How to enable Ringtone volume in Samsung Galaxy Grand2(SM-G7102)?

STEP 1. GETTING STARTED
a). Tap on Apps icon as shown below.
b). Now tap on Settings and then tap on Device as shown below.
STEP 2. ENABLING RINGTONE
c). Now, tap on Sound option as shown below.
d). Tap on Volume option as shown below.
e). Now, tap and drag the bar icon to the suitable level for Ringtone Volume. Tap on OK to save changes.
