Coupling the Galaxy Buds+

If you have recently lost or damaged one of your Galaxy Buds+ and have bought a replacement you can easily reconnect the orginal Galaxy Buds+ to the new Galaxy Buds+. Follow the below guide to learn how to couple your Galaxy Buds+.

1 Insert the Galaxy Buds+ into the designated charging case, ensure they are correctly inserted in the corresponding slots.

2 Touch and hold both the Galaxy Buds+ touchpads for 7 seconds or more.

The earbuds battery indicator light will flash green then turn off.

Tap and hold earbuds touchpad

The earbud battery indicator light will keep flashing red when the earbuds are not coupled properly. Remove the earbuds from the charging case and insert them again. Once reconnected tap and hold the earbuds' touchpads for 7 seconds or more.
