Compresor es muy delicado y no hay buen soporte de garantía. Pantalla es muy restrictiva. Anuncia que puede usar Alexa y no es así, no permite sustituir bixby por Alexa ni instalar netflix y otras apps necesarias en una tecnología de este tipo y precio. Make the shelves far enough apart that you can put a gallon jug of milk on a shelf, not in the door. You can move the middle shelf down, but then you only have 5 inches. Need more option on shelf adjustments. 2. The ice bin. Make it where you can remove the divider when only making one type of ice. You have to manually move the ice to the other side to get a full bin of ice. 3. It would have been nice to have water in the door. Yes, I knew it did not have water when I purchased it, but I wanted ice in the bottom freezer section more than water in the door. There was not a model that had both.

Really spacious and allows us to put lots of things in the fridge.It also has a deli drawer.Only thing that I wish it had was a water dispenser.But since we live in the country, our water comes from a well anyways. I control everything from the app temperature and check to see if the door is open as well.I also get notifications when it is open for too long.

Compré este refrigerador hace año y medio, y nunca SANSUM me resolvió el problema que tiene el refrigerador sobre la fábrica de hielo se forma un placa de hielo y obstruye que los hielos salgan. Es de verdad una lástima que la empresa SANSUM no contesta nunca y la garantía no la hacen efectiva. POR ESO NO LA RECOMIENDO PARA NADA estamos decepcionados con el refrigerador. Otro problema el refrigerador congela los alimentos. .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy that we chose this fridge . It fits our space very well and the look of it is fantastic . We were worried the space would be small due to the stigma of most French door styles however we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space on the inside .Samsung really maximized the space inside . We now have a dedicated cheese drawer and the small shelves on the bottom Of the doors are perfect for snacks for our child . There is also a shelf that you can Move out of the way to accommodate taller items . We do wish there were a little more options to adjust the heights of shelves but it’s not a major detriment by any means . The handles make it really easy to pull open and it is a very gentle close with really little movement t no effort at all . If the door is left open to long an consistent alarm gos off which is very useful with little children in the household (and also with indecisive spouse ) the tempature controls are awesome they make a fun noise when adjusting and cool down the fridge super fast which in turn cools down everything inside fast . Great amount of lighting on the inside . It is WiFi enabled also which super useful . As far as the freezer it makes ice all the time but you can shut it off as needed . It has 2 compartments a smaller one on top that slides out of the way to get to the larger one underneath. Keeps everything in the freezer frozen without getting frostbite because it is sealed tight and also closes super easily . One downside is the storage part of the freezer is not particularly large if you buy a lot of frozen goods and also it is somewhat challenging to organize items in the freezer . The whole unit itself moves easier then most to do cleaning underneath and around . As far as a total recommendation we love it and would highly recommend it for purchase as it really does a fantastic job and also looks really great as well .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how easy to clean and the big space however I don’t like the fact you need to wait almost one whole day for the ice tray to refill it has option for small ice & regular ice you can’t just pick one this sucks when you have a lot of traffic and need to refill your cups I hate that this model doesn’t allow for on demand ice I mean really you pay a pretty good price and no option to refill on demand which sucks I was also told by the tech who had to reset my ice tray that it also won’t produce ice as fast depending on how many times the fridge has been open which is also a bit annoying because it should matter if I’m opening my freezer instead correct anyways I really think I should’ve stuck to a fridge with the ice maker on the door instead for this price I’m very disappointed

The fridge was very spacious and could hold all of our groceries which could not fit in our old fridge. This allowed us to organize our groceries neatly while still keeping enough space. The freezer is very deep as well and keeps things cold, and the ice maker makes the perfect ice and always is consistent. It also is very accessible through the smartthings app which tells you if the doors are open and allows you to adjust the inside temperature.

I was surprised at how much larger this fridge is compared to my old one. We did not have them set up the ice maker as I have another fridge with an ice maker and I really just wanted the extra freezer room. The refrigerator part has two doors that open up to the inside and each door has three shelves. There are three shelves inside that provide plenty of room. there are two smaller wider drawers and one longer, wider drawer. I like the variety of space that is available. The freezer has a larger bottom space with a divider in the middle. There is a drawer on top and that too, has a divider in the middle. It holds a lot!! I am very happy with the amount of items that I can put in my freezer. This fridge not only has a large capacity, it also looks very nice with its stainless steel exterior.

Compré este refrigerador hace poco más de 24 meses y la pantalla presenta fallas de conectividad a internet. Frecuentemente se desconecta. Estoy muy feliz con mi nueva nevera, el servicio de entrega fue en el tiempo acordado, y la instalación también se hizo de forma correcta y oportuna. I really needed a spacious fridge that would allow me to organize all my food/groceries/drinks for my household. The large wide shelving units let me place large items inside (for example a large sheet cake) and I still have plenty of room left to add the rest of the items inside. The lighting is great as well! The shelves along the doors are awesome as I can put large drink containers such as milk jugs and juice bottles. The smaller shelves allow me to put a variety of jars and condiments etc. The freezer portion of the fridge is awesome! I love that it has 2 compartments and the fact that it makes 2 different sizes for ice is icing on the cake! It comes with a handy ice scoop as well! I am absolutely in LOVE with this Samsung fridge! It surpasses my expectations and needs in a fridge. I highly recommend!! This fridge does not disappoint! And it is absolutely beautiful as well! It matches my kitchen and appliances perfectly!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Samsung refrigerator expecting the dual ice maker to be a great feature, but the large cube ice maker has been a constant headache. The small ice side keeps working, but the large cube side repeatedly stops making ice. At first it looked like it randomly quit. After troubleshooting multiple times, I found the water line appears to freeze or block, causing the large ice tray to stop filling. Then after thawing the freezer or waiting, it starts working again — only to fail again later, especially if the large ice bin stays full for several days. This means the ice maker is unreliable unless you constantly babysit it and use the large cubes fast enough to keep it cycling. That defeats the whole purpose of having a premium dual ice maker. I’ve had to run test cycles, empty bins, thaw the freezer, monitor temperatures, and troubleshoot a nearly new refrigerator just to keep one side making ice. No customer should have to do that on an expensive appliance. When it works, it’s great. But the recurring large ice maker freeze-up issue makes this fridge frustrating and disappointing. Would not recommend if dependable ice production matters to you.

The freezer also is amazing I don't feel like things are going to fall out on me when I get in there. I am a fan of the bottom freezer concept. The doors seal well and they hold most of the jars and things that normally clog up your shelves in a normal fridge. It was a struggle to get it in the house because it is wider than normal and you have to take off the doors and pull the freezer drawers out. Though this was a good thing in hind sight because now we know how to do it when we need to do a thorough cleaning on it. I have nothing bad to say about this fridge.

I bought this refrigerator on January 15 of 25. Within six months the small icemaker quit working when I called they kept telling me to mash two buttons in the back which there was none. I called a service repair man and he told me they were giving me Advice on a model that was five years older after he came the icemaker worked for two weeks and quit and is still not working and I am fed up. The model number was RF30BB6200QLAA. I believe it’s a 30.1 ft.³ Please do not buy it. I just want to warn people.

And it produced both cubed and ice bites ice well. Temperature and Ice maker control can be easily set with physical buttons and Samsung Smart Things App. When doors were not fully closed, it will alert you. Shelves are fully adjustable. i had not been able to fill it up with this largest capacity refrigerator, which makes moving food around easy without needing to take everything out. Ice making happens more over night to reduce noise. The digital inverter compressor is quiet and efficient.

I noticed my Samsung RF 32CG not cooling the fridge while the freezer seemed ok. It wasn't until I removed the freezer door and the back panel that I noticed a small powered door that opens to the fridge to cool by way of a fan. It think this little door got stuck because after I pushed it open and tested it the fridge cools now. when the freezer door opens the fan stops and the access door to the fridge closes until you close the freezer door then the fan starts up again and the little door opens to blow cool air into the fridge. It looks like this little door can stick and not let cool air up to the fridge.

We didn’t need bells and whistles, just a fridge large enough for a family of 7 with an ice maker. The only wish we have is that it had more configuration options. The sliding shelf is on the right side and it would work better on the left for us. It doesn’t feel stable enough to keep heavier items on. With the location of our fridge, the left door doesn’t fully swing open so we have to kind of reach around the door to place heavier objects on the more stable shelf. Just a mild and easily-overcome inconvenience. The dual sized ice cube maker is fantastic! Larger ice for cups/glasses, smaller ice for water bottles!

Absolutely horrible product. I bought this refrigerator in February 2024 and little over a year later it has stopped working on two separate occasions! Very frustrating as I live in The Bahamas and not able to receive any type of help from Samsung for my wasted money. When asking professionals about this issue they all said Samsung is a brand you want to stay away from when it comes to appliances. It makes me sad because I am huge Samsung fan with electronics. I have the tv, the phone, the watch, earbuds, and tablet.

The glass to the bottom shelf is SO difficult to remove. Using the user manual that came with the fridge did NOT provide us with any correct instructions to remove the glass. All of the Samsung help videos include basic clips which are used to hold the glass in place, for what ever reason this RF32CG5100SR HAD to be different. After SEVERAL google searches later we found a YouTube video NOT from Samsung that showed us how to get it out to clean. YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pgBq8D9uHKs. This was NOT the safest option and could very likely lead to breaking the glass or the frame. But we did successfully get it out and cleaned. Putting the glass back in the frame was even more of a struggle.

I am enjoying the space provided by this refrigerator and the way my food items remain chilled no matter where my food items are stored. This is a smart refrigerator that uses an app to help manage the temperature settings and various features. I just wish that the app reflected the actual temperature of the refrigerator and freezer. It currently only displays the settings, not really helpful. I was expecting the app to offer support like a smart thermostat that helps manage an HVAC system. I would like to see if the temperature fluctuates in the refrigerator.

Plus, the dual ice maker is a huge plus. ​But honestly, it’s been a massive pain. We’ve had cooling issues since it was delivered. It has already required three separate repairs just to get it to hold a steady temperature. Luckily, everything was covered under warranty, but having this many issues right out of the box is incredibly frustrating. It’s a great fridge when it actually works, but buy the extended warranty just in case.

It's nice to know that it is fingerprint resistant. I love that it has a 2 minute door alarm that lets me know when the door is still open since I seem to have a very bad habit of walking away before I make sure that the door is closed. My husband definitely likes that feature too. I'm able to monitor my refrigerator's power usage with the SmartThings app and having to chill my food fast with the power cool option is neat.

I can't put like 2 cans of coke in it and that's uh, kind of unfortunate, umm. Umm, the fridge gets really cold. I really like it, it keeps my milk super fresh. MMM, the ice, I don't use the ice maker that much, so it's. Whatever for me, but overall great experience with this fridge so far.

This fridge is easy to organize, and has a large capacity for our large family. And I like the overall design very well. I could wish the ice maker was a dispenser, and not a scoop that you had to open the whole freezer to use. Everything was basically perfect, though, until something spilled on the bottom glass shelf. While the other shelves are easy to clean and put back, and don't leave spaces for spills to get into crevices, this shelf lets liquud underneath the glass easily. Then comes trouble. First of all, it is very, very difficult to remove from the fridge. The release tabs are not releaseable by human hands! They are awkwardly placed, and are the same hard plastic the frame is made with. I had to use the tips of spoons and push incredibly hard... (constantly in terror that this plastic is brittle... which it probably will be eventually), and also push up and wiggle it loose with my forearms hard once the tabs started to loosen. It is then very difficult to get out of the refrigerator. The doors have to open strainingly wide. But then the real tough part begins. FOUR times more difficult! You must remove the glass to clean the spill underneath. There is no clear way to remove it. I required AI's help in order to figure out how to get the glass off, and even then I constantly felt that I was about to break either the plastic frame or the glass because of the way it's designed. The silver front cover has to be pried off. Then you have to bend the frame corner down (again, feeling like you will break things any minute) to free the corner of the glass from the lip of the frame, while pulling the corner of the glass up. Then you have to free the rest of the edge. Once you do, the back of the glass shelf is still firmly encased in the frame, so you have to engage in frame bending and glass pulling gymnastics again before you finally get the glass out and are able to clean. I hope nothing ever ever ever ever spills in my fridge again, because I seriously hate the lengths I have to go to remove grossness from this shelf. And I have not yet figured out how to remove the very bottom drawer's little lid for cleaning either. It looks like it will also require gymnastics and fear.

I like the large shelves, now I can put a gallon of milk in the door. It's plenty of room to organize items. Oh, and the 2 minute door alarm is nice. We need that around here especially since my family have a habit of leaving the door open too long. And the SmartThings app is very simple to use when you need to monitor the refrigerator. I can quickly freeze my food with the power freeze option. Very nice.

Primero, enviaron un producto CON DAÑO en el interior. Para el cambio se demoraron UN MES. Lo peor, por las dimensiones del producto, no lo quisieron recoger y obligaron el cambio "mano a mano", lo cual nos obligó a tener una refrigeradora inservible por UN MES en nuestra casa, exponiendose a la interperie. Cuando por fin trajeron la nueva refri, el servicio tecnico NO INSTALO el filtro, ya que decian que "no venia" el filtro, cuando este ya estaba puesto dentro de la misma refri. La solucion: Esperar UN MES Y MEDIO para que vayan a instalar algo que siempre estuvo ahi, y lo peor, nos lo quisieron cobrar. Despues de esta terrible experiencia, no volvere a comprar algo de esta marca.

How about how quickly it chills anything in the refrigerator and freezes anything in the freezer it’s incredible! Also I love the fingerprint resistant stainless steel my 4 year old loves to touch everything so this helps us out a ton! The storage in the fridge has a really good you can put tons of drinks or other items on the main shelves and put your gallon of milk on the side door which is so handy . You can you use the app to control the temperature which is very handy . The freezers setup and space could be improved upon and there is no light on the bottom freezer compartment but it’s not enough of a negative to make a huge difference overall I would highly recommend this refrigerator I really love it ! T

Mega Capacity 3-Door fridge is huge – like, you can fit a week’s worth of groceries in here and still have room for leftovers. The stainless steel finish looks super nice, though it does pick up fingerprints kinda easy. Inside, the shelves move around so you can fit taller stuff, and the freezer space is way better than I expected. The ice and water dispenser works good, but sometimes it’s a little slow. Overall, it’s a really solid fridge and honestly makes my old one look like a toy.

I love the large capacity, but it sticks about 10 inches out (my error). I wanted something sleek so I opted for the door without the water dispenser. I love being able to scoop my ice from the drawer below. I love how there is a divider in the freezer. My only wish is that it has a built-in water pitcher from the inside. Other than that, we love!

It's double doors and draw out freezer on the bottom gives us everything we need, and despite it not having a water dispenser, we feel it suits our kitchen flow. We supplement the lack of water dispenser with a filter that fits within the spacious door cabinetry on one of the double doors. It's a sleek and affordable addition to the family kitchen, and it doesn't compromise our space at all.

The french doors are really stylish and helped give my kitchen an updated look. It has compartments and can hold everything we need to keep cool and has a great freezer to hold all the things and keep everything frozen. The 2 different sizes of ice dispensing is also a nice feature. I also appreciate the alarm when the doors may not close properly or if it’s open for too long. All in all it is a great product.

The ice maker is such an improvement as it provides 2 sizes of ice. I bought it because it has the max storing capacity of any French door on the market and it doesn't disappoint. It has a great efficiency rating, but it cooled down extremely fast and made ice over night when I first plugged it in.

Plenty of room in the doirs for several gallon jugs, plenty of cans of soda, and still room for condiments. The extra slide shelf for those extra talk jugs is pretty ingenious. With such capacity the efficiency of this machine keeping everything cool and not frozen is amazing. The 2 drawers helps keep the fresh produce and luncheon meats fresh.

We needed a "basic" refrigerator with a lot of storage and didn't need a water dispenser, etc. Also, since it's extra storage in our garage, we're not using the icemakers, but instead have the bins for additional storage. Have had mixed luck with Samsung refrigerators in the past, but mainly with ice/wter dispensers, so hoping this won't have any issues!

Have owned this refrigerator for 3 hours and already regret the purchase. Tor remove the shelves and/or drawers you must first remove the door bins partly because the doors don't open enough. You must hold 2 release tabs by the filter to release the glass shelf over the crisper drawers. I can't do it as a 51 year old female, forget it if you are elderly. I still have not been able to remove the Quick Space shelf from the other shelf to adjust and remove packing. The fridge is large enough, but if I can't figure out the Quick Space shelf I will have a lot of wasted space. Crisper drawers can't be customized. I never even thought to look at that because I never owned a fridge that did not allow for customization. Also disappointed to see this fridge has Peak Adjustment enabled. It does have to disable it, but how many people aren't aware and don't read their manual. The unit cooled off quickly and ice is already being made.
