Calls are dropping or no network signal on your Samsung Galaxy Watch

Last Update date : Aug 30. 2026

If calls are dropping or your Galaxy Watch cannot connect to a network, this is often caused by a temporary issue rather than a problem with your Samsung watch.

Before troubleshooting, consider when the issue happens:

  • Does it happen only in certain locations or at specific times?
This is usually related to network coverage or the surrounding environment.

  • Or does it happen all the time, regardless of location?
This may indicate a more persistent issue that requires further checks.

Make sure your Galaxy Watch is updated to the latest software version.
