Is there any charge to use WatchOn application?

Samsung WatchOn is a free application on your mobile device. Browsing content, viewing cast and crew information, and reading reviews are all free. Adding content to your favorites, rating “like/dislike,” and sharing are also free but require a Samsung account.
A charge for renting or purchasing content within the service does apply. You can also use WatchOn as a universal remote to control your TV, set-top box, DVR, and other electronic devices.
