My last machine was an eco bubble 8kg in graphite, I loved the machine, had all the features i wanted but due to operator error the machines life ended early; I then brought this machine only last week, and although I cannot fault it, it is lovely and quiet, looks stylish and is easy to use, I am however disappointed that I didn’t realise that It does not come with a specific ‘drain and spin’, button, which I used often on my last machine. (I realise you can pull the pipe out in an emergency). I see the series 6 has this and wish I had looked into this more so for this reason I have only given it 4 stars for features

The washing machine is very quiet and performs great. Being connected to the Samsung Smart things is a neat future, getting notified on my phone when a wash or spin cycle is done as well as setting up the next cycle. It took a bit of figuring out how to set the washing machine on just a spin cycle as the manual it came with did not clearly state this. My old Samsung washing machine had the option just by turning the dial. To set it to spin only i had to press and hold the spin button for a couple seconds and then it worked! other than that i am very happy with this machine.

I would avoid buying. On a quick was items come out still dirty. I then use a longer was cotten one I believe. It says 1 hour 40 mins to wash. It then starts to was and 20mins or so into washing ut changes the setting itself and changes to a much hotter wash and the time change to 3 hours 40 min. I don't like to leave the washer as it will start washing whatever wash it decides to choose for you. I'm really unhappy with the washer. It has also changed to a much hotter setting and then clothes get ruined. Shrinking wool items for example when I didn't choose that setting. Also every setting is so long and 1 setting makes my clothes smell of nothing. Also some times when I wash towels the door starts to bang really loud and move about almost seems asif it will come open.

A lot quieter than expected given other reviews! Much quieter than my old washer, despite the spin rate being higher. No idea how they handle the vibrations so well. Seems fairly efficient so far. Only niggle would be no actual full manual with it, only online - which meant i had to go online to figure out you cant open the thing until 3 minutes after it finishes! Havent gone in with mixed fabric yet, but suspect it will be fine. Easy setup into smartthings, and then onto home assistant! App seems easy to use.

Poor machine, small items such as socks and washing pods always make there way to the front of the machine and get stuck in the seal, clothes often not been cleaned properly as the pod doesn't always dissolve due to this. I paid for the machine to be professionally fitted, the men who turned up couldn't speak English and did not fit the water pipe correctly causing a flood and damage to my cupboards, really let down with it all will not be using Samsung again

The Samsung 5 series 9 kg WW90CGC04DABEU is a fantastic washing machine. It replaced an old indesit which was prone to getting blocked. I like the intuitive smart feature that can calibrated the weight of the load and adjust the time. It's also quite when going through the wash cycle. I was also drawn to the self cleaning mode. No more taking a guess of when the machine needs a hot clean. You get a reminder of this needs to be done and has its program.

I have started replacing all my old worn out goods with Samsung. The quality is fantastic, my latest purchase is this lovely washing machine. It looks great in our kitchen, we can now leave the doors open as the old one made such a racket you thought it was going to take off. Very easy to use, even for me !! Plus I like the little " jingle" at the end of a wash, as I am hard of hearing, so this is great for me. A very nice washing machine.

Love this. Makes washing much easier to select washes on phone and send to machine. But sadly you cannot stop or start the machine from your phone. One thing I like is how when you press pause, it immediately unlocks so you can add clothes. It’s so quiet and doesn’t move everything in the room when it spins. It’s silent and controls its spin well. I was able to get my 6 tog super king duvet in there so please with the capacity.

This machine has been a fantastic upgrade — intuitive and easy to use, which is especially appreciated as we're both pensioners. Great washing machine washes well and nice and quiet. The only downfall For me is even with The child lock on, children can still turn the washing machine off and once turned back on you have to restart the full cycle. I just wish it picked up from where it stopped. I also find small socks get caught in the rubber at the front so I’ve brought washing bag and that’s solved that.

Quiet wash but awful noise when spinning. Only 5 days since delivery & already wrongly informed by Samsung noise was due to not having the the 4th stabiliser bolt removed, a revisit by the supplier proved there is only 3 so that obviously isn’t the answer. I am now unavailable for 5 weeks but will call Samsung when I return if the problem continues.

Really disappointed with this washer, the spinning performance is so poor, my clothes are coming out really damp, there are dark patches where the clothes are really damp, I've tried only washing 4 - 5 items and even tried washing 10 items and there is no difference, I'm so annoyed that I'm stuck with this washer l hate wash days now.

Only had this a few days but have tried 3 different cycles. Forgot to calibrate drum but did this after first 2 washes. Quiet, no vibration in spin cycle. I heard the little tune first time- nice funny feature but can't hear normally because machine is in garage. All in all very pleased and 5-year extended warranty is good.

The book does not explain any of the symbols on the front you need to go to the Samsung website to get those. Ok similar to my last series 5 which lasted 11 years. Quieter than the last one. Ok. Impressed with how quiet it runs.. Thought the idea of connecting WiFi a bit over the top but the extra options it opens up are very useful and it lets me know exact time cycle finishes.. Energy cost saving prediction means it should save basically 2 thirds of its cost..

We love how quiet this machine is compared to our previous washing machine and also how we can have the machine loaded and initiate the wash remotely so that it is completed just as we get home to be hung out to dry instead of sitting in the machine damp all day.

Really disappointed in the functions. 15 min wash leaves the clothes soaking so then need to do a 20 min rinse and spin. No spin function to use separate. Quickest wash is 106mins so not handy if in a rush. Wish i had returned when it arrived damaged at back.

This isn't what we'd expect to hear as we strive to provide the best features possible. Your machine has a massive 1400 rpm spin speed. The 15 minute cycle is designed for very small loads of light fabrics, and its default spin settings are gentler to prevent damage. Using larger loads with a gentle spin will result in wetter laundry. You can manually increase the spin speed to combat this (eg. to 1400 rpm, if suitable for the fabric type) before starting the cycle to extract more water. There is a separate spin-only feature, and you can select this by pressing and holding the Spin button for approximately 3 seconds. You will hear a chime, and the display will show the spin-only cycle time. You can press the Spin button again to cycle through different spin speed options. Love the fact you can tailor programmes to your needs or convenience. Especially like the fact that I can tell the machine to give the clothes an extra spin even if I'm out! Incredibly quiet machine too so can run it at night when electricity is cheaper.

So far it is going ok. It is very quiet (when it runs), but when it finishes it plays some annoying jingle, which I don't think should be a default feature. Generally would have liked to not have wifi and all the integration as well.

I like the various programmes and the ability to customise them. I wish that the ECO programme could be changed to 30 degrees. It has 40 degrees fixed as its lowest temperature, but some of my clothes state 30 on the label.

We have upgraded to a 9 kilo machine. It is very easy to operate and very quiet. When the wash has completed the washing is spun much better than our old machine. For us this means less drying time in the tumble drier.
