What is TVKey Cloud and how to use it on Samsung TVs
TVKey Cloud enables you to watch Live television channels on Samsung TVs without the need for a Set-top box. All you need to do is plug-in the Cable/DTH wire directly into TV & subscribe to one of the convenient Linear TV packs offered by supported operators.
Supported operators:
- DishTV DTH Live TV (Supported on 2024 TV Models onwards)
- GTPL Cable Live TV (Supported on 2021 TV Models onwards)

What is TVKey Cloud
TVKey Cloud is a cloud-based solution developed by Samsung in collaboration with NAGRA, aimed at enabling secure access to premium video services directly on Samsung TVs without requiring set-top box. The TV, however needs internet and DTH antenna in case of DTH operator or cable in case of cable operator to stream Pay TV contents.

How it works
- TVKey Cloud uses a combination of secure chipsets embedded in Samsung Smart TVs and cloud-based security technologies
- Customer reaches out to Operators, and respective operator’s technicians visits home and activates
- Once activated, the TV interacts with the cloud to verify user credentials and enables secure playback

Methods to install TVKey app for GTPL
Method 1: For New Customers (During Out of Box Experience)
1. A GTPL TVKey Cloud popup will appear on the TV screen once the Out-of-the-Box Experience (OOBE) setup is complete or you may install the GTPL TVKey Cloud app from Samsung app store.
2. Open the GTPL TVKey Cloud app. On the activation page, you'll see the unique “TVKey ID" specific to your TV.
3. Call GTPL Customer care (9727633633) for Installation and Activation.
4. After GTPL activates the feature from their side, a GTPL profile will be created on the customer's television. Now the TV is all setup and ready to use with GTPL!

Method 2: Existing Customers
- Update your TV with latest software.
- You may see a GTPL TVKey Cloud promotional pop-up on your TV screen. If pop up is not appearing, then you may need to install the GTPL TVKey Cloud app from Samsung app store. Then call GTPL Customer care (9727633633) for TVKey Cloud Activation.
Methods to install TVKey app for DishTV
Method 1: For New Customers (During Out of Box Experience)
1. A DishTV Smart+ popup will appear on the TV screen once the Out-of-the-Box Experience (OOBE) setup is complete or you may install the DishTV Smart+ app from Samsung app store.
2. Open the DishTV Smart+ app. On the activation page, you'll see the unique “TVKey ID" specific to your TV.
3. Call DishTV Customer care (18003157189) for Installation and Activation.
4. After DishTV activates the feature from their side, a DishTV profile will be created on the customer's television. Now the TV is all setup and ready to use with DishTV!
