Important please read! The tablet is actually pretty decent. 8gb ram and has good performance. The MAJOR issue is when gaming. Its impossible to play games on this device as when you use 2 fingers it stops recognising touch. ( imagine left thumb using a virtual joystick to run and right thumb to pan/tilt camera, as soon as you try it stops responding) Samsung really need to address this issue as its a widely reported problem. The tech guy I spoke to on the phone took remote access of my tablet and verified the issue. If your intention is just browsing the Web or watching movies then it's good. Samsung, you really need to listen to this review and get a fix (software update maybe?, Unless it's a major hardware fault). You will lose so many sales if you can't game on this device. Currently going through returns process.

The tablet never fails on me and is great for travel and games like roblox and even fortnite at 30hz but the one bad thing is the battery it last no longer than 5 hours so for flights might not be ideal also the camera is blury and not great at 8mp but the display and storage does make up for that being brillant

Good all round device let down by touch sensing. Unable to play games that require a finger to be held on the screen for any reason as that will then stop any other touches from registering, online search indicates this is not just an A9+ problem but a Samsung tablet problem so be weary if buying for gaming.

Really bad that everywhere says that this supports dual audio but it actually does not! I bought this to use on the plane with two sets of Bluetooth headphones but you can't toggle both so whats the point! I called support and they can't even tell me what ones do losing confidence in samsung fast

Very slow and lags. My old galaxy tab was a superior product, I had that for 7 years. This tablet is heavy and slow. Very disappointed with my purchase. Sometimes it won't switch on first time the power button is pressed either. I wonder if a cheaper processor has been used.

I bought it for the bigger screen as having to find a new home and very easy to miss or overlook some important details. Need to see all details clearly as disabled to needs to be safe and viable option with adaptions. Very good pictire quality

I'm not a fan, disappointingly. It works but slowly. My 15yr old Windows PC blows it away for startup speed and processing speed and much slower than my Pixel 7 smartphone in fact it is slower to start up that my 7yr old Samsung A7 tablet.

Overall, a great device which meets our needs. The battery runs down a bit quicker than it might on a phone so recharging seems to more frequent but that could be down to how much we use it. Would recommend.
