  3. Offer is applicable only on Airtel Prepaid recharges of Rs349 done through My Airtel App.
  4. Offer is applicable only for recharges done on the Primary number on the My Airtel App. Recharges done for any added account will not be eligible to avail this Offer.

Jio Offer

Definitions:

  1. “Additional Recharge Coupon” shall mean the voucher made available on the MyJio application of the Eligible Subscriber upon performing Recharge on the Eligible Device and which, upon being redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber in terms of this Offer, provides Recharge Benefits.
  2. “Double Data” shall mean additional 4G data in the form of voucher offering data equivalent to data entitlement under the tariff plan applicable after performing Recharge, in the MyJio application of the Eligible Subscriber on the Eligible Device, in terms of this Offer.
  3. “Eligible Device” shall mean (i) Samsung Galaxy S10+; (ii) Samsung Galaxy S10; or (iii) Samsung Galaxy S10e mobile devices of Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (“Samsung”), purchased for the first time on or after 6th March 2019. The Offer is applicable only on the Indian version of Eligible Device.
  4. “Eligible Subscriber” shall mean a person who (i) has purchased an Eligible Device; (ii) is an active subscriber of the RJIO prepaid services; and (iii) is enrolled to the “Jio Prime” membership plan.
  5. “Recharge” shall mean a recharge performed of the Rs. 4,999/- prepaid plan offered by RJIO.
  6. “Recharge Benefits” shall mean the same benefits applicable under the Recharge as of 8th March 2019 and includes the benefit of Double Data which will be automatically applied on the Eligible Device.
  7. “Offer Period” shall mean a period starting on and from 8th March 2019 to 5th June 2019.
  8. “Offer” shall mean this (i) Additional Recharge Coupon; and (ii) Double Data made available by RJIO.
  9. “Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber under the Offer as shown herein-below.
  10. “RJIO” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
  11. “T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.

The Offer and the benefits hereunder shall be made available by RJIO to an Eligible Subscriber.

Benefits of the Offer (“Offer Benefits”)

  1. An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs Recharge shall be entitled to Double Data and Additional Recharge Coupon. The Double Data and Additional Recharge Coupon would be credited to the MyJio application of Eligible Subscriber within 48 hours of Recharge.
  2. Double Data not redeemed within one (1) year from the date of credit of such voucher shall expire and be forfeited.
  3. Additional Recharge Coupon not redeemed within two (2) years from the date of credit of such voucher shall expire and be forfeited.
  4. Benefits under Double Data and Additional Recharge Coupon will be applicable only on the Eligible Device.
  5. The Eligible Subscriber shall be entitled to avail only one offer or scheme applicable to the relevant IMEI/TAC code of the Eligible Device at the time of purchase of the Eligible Device.

Terms and Conditions of the Offer ("T&C")

  1. The Offer shall be open to all Eligible Subscribers on and from 8th March 2019 till 5th June, 2019.
  2. These T&C shall be read concomitantly with the Terms & Conditions of Jio Prime Membership and CAF.
  3. Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.
  4. RJIO recognizes that the choice to be contacted for promotional messages and alerts is that of the Eligible Subscriber. RJIO intends to keep the Eligible Subscriber informed on matters relating to the Offer and any upcoming offers from RJIO for the benefit of the Eligible Subscriber. Accordingly, by availing the Offer, the Eligible Subscriber hereby consents to be contacted by RJIO and such consent shall remain unaffected by the Eligible Subscriber’s registration in the National Do Not Call (“NDNC”) registry under the relevant category stipulated therefor.
  5. RJIO reserves the right to cancel/withdraw this Offer at any time, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. However, the benefits accrued to the Eligible Subscriber on or prior to the cancellation/withdrawal of this Offer, shall not undergo any change.
  6. RJIO, may, at its discretion, modify any of the terms and/or conditions and/or any aspect of the Offer, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. The modifications so carried out will be posted on www.jio.com.
  7. If any term/ condition under the T&C of the Offer is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such term/ condition shall be severed from the other terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions of the Offer.
  8. Any claims, issues, damages or losses with respect to the Eligible Device shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer of the Eligible Device and RJIO (including its affiliates, group companies or parent company) hereby disclaims, any and all claims, losses and liabilities, whether or not arising out of, or in connection therewith and/ or this Offer and the terms and conditions governing the Offer.   6. OFFER AREA

All such issues or disputes will be directly settled between You and Netflix. No such complaint of request will be entertained by VIL.
    6. VIL has no liability against any claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the Netflix Content or for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature caused to Eligible Subscriber or any third party in connection with the subsistence of the Offer or the Netflix Content.
    7. You shall indemnify and keep indemnified VIL, its officers, directors, employees, customers, affiliates and agents or representatives harmless from and against any and all actual claims, suits, proceedings, action, liabilities, expenses, costs (including attorney’s fees and court costs), losses or damages of whatsoever nature, which VIL may incur, pay or become responsible arising out of or in connection with the Your breach of these Terms and Conditions. VIL shall have the right to defend themselves, pursuant to this clause, at the cost of the Eligible Subscriber in breach.
    8. The Subscribers shall escalate to Samsung for any claims, issues, damages or losses with regards to the quality or functionality or merchantability or fitness of use of the ‘SamsungS10 series   by the Eligible Subscriber under this Offer and the same shall be the sole liability of the manufacturers. VIL will not have any responsibility related to the same and will not entertain any query or complaint of the Eligible Subscribers.
    9. Samsung shall indemnify and keep indemnified VIL, its officers, directors, employees, customers, affiliates and agents or representatives harmless from and against any and all actual claims, suits, proceedings, action, liabilities, expenses, costs (including attorney’s fees and court costs), losses or damages of whatsoever nature, which VIL may incur, pay or become responsible arising out of or in connection of the devices purchased by the Eligible Subscriber under this Offer. VIL shall have the right to defend themselves, pursuant to this clause, at the cost of Samsung India in breach.
  10. GENERAL
    1. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.
    2. By availing this Offer, You confirm and waive the applicability of rules and regulations of the National Do Not Call registry and You agree to receive promotional messages and alerts under the current Offer and upcoming offers from VIL, as it may in its sole and absolute discretion decide.

    13. These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any disputes or any matter arising here from will be referred to a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by VIL whose decision shall be final and binding on the parties.
