Other Devices Can Find my PC (Hong-Kong version) even if it is Not Discoverable in Bluetooth Settings
It is normal for your PC to be found by other devices in Windows 10 Bluetooth with the “Bluetooth & other devices” window open regardless of whether or not you have turned on “Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer”.
Check your Bluetooth settings as follows.
