If you have a problem with an app from the Microsoft Store, you may be able to solve the problem by restoring or resetting the app.

1 Click the [Start] button on the taskbar, and then click [Settings].

3 In [Apps & features], find the app that isn't working and then go to [Advanced options].

4 Under App reset, click [Repair].
※ This option may not be available for some apps, and if the problem continues to occur even after restoring the app, click [Reset].

4 Click the [three dots] at the upper right of the Store, then open [My Library].

5 Find the app you want to reinstall and click [Install] to install it.

1 Click the [Start] button on the taskbar, then find and open the [Microsoft Store].

If an error occurs and data cannot be backed up when using the Samsung Notes app, you can change your storage location for documents created with Samsung Notes to back up and restore.

 

Back up and restore as follows.

1 Back up data in the following path in a different folder or location:
