds when emptying storage after hoovering. I can set it off on the app from any place as long as I have access to the internet. Saves me so much time and hassle!

Very powerful robot vacuum. Only had it for a week but very happy with it. Moves very fast, doesn't crash into everything due to its sensor. Homes very well also. Very large water tank. Steam feature is great to have to sterilise the mop pads.

Het ontwerp van de Jet Bot Combo is slank en onopvallend en glijdt moeiteloos onder meubels door om verborgen stofnesten aan te pakken. De matte afwerking is bestand tegen vingerafdrukken en de aanraakgevoelige knoppen bovenop voegen een futuristisch tintje toe. Maar laten we eerlijk zijn: de mop is niet perfect. Vooral op hardhouten vloeren krijg je strepen of ongelijkmatig reinigen. En ja, het is een investering. Aan het gemak van stofzuigen en dweilen in één keer hangt een prijskaartje. Maar vrees niet: de LiDAR-navigatie is een game-changer. Het creëert een nauwkeurige 3D-kaart van je huis, waarbij stoelpoten en rondzwervend speelgoed worden vermeden. En als hij klaar is, keert hij sierlijk terug naar zijn laadstation, klaar voor de volgende schoonmaakmissie. Over die AI-gestuurde vlekkendetectie: het is alsof je een detective en een schoonmaakploeg in één hebt. De Jet Bot Combo herkent mysterieuze vlekken (sojasaus? Rode wijn? Eenhoorntranen?) en past zijn strategie daarop aan. Maar laten we het eens over onderhoud hebben. Het All-in-One Clean Station® is handig: het leegt de vuilnisbak, reinigt de moppad met heet water en stoom en vult zelfs het waterreservoir bij. Het is echter niet helemaal handenvrij. Water bijvullen, af en toe een hapering opvangen, het hoort erbij. Kortom, de Bespoke Jet Bot Combo is niet perfect, maar het is een veelzijdige metgezel voor het onderhouden van ongerepte vloeren. Of je nu stof, gemorste vloeistoffen of hardnekkige vlekken wilt verwijderen, hij kan het allemaal aan.

Deze Bespoke Jet Bot Combo Steam robotstofzuiger met dweilfunctie is wel een hele mooie robotstofzuiger. Het hele apparaat neemt wel aardig wat ruimte in, temeer omdat om het apparaat aardig wat vrije ruimte moet zijn. Het valt me wel op dat die ruimte om het apparaat door de robotstofzuiger wordt vergeten om schoon te maken. Voor het eerste gebruik gaat hij een plattegrond maken van de verschillende ruimtes. Hij maakt er 3D tekeningen van en slaat elk stuk als aparte ruimte op. Zo kun je aangeven welke kamer hij moet dweilen of zuigen, of beiden. Je kunt niet alvast de volgende kamer programmeren voor als deze klaar is. Hij gaat dan weer netjes naar het station en elke keer valt het weer op met hoeveel precisie hij achteruit kan inparkeren. Dan wordt het stof afgezogen in de stofzak, wat natuurlijk best wel wat geluid geeft en wordt het vuile dweilwater afgevoerd en krijgen de dweilen een goede schoonmaakbeurt en worden ze netjes gedroogd. Als er in een bepaalde kamer een klein stukje gezogen of gedweild moet worden kun je dat in de handige app aangeven. Je markeert dan het stukje waar hij moet schoonmaken. Het is fijn dat de borstels van de stofzuiger een klein eindje uitsteken, zodat hij net iets verder kan zuigen dan het apparaat zelf kan. Dweilen gaat met weinig water gepaard merkte ik tijdens het testen, daar ben ik blij mee, omdat het dan ook snel droog is en mens en dier er dan weer kan lopen. Dweilen doet hij prima over tegels die niet helemaal gelijk liggen. Hij maakt het netjes schoon en laat geen randje achter.

De Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo Steam heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen tijdens het testen. Wat me direct opviel, was hoe goed deze robotstofzuiger schoonmaakt. Onze PVC-vloer wordt keer op keer vlekkeloos schoon, en zelfs de deurmat is geen enkel probleem. De foam speelmat van onze baby vormde een kleine uitdaging, maar over het algemeen levert de stofzuiger uitstekende resultaten. Ik vond het vooral fijn dat je via de app precies kunt instellen hoeveel water er gebruikt wordt voor het dweilen en met welke kracht er gestofzuigd moet worden. De bediening via de SmartThings-app is simpel en effectief. Hoewel ik geen gebruik maak van Bixby, was dat geen gemis omdat de app alles biedt wat je nodig hebt om de stofzuiger optimaal te bedienen. Van het instellen van schoonmaakschema’s tot het handmatig sturen van de stofzuiger naar specifieke plekken, het kan allemaal heel makkelijk worden aangegeven in de app. Het Clean Station is meer dan goed. Die zorgt ervoor dat de robotstofzuiger altijd in schoon en goed onderhouden blijft. Het haalt het vuil snel uit de stofzuiger en reinigt en droogt de dweil automatisch, wat ervoor zorgt dat je er nauwelijks omkijken naar hebt. Het enige waar ik tegenaan liep, was het legen van de stofzuigerzak; ik ben er nog niet achter of dat überhaupt mogelijk is. Het geluid van het Clean Station is soms wat luid, vooral bij het bijvullen van het dweilwater, maar dit is geen groot probleem. Het navigeren van de stofzuiger werkt erg goed. Het mappen van ons huis verliep probleemloos, en hij beweegt zich soepel door de kamers. Hij heeft een paar keer moeite gehad met het ontwijken van het speelgoed van onze baby, maar verder werkt de navigatie perfect. Ook handig is dat je via de app kunt aangeven waar de stofzuiger direct moet schoonmaken. Het onderhoud aan dit apparaat is minimaal. Het enige wat je hoeft te doen, is het vullen en legen van de waterbakken en de stofzuigerzak vervangen als dat nodig is. De app waarschuwt je wanneer dit moet gebeuren, dus je hoeft er zelf nauwelijks aan te denken. Mijn algemene ervaring met de Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo Steam is zeer positief, en ik zou het zeker aanraden aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een efficiënte en gebruiksvriendelijke robotstofzuiger.

Ik heb deze mooie robot stofzuiger /dweil mogen testen , en ik ben blij dat ik hem uitgeprobeerd heb , het laad station is vrij groot , dat moet ook omdat hij automatisch de stof zak leegt en vuil water achter laat en schoon water pakt om te gaan dweilen , dus er moet een aardig reservoir aanwezig zijn , hij viel dus wel erg op in ons huis , je moet hem op een plekje zetten waar rondom nog wat vrije ruimte is , dat bevorderd de werking en zo kan de robot zijn huisje weer terug vinden indien hij klaar is met reinigen . Het installeren ging vrij vlot , decsmart thing app had ik al op mijn telefoon voor andere apparaten en je kan de robot makkelijk toevoegen . Dan gaat het opladen beginnen en dat gaat vrij vlot zodat je snel daarna kan beginnen met het reinigen van het huis . Je kan kiezen tussen alleen stofzuigen of stofzuigen en dweilen tegelijk . Dat laatste leek me het prettigste dan ben je echt in een keer klaar , de app bediening spreekt voor zich , je kan zelfs instellen wanneer je de robot zou willen laten reinigen , ik ben zelf steeds een beetje in de buurt gebleven , omdat hij soms vast liep op de mat bij de voordeur , die ligt wat dieper , dus daar moeten we wat aan doen om het wat vlotter te laten verlopen , indien het erg stoffig is , bijv onder het bed in de slaapkamer heeft de robot de neiging het stof weg te blazen en als dat terecht komt op een stuk die al gedaan is blijft het daar liggen , dat doen andere robot stofzuigers trouwens ook dus dat ligt niet specifiek aan deze stofzuiger . Het dweilen gaat best goed alleen lijkt het of hij daar soms mee ophoud , hij stopt daarmee zodra hij over tapijt rijd maar ik heb het idee dat hij daarna weer moeilijk verder gaat met dweilen als hij weer terug is op de gladde vloer , het is soms moeilijk te zien of hij dweilt omdat de vloer niet kleddernat wordt maar een heel klein beetje wat ook zo droog is . Indien de stofzuiger weer bij zijn laad station terug is wordt het vieze water in het reservoir achter gelaten de dweil met heet water en stoom gereinigd en daarna gedroogd . Dus dat is wel erg netjes dat duurt allemaal wel even maar gaat allemaal vanzelf . Ik heb het idee dat ons huis wat aan de kleine kant is voor deze robot stofzuiger , er staan redeljk wat spullen in huis dus dat probeer ik zoveel mogelijk zo neer te zetten of hoog te zetten zodat hij goed kan reinigen , indien je alles laat staan gaat de robot er netjes omheen dus dat is ook mogelijk , op het laatst maakt hij een mooi rondje langs de kantjes en dan weer terug naar het oplaadstation . Ik heb zelf nog niet kunnen ontdekken of je meerdere plattegronden kan laten lopen , Hij maakt een plattegrond bij een eerste rondje door je huis en daarbij kan je aangeven waar hij evt. niet moet komen . We hebben een keer het hele station boven gezet en hem daar een paar keer laten reinigen , dan moet je weer een andere plattegrond laten maken , al met al is het nog even wennen en uitzoeken wat er mogelijk is , voor al de combinatie met dweilen lukt niet altijd
