How to enable Multi window in Samsung Galaxy Grand 2(SM-G7102)?

STEP 1. GETTING STARTED
a). Tap on Apps icon as shown below.
b). Now tap on Settings and then tap on Device as shown below.
STEP 2. ENABLING MULTI WINDOW
c). Now tap on Multi window option as shown below.
d). Enable Multi window by dragging the Switch towards right. Then tap on the Multi window icon as shown below.
e). Tap on OK as shown below for system message.
