Poor quality construction, we have replaced inside door trays 6 times and again 3 more have broken . Water dispenser switch also keeps breaking. We are a older couple and only us in the house. Samsung has never covered these under a warranty nor recalled this poorly built fridge. 3rd tray was not repairable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Fridge has so much room! I feel like I have twice the fridge I had before. The freezer also is amazing I don't feel like things are going to fall out on me when I get in there. I am a fan of the bottom freezer concept. The doors seal well and they hold most of the jars and things that normally clog up your shelves in a normal fridge. It was a struggle to get it in the house because it is wider than normal and you have to take off the doors and pull the freezer drawers out. Though this was a good thing in hind sight because now we know how to do it when we need to do a thorough cleaning on it. I have nothing bad to say about this fridge.

No happy with this product. Was samsung loyal customer from last 16 years . "The fridge has stopped cooling and a smell has started coming from it. We only have one fridge and it’s really difficult to store things right now. Last time too, this happened a few days before the warranty ended. I’m waiting for a part from Samsung, but now I’m scared whether it will even work properly after the fan is changedby tech , especially since the warranty won’t be there anymore. They also didn’t provide any compensation or any perk for the inconvenience meanwhile."

The glass to the bottom shelf is SO difficult to remove. Using the user manual that came with the fridge did NOT provide us with any correct instructions to remove the glass. All of the Samsung help videos include basic clips which are used to hold the glass in place, for what ever reason this RF32CG5100SR HAD to be different. After SEVERAL google searches later we found a YouTube video NOT from Samsung that showed us how to get it out to clean. YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pgBq8D9uHKs. This was NOT the safest option and could very likely lead to breaking the glass or the frame. But we did successfully get it out and cleaned. Putting the glass back in the frame was even more of a struggle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung 32 cu. ft. Mega Capacity Refrigerator truly is the largest capacity home use refrigerator. It is very energy efficient. And it produced both cubed and ice bites ice well. Temperature and Ice maker control can be easily set with physical buttons and Samsung Smart Things App. When doors were not fully closed, it will alert you. Shelves are fully adjustable. i had not been able to fill it up with this largest capacity refrigerator, which makes moving food around easy without needing to take everything out. Ice making happens more over night to reduce noise. The digital inverter compressor is quiet and efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always had counter depth refrigerators, but this one is way more spacious. The fridge door has bins big enough for gallon size beverages. On the right inside is temperature control panel. The ice bins make small and larger size ice cubes. One thing this fridge is missing is a water station. I wish it had that. The refrigerator pull out doors can be accessed with just opening one side. The interior light is super bright and makes the fridge more inviting. The fridge has an alarm that will beep if the doors are left open more than 2 minutes. If you are tech savvy, the temperature can be controlled using the SmartThings app. Overall I am happy with my refrigerator.

I noticed my Samsung RF 32CG not cooling the fridge while the freezer seemed ok. It wasn't until I removed the freezer door and the back panel that I noticed a small powered door that opens to the fridge to cool by way of a fan. It think this little door got stuck because after I pushed it open and tested it the fridge cools now. when the freezer door opens the fan stops and the access door to the fridge closes until you close the freezer door then the fan starts up again and the little door opens to blow cool air into the fridge. It looks like this little door can stick and not let cool air up to the fridge.

Make the shelves far enough apart that you can put a gallon jug of milk on a shelf, not in the door. You can move the middle shelf down, but then you only have 5 inches. Need more option on shelf adjustments. 2. The ice bin. Make it where you can remove the divider when only making one type of ice. You have to manually move the ice to the other side to get a full bin of ice. 3. It would have been nice to have water in the door. We didn’t need bells and whistles, just a fridge large enough for a family of 7 with an ice maker. The only wish we have is that it had more configuration options. The sliding shelf is on the right side and it would work better on the left for us. It doesn’t feel stable enough to keep heavier items on. With the location of our fridge, the left door doesn’t fully swing open so we have to kind of reach around the door to place heavier objects on the more stable shelf. Just a mild and easily-overcome inconvenience. The dual sized ice cube maker is fantastic! Larger ice for cups/glasses, smaller ice for water bottles!

The Wi-Fi connectivity using smart things App makes the temperature adjustment easy. You get plenty of adjustable shelving, a vegetable drawer, gallon storage in the door, a decent sized freezer, LED lighting. The two different sized ice cubes stored in the freezer section are also a plus. the high-power cooling (high speed fan and cooling) to chill the space more quickly. For a family of 2-4, the size should be sufficient. If you’re looking for a fridge and want a lot of space, this is a great option.

When asking professionals about this issue they all said Samsung is a brand you want to stay away from when it comes to appliances. It makes me sad because I am huge Samsung fan with electronics. I am enjoying the space provided by this refrigerator and the way my food items remain chilled no matter where my food items are stored. This is a smart refrigerator that uses an app to help manage the temperature settings and various features. I just wish that the app reflected the actual temperature of the refrigerator and freezer. It currently only displays the settings, not really helpful. I was expecting the app to offer support like a smart thermostat that helps manage an HVAC system. I would like to see if the temperature fluctuates in the refrigerator.

PLEASE never buy Samsung appliance.. we bought a brand new Samsung fridge in 2020 and have had MULTIPLE problems with it. Literally broke within the first few weeks we got it, so they “fixed it” under the warranty but the issue was never actually resolved. Then after the warranty was up, they’ve done nothing for us. Here we are, only FOUR years later needing to buy a new fridge cause they never helped us. Absolute trash appliances. Do NOT waste your money. I literally never leave reviews, but I just have to warn people at how awful this fridge/company is.

Plus, the dual ice maker is a huge plus. ​But honestly, it’s been a massive pain. We’ve had cooling issues since it was delivered. It has already required three separate repairs just to get it to hold a steady temperature. Luckily, everything was covered under warranty, but having this many issues right out of the box is incredibly frustrating. It’s a great fridge when it actually works, but buy the extended warranty just in case.

It's nice to know that it is fingerprint resistant. I love that it has a 2 minute door alarm that lets me know when the door is still open since I seem to have a very bad habit of walking away before I make sure that the door is closed. My husband definitely likes that feature too. I'm able to monitor my refrigerator's power usage with the SmartThings app and having to chill my food fast with the power cool option is neat.

Also I love the fingerprint resistant stainless steel my 4 year old loves to touch everything so this helps us out a ton! The storage in the fridge has a really good you can put tons of drinks or other items on the main shelves and put your gallon of milk on the side door which is so handy . The freezers setup and space could be improved upon and there is no light on the bottom freezer compartment but it’s not enough of a negative to make a huge difference overall I would highly recommend this refrigerator I really love it ! I bought this refrigerator on January 15 of 25. Within six months the small icemaker quit working when I called they kept telling me to mash two buttons in the back which there was none. I called a service repair man and he told me they were giving me Advice on a model that was five years older after he came the icemaker worked for two weeks and quit and is still not working and I am fed up. The model number was RF30BB6200QLAA. I believe it’s a 30.1 ft.³ Please do not buy it. I just want to warn people.

What we really like is the retractable shelf on the right side with the ability to put taller things in the refrigerator not necessarily the door. The freezer has two compartments a shorter slide out drawer and a deeper larger capacity storage which makes it terrific for storing many items.

The fridge was very spacious and could hold all of our groceries which could not fit in our old fridge. This allowed us to organize our groceries neatly while still keeping enough space. The freezer is very deep as well and keeps things cold, and the ice maker makes the perfect ice and always is consistent. It also is very accessible through the smartthings app which tells you if the doors are open and allows you to adjust the inside temperature.

We have had this refrigerator for about three months and it has been great so far. It holds a ton of food and I really like having the app. This refrigerator is in a guest house on or property so having the app alert that the door was left open is awesome because if there is no one left in the guest house then the audible alert that the. Refrigerator makes wouldn’t be heard by anyone so the app really makes a positive addition for us.

The ice maker is such an improvement as it provides 2 sizes of ice. I bought it because it has the max storing capacity of any French door on the market and it doesn't disappoint. It has a great efficiency rating, but it cooled down extremely fast and made ice over night when I first plugged it in.

Plenty of room in the doirs for several gallon jugs, plenty of cans of soda, and still room for condiments. The extra slide shelf for those extra talk jugs is pretty ingenious. With such capacity the efficiency of this machine keeping everything cool and not frozen is amazing. The 2 drawers helps keep the fresh produce and luncheon meats fresh.

Very frustrating as I live in The Bahamas and not able to receive any type of help from Samsung for my wasted money. I was surprised at how much larger this fridge is compared to my old one. We did not have them set up the ice maker as I have another fridge with an ice maker and I really just wanted the extra freezer room. The refrigerator part has two doors that open up to the inside and each door has three shelves. There are three shelves inside that provide plenty of room. there are two smaller wider drawers and one longer, wider drawer. I like the variety of space that is available. The freezer has a larger bottom space with a divider in the middle. There is a drawer on top and that too, has a divider in the middle. It holds a lot!! I am very happy with the amount of items that I can put in my freezer. This fridge not only has a large capacity, it also looks very nice with its stainless steel exterior.

Only drawback is sometimes the lefthand door doesn’t close all the way…has a center seal piece that doesn’t flip where it needs to be all the time. You have to be firmer with it than you would expect. Has 2 different size ice makere….small and regular. Would be nice to have the option to have a craft ice maker (extra large size) for mixed drinks.

It looks very spacious from inside, as it has bright LED light, which illuminates all the corner of the freeze. The Quick Freeze function is a steal, as you can quickly cool your drinks, especially when some of your friends are visiting, and want to chill a beer instantly! If you leave the door open more that 2 mins, it starts beeping, so you cannot leave the door accidently open, as this function is not available in older refrigerators. You can slide the front tray up, to store big items, is very handy feature. In my old freeze, my wife had to continuously keep the kids from touching the door, but with this freeze, you don't have to worry, as it has fingerprint resistant surface. You can also monitor and control the freeze from your very handy mobile app. Very quiet! Me and my family absolutely love it!!

Have owned this refrigerator for 3 hours and already regret the purchase. Tor remove the shelves and/or drawers you must first remove the door bins partly because the doors don't open enough. You must hold 2 release tabs by the filter to release the glass shelf over the crisper drawers. I can't do it as a 51 year old female, forget it if you are elderly. I still have not been able to remove the Quick Space shelf from the other shelf to adjust and remove packing. The fridge is large enough, but if I can't figure out the Quick Space shelf I will have a lot of wasted space. Crisper drawers can't be customized. I never even thought to look at that because I never owned a fridge that did not allow for customization. Also disappointed to see this fridge has Peak Adjustment enabled. It does have to disable it, but how many people aren't aware and don't read their manual. The unit cooled off quickly and ice is already being made.

Have been trying to get the ice maker to work on the 27 cubic foot in refrigerator ice maker. Instruction manual is worthless. Have been following AI instructions to the letter and after 24 hours still can't get more than a few cubes out of the ice maker. Like the design but I'm too old for this foolishness. Instruction should be easy to follow. They aren't!

I purchased the Samsung RF32CG5100SRAA because of its large capacity, modern design, and useful features. The refrigerator is spacious and looks great in the kitchen. Unfortunately, my experience with reliability has been very disappointing. After only a relatively short period of ownership, the refrigerator stopped cooling properly. Multiple repair attempts were required before the actual issue was identified as a sealed system/compressor-related failure. For a premium refrigerator in this price range, I expected much better long-term reliability. A major cooling system failure so early in the appliance’s life resulted in food loss, inconvenience, and significant time spent dealing with repairs. While the design and storage capacity are excellent, my experience with reliability has not met expectations. Based on my experience, I would be cautious about purchasing this model unless Samsung improves the long-term dependability of the cooling system.

The fridge is big and spacious. Slide out freezer is terrible. You have to pull all your stuff out to get to something at the bottom and the top shelf is too small because the ice Cube makers take up half your space. Unfortunately all the counter depth models samsung sell are way to expensive compared to this model. I'd stay away.

We especially love the dual icemaker that makes two different sizes of cubes, some small and some larger in there own compartments. We actually love everything about this unit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new frig.

After 2 months while still under warranty it stopped working - wouldn't cool or freeze. For 2 weeks I spent 5 hours talking on the phone and texting Samsung. After all their roadblocks to getting it repaired or returned/exchanged ("accommodations"), I gave up and bought a new refrigerator from another brand.

Because they are so lightweight, sometimes if you don’t push hard enough, the doors stays open. I love that the app reminds you but would hate if we weren’t home.

I really needed a spacious fridge that would allow me to organize all my food/groceries/drinks for my household. The large wide shelving units let me place large items inside (for example a large sheet cake) and I still have plenty of room left to add the rest of the items inside. The lighting is great as well! The shelves along the doors are awesome as I can put large drink containers such as milk jugs and juice bottles. The smaller shelves allow me to put a variety of jars and condiments etc. The freezer portion of the fridge is awesome! I love that it has 2 compartments and the fact that it makes 2 different sizes for ice is icing on the cake! It comes with a handy ice scoop as well! I am absolutely in LOVE with this Samsung fridge! It surpasses my expectations and needs in a fridge. I highly recommend!! This fridge does not disappoint! And it is absolutely beautiful as well! It matches my kitchen and appliances perfectly!!

Unlike many refrigerators, we have yet to have any items in the back freeze. The stainless steel surface is easy to clean and looks sharp. Can't really say anything about the ice maker because we don't use it.

Bought this in Dec 2023. Stopped working Nov 2025. Samsung support is terrible. They make you jump through multiple hoops with suggestions for two authorized repair dealers ina. City of 1.5 million people. Compressor has 10 year warranty, but Th catch is that labour is not included. Buyer beware!

I purchased this to replace a similar Samung refrigerator. The left door will NOT stay open. As soon as you open the door it automatically closes. I have resorted to propping the door with a door stop. Call Samsung service many times, only to be told this is not a service issue. Impossible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung refrigerator. My first one last more than 10 years. I was excited for this upgrade. One of the best features is being able to control the temperature using the SmartThings app. You can specify the type of item you are trying to stay cool, such as fruits, fish, meat, vegetables. This way the items are maintained at appropriate temperature. The app also has power freeze and power cool code. This makes the fridge way smarter than any of my previously owned devices. So awesome. Though this is counter-depth, its spacing allows you to fit so much. My wish is if this also had a water dispenser, but I understand that would take up space. The interior is super bright. The door drawers can fit gallon size beverages. The ice machine makes both small and medium size ice cubes. Another nice feature is the 2 min alarm but is great warning for those times I forget I have the fridge doors slightly opened. So far I find the temperature to be consistent. My produce are staying fresh longer.

Only a small section on bottom level where you can slide a 1x1 section on the shelf above it is where these jugs fit. Unless you want to try to put them on the doors
