Galaxy Tab S4: How to Format a MicroSD Card

To Format Memory Card Navigate to Apps screen → Touch Settings → Touch Device Maintenance → Touch Storage →Touch More Options → Touch Storage settings → Touch SD card → Touch Format → Touch FORMAT → Touch DONE
