How to set up and use Now brief on your Samsung Galaxy device

Now brief is a personalised briefing feature on your Samsung Galaxy device. It shows useful content and suggested actions based on your daily routine and selected interests. Depending on your settings, Now brief can display cards for schedules and reminders, health and wellness, weather, news, music and podcasts, travel, SmartThings, Wallet, and more. You can set up the content you want to receive and open Now brief from the lock screen, a widget, or the Edge panel.

1. How to access Now brief from the Now bar

You can quickly open Now brief from the Now bar on the lock screen. If sleep data is not available, Now brief may appear around the default wake-up time of 6:00 a.m. and bedtime of 9:00 p.m. At other times, Now brief may appear when there is briefing content based on your schedule. It stays visible in the Now bar until you open it. Follow the steps below to open Now brief from the lock screen.
