What to do if installed game icons do not appear on the Home and Apps screen

Installed games may not appear on the Home or Apps screen if the Gaming Hub is set to show game apps only within the hub. When the Show game apps option is set to Gaming Hub only, game icons are hidden from the Home and Apps screens. To display installed game icons on the Home and Apps screens, change the Gaming Hub settings as follows.

How to enable Show game apps on the Home and Apps screens

Step 1. Tap Gaming Hub app.

Step 2. Select More options at the top right of the screen.

Step 3. Select Settings.

Step 4. Select Show game apps.

Step 5. Select In Gaming Hub and the Home and Apps screens.

Once the setting is applied, installed game icons appear on both the Home screen and the Apps screen.

Note:

  • If the Gaming Hub app version is lower than 7.0, the More options button is located at the bottom right of the Gaming Hub Home screen.
  • If a home launcher other than Samsung One UI Home is in use, the Show game apps option may not appear. This feature is supported only on Samsung One UI Home.
  • Actual UX/UI may vary.
