Tap on Settings and then tap on Bluetooth as shown below :
STEP 2. UPAIRING THE PAIRED DEVICE

Drag the slider to enable Bluetooth and then tap on the Setings icon as shown below :

Tap Unpair :
The bluetooth device is now unpaired from Galaxy S5 :
