Get smart in your kitchen. AI Home* with a 9” LCD Touchscreen Display is an intuitive control center. You can manage your food and recipes, control smart devices**, and access multiple Apps with this hub integrated appliance. It provides personalized information. And you can speak commands and ask for information using Bixby***.

AI Vision Inside

Enjoy a smart way to manage food. Using an internal camera*, AI Vision Inside identifies certain fresh food items** when put in or taken out and updates a food list***, which you can check on the SmartThings App****. And you can view the door bins, get recipe ideas and manage the ‘Use by date’.

AI Hybrid Cooling

Save energy and enjoy lasting freshness. AI Hybrid Cooling’s 13cc compressor and Peltier element* work separately or together to enhance efficiency. It also adjusts its performance to suit your usage, maintains a constant temperature** to preserve food for a long time and makes extra space inside***.

* The Peltier element is a semiconductor-based component that cools using just electricity, without refrigerant. It operates when either the temperature in the refrigerator rises above the normal range or AI predicts that the temperature will rise in 5 minutes due to a long period of food storage or cleaning, based on an analysis of the user’s refrigerator opening and closing pattern.** Based on internal testing. When activated, AI Hybrid Cooling's Precise Temperature Control decreases temperature increase of fridge when defrosting operates. Auto Open Door

Open the fridge effortlessly! The fridge’s Auto Open Doors have touch sensors at the bottom. When you lightly touch them, the doors automatically open*. It enables convenient access to your food even when your hands are full. And, with no handles sticking out, it has looks stylishly seamless.

* An automatic closing function is not available. The actual angle that the doors open may vary due to the installation circumstances and usage conditions, like storing heavy items in the door bins. The user may need to adjust how the refrigerator is installed if the doors don’t open properly. The touch sensors can be turned on/off from the control panel/display and the default setting is 'Off'. The Auto Open Door function may be activated inadvertently by contact with any body part or by a child or pet.

Single Auto Ice Maker

Make sure you have plenty of ice, without wasting fridge space. The Single Ice Maker automatically makes and stores ice cubes, so you are sure to be ready for the hottest days or liveliest parties! And, because it is in the freezer instead of the door, it frees-up storage space in the fridge.

At 1100 rpm, which is the main operating range of the refrigerator compressor, the energy efficiency ratio (EER) of the compressor was improved by about 15% compared to Samsung's existing compressor (F9).
