Orders on Samsung.com can only be cancelled before they are packaged for shipping.
 
You can easily cancel your order online by using our online order search in the Track My Order section. If your order is eligible for cancellation, a cancel button will be available, click this button to cancel your order.

Q. How do I return or exchange a product?Click to Expand

Currently we accept returns of products only if they are certified as Dead on Arrival (‘DOA’) by our Authorized service centers.
 
If your shipment has any performance issues, please visit our nearest Samsung Authorized service centers. Once the product has been certified as DOA, our service centre will seal the product along with all its accessories in the original packaging box and will direct you to return the device to the seller/ retailer. Please ensure the DOA seal is not tampered with.
 
Once the product is DOA certified, please initiate a request at 1800 40 7267864 (Toll free) to arrange for pickup of the device. Before accepting a return our logistics partner will ask you to share a copy/image of the DOA Sealed product and the DOA Certificate to validate the IMEI number.
 
A replacement against such DOA certified units will be processed by our fulfillment partner within 7 - 10 business days of receiving your request. However replacement will be subject to availability of stocks.
