My new z fold 7 has a gap when folded, this is seriously concerning matter as I already see water leakage or dust slipping through the phone. I visited multiple support centers today and all of them are trying to push me away saying this is normal and it is expected, where as their own stores demos devices have no gap. The premium support tag is just nonsense for z fold 7 customers. I have read multiple articles in Reddit about this and how some of them got a refund or phone replaced. How can this be an expected design if there's a clear gap when folded, this causes the phone to damage in long run and not all devices are impacted. I would appreciate samsung take this seriously and provide me a replacement.
After 15 days of use While I'm overall satisfied with my Z Fold 7 purchase, I do have a few concerns and suggestions that I believe could enhance the user experience: 1. Fragility Out of the Box The device feels quite delicate, especially when unfolded. Given its premium price, I strongly recommend that Samsung include a protective case in the box. It would offer a peace of mind. 2. Missing S-Pen Support The Z Fold series is built for productivity and creativity, and the large inner display practically begs for stylus interaction. 3. Camera Quality Although the Z Fold 7 features a 200MP main sensor—the same as the Galaxy S25 Ultra—it doesn’t quite match the Ultra’s overall camera performance. 4. Camera Bump & Stability The camera bump is noticeably large, especially given the phone’s ultra-thin profile. This causes the device to wobble when placed flat on a surface, making it unstable for use on a desk or table.

One of the worst phone, I have ever bought and experienced. The front screen easily gets scratches and the paint of my phone wore off easily within a week. Never expected this from a costly Samsung product.

Never had a Flip phone before, so this is a fresh change to what I used to. You can do so many things with the little cover screen before having to open the phone! It's fun to arrange what functions and app you can put on the cover, and the way it learns to just show what is important is so smart! I already have so many compliments. I have the blue colour, and it looks quite stylish. Battery is very good so far, there are times I go 2 days without having to charge (mild usage during the day when i'm at work). Graphics are neat and clean. Running games is not a problem. All in all I really like this new look, looking forward to explore more.

I upgraded from the Z Fold5 to the Fold7 a few weeks ago and man am I impressed! The size and weight difference between the 5 and the 7 is insane, I can't believe they were able to make the phone so much thinner and so much lighter but pack in so many extra features. I feel like I'm barely scratching the surface of all the AI features, it's gonna take a while to learn all the cool things this phone can do. Safe to say Samsung is leading the charge on foldables, this phone is seriously impressive. It was pretty pricey, but with the pre-order deals and trade-in of my old phone, the price came down significantly. Well worth the money in any case.

I bought this few weeks ago and honestly I didn't expect to love the phone as much as I did. The design is amazing, I can not believe how thin this phone is. It's amazing and feels like a normal phone. The camera quality is really really good. It fully justify the big camera bump at the back and honestly I don't mind that at all seeing how good the camera is. The display is always amazing on Samsung products and the performance is really fast. Only downside for me is the battery capacity. I wish it was a bigger batter and this was the reason why I gave it a 4 star. But let's hope samsung see my review and consider that for a future foldable.

Ultra unfolds. This device is amazing; it's gotten every feature the Fold needed from its predecessors. Bigger Cover and Main screen. (See images for comparison with Fold 6.) Better camera. Bonus if it's lighter and still holds incredible battery capacity. What more could you ask for? The typing experience has never been this easy. I've previously owned an Ultra device, and it feels like this is the perfect size for a Fold. I'm an avid reader of ebooks and like to watch YouTube videos daily; the main screen more than accommodates these tasks with ease. The camera is unbelievable. I’ve had every Z Fold from the Z fold2, and the Z fold7 is such a leap forward since the excellent Z fold6 last year. The Z fold7 is so slim and yet so well built, it feels like it will last as long as any other flagship phone, with build quality, cameras, battery life and One UI8 software making the Z fold7 a perfect choice for business use and any user. The inner screen works very well with stylus pens, and I’ve found them to be very similar writing experience as previous Z folds which used proprietary S Pens, so I was happy I can still use a stylus to do everything I used the previous Z fold6 for. Overall I’m very happy with my Z fold7.

I've been wanting a flip phone ever since flip smart phones were released by Samsung and finally purchased one about 2 weeks ago. My main reason for wanting a flip is because it is nice and small in contrast to the ever-growing size of new smartphones nowadays. Pros: Compact. Photo window. Face recognition. Biometrics. Camera features and quality. Natural photos option. Easy data transfer. Cons: No earphone jack. The folding indent. Hinge raised (sides). Cannot separate sounds from vibration for notifications. You can only choose both or neither. Only 1 sim slot. Lack of colour variations. Just hoping it lasts many years.

I have used this phone for the past month and my experience to date is very positive. In particular, i am impressed by the unique large format offered by the device when unfolded which is incredible for viewing photos, browsing the web and reading books. The quality of the photos and the screen itself is very high. I was skeptical as to whether this phone would be thin and light enough to be user friendly - but it is. Battery life is reasonable. I am still getting used to some Android features, and sometimes the internet seems to freeze on the device for no apparent reason but the phone gives a great user experience and I am delighted with it.

I’ve always been intrigued by foldables, but previous models felt more like gimmicks than everyday phones. When I saw the Flip 7 with its expanded cover screen and refined design, I decided to finally make the leap—and I’m glad I did. The main screen is gorgeous. Bright, responsive, and smooth with that 120Hz refresh rate. Watching videos or scrolling through social media feels no different from my old Galaxy S23—but cooler, thanks to the fold. Typing took a day or two to get used to because the phone is narrow when unfolded. But now it feels fine. The crease is still there, but I honestly forget about it unless I’m looking for it.

This is my first foldable. I was worried about the cover screen moving from a s22 plus however, the size of the cover screen is perfectly usable as a normal phone. The foldable aspect has changed how I view phones as it operates as a small tablet. The thinness and camera are impressive. I would recommend to anyone having doubts as this is definitely easy to use moving from a conventional phone like the s22 plus. The battery has lasted me for full day so no complaints there and the phone is pretty fast and snappy. The size was the main area for me regarding the cover screen and it's pretty good. The hinge is not a bother if you're worried about that.

Performance is as good as it gets. Moving from an s24 ultra to a fold 7, haven't noticed the slight drop in resolution. Overall a brilliantly designed phone. Only nitpicks are: Design needs an indent to help unfolding as difficult to separate halves. Outer screen could do with an antireflective display. Inner display is gorgeous. Enjoying having a narrower phone when folded compared to an ultra, much more pocketable and easy to handle when making calls. Would have liked the inner camera cut out to be more off centre so it wouldn't be visible when watching YouTube etc. Camera and battery seem great so far, despite initial concerns about battery life.

I am a week into my Galaxy Z Fold7 ownership and I love it! Having been on Pixel phones for the last 3 generations (and after being underwhelmed with a Samsung experience many years ago), I had some reservations. But the transition across has been seamless. And the device....WOW! Fantastic quality and feel, amazing camera and image quality, bright and clear screens. So much packed in an ultra thin and super light unit. My only slight criticism (which is an unfortunate by-product of one of its best features!) is it can be difficult to open because the two halves are so thin! It can be hard to get your fingers in to pry them apart. But I love it!

I've been the owner of two Galaxy Z Flips and was finally ready for the big time with the Fold 7. I am glad I held out and waited for this newest model. It's new form factor and design are truly a big leap forward for foldables. The crease is almost nonexistent at this point. The display is gorgeous and makes running multiple apps seamless. As a Tab S8+ owner, I wanted to have that level of multitasking on my mobile phone, and now I can. The camera bump does hurt the slim figure of the phone, but it can be forgiven once you know how powerful it is. It's a real conversation starter this phone. It'll continue to surprise me as time goes on, no doubt.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 is so thin – super thing in fact. It’s looks thinner than the S25 Ultra (but isn’t). My first words were “it looks and feels amazing”. It fully opens, with the screen fully flat, no ridge where it folds. The features are great, great camara for all your different types of photos. The speed is excellent when opening apps. You can use this for absolutely anything, I used it for editing photos, playing games and streaming, no issues whatsoever. Connecting the phone to other Bluetooth devices is super easy. AI is there and simple when required. Highly recommended if you are looking for quality. Looks stunning

I previously had the fold 3 first and I enjoyed quite a lot, but the new fold 7 really shows a large amount of improvement and I can truly say it's built beautiful. The front screen is the same as any other phone making it much better versus the fold 3 slim screen and the inner screen totally trumps the old version as well and the biggest thing that made excited as the thinness of the phone which is incredible. They also reduce the hinge size and it feels a lot like a normal phone in your pocket. Very light weight as well. The features are something im still learning and trying but the new camera feature for selfies is super cool.

I got the z fold 7 at release and wad a long time iPhone user until this. The transfer of data and apps was easy with the Samsung app, however make sure you use a cable to link the two phones, it transferes just about everything, if you use Bluetooth, well, not so much! So the phone! I love this thing, the outside screen is a great size and very usable, but the inside screen is just stunning, this phone is expensive, but so far I feel very much worth it. As a tip to find out how the features and settings work, I'd very .much recommend pulling up one of the YouTube videos on how to setup your phone, it'll make the start of your z folder life much easier.

At first, I was really nervous about using my Samsung Z Fold 7 since it’s the first foldable phone of my life. Having used prevous generations of the Fold series, the Fold7 truly feels like a gamechanging upgrade! It goes without saying the Samsung's build quality and software experience has been pretty polished for a while now and there's not exception here. One UI is slick and responsive and the hardware is outstanding. Naturally the main talking point this time is about the thinness of the Fold7 and it feels amazing in the hand. The cover screen finally feels like the correct size for a regular phone, both in size but also thickness when folded. Once open the device, you feel like you're using a modern tablet like device. I liked the solid feel of the phone. It is quite compact in the pocket with great easy to use features. The transfer from my old phone was easy and smooth. I liked how the folded screen had different formats and even a photo album. It was thoughtful and lovely. It is great being able to know what is happening without having to open up the phone in social and work settings. I didn't like how there wasn't a messages or smses app readily available in the compact/folded screen. I will need to hunt around and look for that option but it was very disappointing. Battery life and ease of use is fantastic. Feels modern and engaging

I pre ordered the z fold 7 and received it as soon as it was released. The size of it is amazing. It truly feels like a regular cell phone when it's folded. However, the inner screen got a black spot on it, that has now spread to cover almost the entire thing, rendering it useless. I now have to send my brand new phone away for repair. Seems to be too fragile. I've had a case in it since it came out of the box and an outer screen protector, and the inner screen still got broken within 2 weeks of owning the phone. I'm not sure if its a defect, or if I did it, but I'm not hard on my phone, so if it was me the phone is too fragile

I've owned the Z Fold 3 and 5 and the Z Fold 7 is an incredible step up, both in design and performance. When unfolded, the crease is barely noticeable and the slim design is ridiculous (barely wider than the USB-C port). Even when closed, the phone is about the width of S25 Ultra (which I traded up from). Performance wise, in my usage, it is on par with the Ultra, which is to say buttery smooth and lag free. The 200 megapixel main camera is a massive step up in quality over previous iterations and the autofocus on the Ultra wide camera is a welcome inclusion. Fingers crossed for a 5x telephoto zoom next year. Highly recommend!

Wow, just wow. The whole package fits together perfectly. I love the screen, the slimness, the way it fits into your hands. All without compromising on tech features. Great camera, excellent audio, excellent AI features and an amazing screen. The performance is excellent, running on the Snapdragon Elite chip. Everything is fast! Battery is balanced and I can make it to the end of the day with 30% left. Overall, this is not just the best foldable. Its the best phone out on the market!!! Love it! Great work Samsung! I recently bought the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and I am impressed with it! I love the way it folds and unfolds - really smooth. When folded it works like a regular smartphone, very compact and slim, but when I unfold it I can have a massive screen in my hands that makes my reading, multitasking, watching videos and Netflix so easy and entertaining. The displays outside and inside are vibrant and sharp. Battery life keeps me going through the day with moderate use and the processing power is excellent. I bought the fold 7 1 week ago and so far the improvements are amazing. Starting off by how lighter it is and thinner. There is a huge difference between the z fold 7 and its predecessor the z fold 6 which is thicker. I have owned folding phones since z fold 2 and this improvement is what I was looking for a z fold that upgrades to get the main 200MP camera from the ultra phones. It has finally happened and hands up for that. Besides the camera and thinness the z fold 7 improved its hinge and also the task bar. These upgrades are really good. Overall the phone is much better than last year and I was waiting for a year to get it. It is definitely a worth buy!

Lucky enough to have got my hands on the new Galaxy Z Fold 7. It's as impressive as I expected it to be. In contrast to my Galazy Z Fold 6 its super thin and lightweight and feels incredibly smooth holding it in your hand. The camera quality is top notch and the portrait photos Ive taken look very professional. The cinematic display is spectacular and love the streaming as I open the Fold in wide mode. Yet again Samsung has made some notable improvements. Sorry to see the loss of the S Pen for the Z Fold 7, it will be missed but enjoying the how thin the Fold is! I would love to purchase the phone but the high price point is definitely a consideration for me!

I bought this galaxy z fold 7, I've had for 2 week and it's by for the best fold yet. If not the best galaxy phone. The screen is beautiful the design is 2nd to none. How they made a phone this thin and still make it a flag ship model with basically no compromises is an innovation in its self. The camera is just as good as the S25 ultra which is one of the reasons i think this is the best phone out there. The performance is absolutely mind blowing in a phone this thin. The battery is good i still get a whole day screen on time. I love this phone I wouldn't swap it out for anything else. This is the phone to beat all phones.

I upgraded from the Fold 5 and, as someone who loves the Fold series, I wouldn’t go back to a standard phone. My first impression is that the Fold 7 has more squared edges. Personally, I preferred the more rounded design of the Fold 5, but the Fold 7 is noticeably thinner and lighter, which is fantastic. The screen quality is impressive, with pictures appearing sharper and more vibrant. I did have some trouble transferring my data across and am still figuring out a few things. It’s most likely operator error, but I haven’t had this issue with previous upgrades. Overall, I’m really enjoying the Fold 7 so far and am excited to explore all of its new features.

The 200MP camera is a nice addition compared the the fold 6 which i had. Performance: Never slows down, I use mine more for gaming and its ability to play emulators at full speed is amazing. Design: This is where i think samsung could do alot better, its exactly the same from the fold 4 onwards and its just getting a little stale. Value: Its a folding phone, its going to be expensive but for what it is? i think its worth the money.

I bought this fone just two days before and this is my worst decision ever in my life suddenly fone is not ringing and when i did restart after restart the outer screen is on but touch is not working and inner display is blackout i tried force restart so many times but nothing is worked and i switched ios to android after so many years and the worst part is i transferred my all data to new fone and my iphone is also erased now i dont have any options to backing up my data.samsung is very good with ai but with this tiny little things iphone is far better than samsung now i am gonno returning it and switches to iphone again.

Had it for 2 weeks and loved it so far. Areas to improve though, increase dust resistance, this makes me a bit anxious. Useful to know there is some resistance, but sand etc would bugger the device. Battery, it just about lasts a day of average usage. This is find but does limit my comfort with going longer days (e.g travel and or outdoor adventure) Camera, why not just have the same cameras and the ultra ? It remove all issue (and likely help with the wobble) Not something I missed (this is my first foldable), but having a pen capability would be useful. Not something I feel I miss, but always nice to have the extra

I purchased the Z Fold 7 about a week ago, and so far, it's been an incredible experience. The device is unbelievably thin and lightweight, yet delivers excellent performance. The display, responsiveness, and overall feel are top-notch. The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is due to a minor issue with the charging port — it occasionally flickers or disconnects when using the device while charging. It might be that I need another cable that's firmer when plugged in. Other than that, the battery life has been solid, and it charges quickly. Overall, a fantastic device that’s been a joy to use. Camera is really good too, I love the ai features embedded.

I’ve been using the Fold 7 for a week, and I’m impressed. The foldable screen is super handy — I use it unfolded way more than I expected, especially for videos and multitasking. The crease is still there but not a big deal. It’s fast, smooth, and handles everything I throw at it. Battery life is decent, though heavy use on the big screen drains it quicker. Cameras are good but not amazing — they get the job done. Surprisingly, it doesn’t feel too bulky. Build quality is solid. I threw on a case right away, just in case. Not cheap, but if you like trying new tech, this phone is a lot of fun. I’m not looking back.

Been a Samsung user since the first galaxy phone. This is my first galaxy FOLD phone and I couldn't be more happy with this beast. Great form factor. It's the perfect size for any occasion. Love the awesome big screen when the phone is opened. Great for watching movies, reading books, playing games and awesome experience when muti-tasking. Not sure how I lived without a fold phone for so long. I can never go back to just a normal candybar phone now. Samsung make me one of your reviewer so I can be the first to review and use your next folds for many many years to come. Keep up the great work. This is one awesome product.

The phone itself is a massive jump up from the z fold 5 I had previously. The phone is thinner, lighter and the battery even though it is the same capacity is far more efficient. I find myself using the outer screen more now, for quick replies or checking something. The outer screen is basically the width of a normal phone now so much easier to use. The inner screen is and has always been a delight, great for multiple tasks... I can open spotify and browse the Internet at the same time. The camera quality is also far better. I did not like the inner under display camera before, the hole for the new camera doesn't bother me and the camera quality is far better now.

I purchased the ZFold7 based on my previous experience of Samsung phones with my S23 Ultra. That phone was well built, peeformed well and the battery was reliable. My initial usage with the Z7 was getting used to the way that this model performed. The design is amazing, the clarity amazing and the display outstanding. Having sold my digital camera, the chance to ascertain the powerful 200mb camera on the Z7 in an outdoor envionment where the full zoom could be put to use was taken whilst photographing Tenby harbour from the top of the hill. A very good photograph with excellent colour and light balance. I am still getting used to the Z7 but overall 10/10. Superb.

I’m thrilled with my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7! It’s incredibly thin at 8.9mm folded (3.2mm slimmer than the Z Fold 6) and super light at 215g (24g lighter), feeling like a regular phone. The 8-inch inner display is vibrant with no visible crease, perfect for gaming and multitasking. The 200MP camera takes stunning photos, and the Snapdragon 8 Elite keeps everything blazing fast. Battery life lasts all day, though charging could be quicker. It is pricey, but the sleek design and performance make it worth it. I also dont need to purchase a tablet which would have bought the price on par This foldable feels like the future!

I have been with the Fold flagship since the beginning, Fold1 was exciting then was Fold 3 loved every bit of it to the point I still have it. Then I got the Fold 5 which did make me loose confidence as I had too many issues with the device and I ended up sending it back for Ultra 24. Then came Fild 7 I thought should I take my chances and finally gave in and wow everything about this device has Wowed me till now, be it the size, weight, features, user friendliness I don't think it is easy to capture everything in words. Anyone who loves technology or is tech savvy should get this phone. Thanks Samsung for re building my trust in a phone I have always loved to use.

As usual, great shipping and packing from samsung. The phone is extremely slim and lightweight, making us forget that we're holding a beast in our hands. Battery life could be improved a bit, however the processor makes up for it. Overall you can't go back once you start using samsung foldable with such an optimised software experience.

I have had the samsung galaxy Z Fold 7 for about three weeks now. And I can honestly say, I love this phone ♥️ ever since the first samsung galaxy fold came out.I always wanted one, but I chose to wait until I found a version of the Z fold I was comfortable with. And I must say i love everything about this phone and it was definitely worth the seven year wait. The only problem I have is the inner screen. I have to carry around a microfiber cloth with me everywhere I go to clean the inner screen, because even if a speck of dust/dirt is on the inner screen And it is closed, it will leave it indents on the inner screen 😩

I will rate galaxy z fold 7 as the best smartphone that I have used so far. The level of freedom that the screen provides is excellent, especially for media comsumption and opening two screens side by side. The reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is beecause of battery, would really appreciate if we could get 6 hours of SOT. At present I am getting 4 to 4.5 hours and around 125% battery usage per day on average. Also would like to see a better telephoto camera, hopefully 50 mp at least 5x. Rest I am extremely happy, probably the happiest after a purchase that I have been since a long time regardless of price.

It is my third Fold and for the most part are great phones. I dont like that i can't set separate ring tones for different contacts, texts and emails, very frustrating. As I edit this i must repeat myself its very frustrating that I can't have different ringtone for different people. Also I have found that I need a lock screen for some apps. This is very frustrating since I'm into my phone a hundred times a day and its never further than arms length away. It's totally unnecessary. As a result I have downgraded my rating. All the problems could be remedied with software updates The screens are nice and clear but have problems with cracking in the center from folding

Pros: Big improvement coming from the z fold 6. Love how slim the phone is in comparison. It feels like a regular Samsung phone when folded. Camera is better. Cons: The battery life still sucks. The camera still isn't what I would expect at this price point. It's better than the z fold 6 for sure but not much. No more S-pen. Not a pro or a con but the screens are still really reflective. Overall, for the price, I was hoping for a camera equal to the S24 & at least a slightly better battery life but regardless, I love the fold 7 & think it's a nice step up from the 6,. I'm glad I upgraded. However, until those 2 things are improved, I doubt I'll be upgrading again.

I upgraded from Rog 5 to Fold 7, it was a pretty big change. Everything feels much faster and reliable. The crease is barely noticeable, the people complaining about it must expect way tooo much. The battery life I felt was low, but to be honest, maybe its because its new, but my phone lasts a whole day. It feels similar to my rog 5 with 6000 mah, but my rog was also old and a bit degraded compared to its peak. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and find the fold very cool and amazing! Camera quality is great, same for the speaker. I like how you can listen to songs while still on a call with someone. I just dont like how the call recording doesn't work at all.

I got this 2 weeks ago. Once again Samsung did not disappoint. I have previously had the Samsung Note models for the last 6 year and I was hesitant to change as they were so good. I have to say this Fold 7 is not just as good but actually better in so many ways. Personal use - it ticks all the boxes Work use - makes working remotely a breeze and much more user friendly and adaptable than the Note models I am used to. The only feature I do not like / not happy with is the message application (Now Google message) - the previous standard message application that came with as a standard with Samsung were better.

So far it's been a pretty good experience, fast fingerprint and facial log in, quick responding display and apps. However 3 things are not so great. 1, Battery life, I'm not a heavy user but I can easily get down to 15% before the end of the day, which is a worry. 2. Camera bump, not ideal, to keep the phone from wobbling around i have to lay it face down, and if I use open with it on my desk I'm concerned with damaging the phone. 3, The square corners, they dig into my palm so not great for comfort and it means I use it on my desk more, see 2. Performance overall is good though not 5 stars good but more 3.5 good

This is an amazing phone. I can't believe how thin and light it is. The cover screen is wider so you can use it as a normal phone easier when your out and about. It makes typing so much better rather than using older generations with a narrower screen. When unfolded gaming is so much better. The larger screen makes it a more immersion experiance and using touch controls on a larger screen is so much easier. The AI is super useful when I'm taking notes. Long documents can be summarised to a few key bullet points making research so much quicker. I can utilise split screen and have 2 windows to increase productivity.

My ZFold 7 arrived with much anticipation and it has not disappointed. Crystal clear graphics and streamline sizing. The performance is outstanding and the camera is decent. Battery lasts the usual amount considering I have everything working at top level. This is my first fold phone and I am definitely loving the concept, however I do sometimes forget and find myself squinting at the front screen in my old age and then the dawn of realisation hits and it's like a new toy all over again. I love the split screen and ability to work on multiple things. Love the fact I can stream shows on a larger screen and gaming is great. I would highly recommend this phone to all!

The Z Fold 7 is the best device I've ever had. Starting from the design - it is so thin and beautiful - every time I pick it up, I get excited. Just looking at pictures online will not give you the full story - you should go and check it out in the store. Once you hold it, it looks like a standard phone, and then you open the Fold, and you're stunned by its vast, gorgeous inner display. It's a whole different world - reading, using two apps at once, playing games, and watching videos.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
