How to enable Download Manager in Samsung Galaxy S3(GT-I9300) JB OS 4.3?

CLICK HERE to know why “Unfortunately, the process com,google,process.gapps has stoped.” pop-up appear on Samsung Android devices. 

a). Tap on Apps as shown below.

b). Now tap and drag the Application screen towards right to access Settings and then tap on Settings icon as shown below.

c). Now tap on More as shown below.

d). Tap on Application manager under More settings.

e). Now tap and drag the Application manager Screen towards left and access Disabled application.

f). Now tap on the Download Manager application with Android icon.

g). Now tap on Enable to enable Download Manager as shown below.

h). Now, Download Manager is enabled displaying Disable on the screen. 

Now, Restart your device.
