I've had several different designs of S-pens for 4 different Samsung phones, and have never had this issue with any of them. Comparatively, this pin does not meet the same standards as the previous ones have. This pin literally snapped in half just holding it between my fingers. It is cheaply made out of a soft plastic that does not hold up from normal usage compared to the four different prior pins I have used. Given the cost of this item I would expect it to be of a much higher quality and durability. After being a customer of Samsung for 16 years, I'm very disappointed in the downgrade of this essential and important item.

I bought the S24 Ultra brand new. I have arthritis in my hands, and I am constantly dropping my phone. Within the first month, on one of the drops the, S-Pen popped out and snapped in half. Luckily, I had two (2) others from my Note 20. (One (1) came with the phone and one (1) I purchased as a backup.) These fit in the S24 Ultra and worked well. Except all three (3) of them kept popping out. Yesterday, I dropped my phone Again and the spare S-Pen popped out and broke. They always break in the same place. Now I'm down to only one (1) S-Pen. I never had this problem with my Note 20. Please fix this.

I bought the Samsung S24 ultra a little over a month ago and I have to replace my s pen already because the original one fell out. How is it I'm paying over a $1000 for a phone and it doesn't even hold the pen? It always stuck out just a little after inserting it, but never thought it would fall out! I think they should include a tips anyway. I keep seeing these phones with the s pen on the back, why does mine push in at the bottom? The s pen attached to the back seems safer.

People saying it breaks easily and that it doesn't last a month is completely wrong, had the galaxy s24 ultra for months now and it's served me well all the way through I still have the original pen and dropping it doesn't make it throw out it'll come out just a little but still be in the phone and pushable so it works guaranteed, best phone and best pen (even survived being thrown out of my pocket from a Raptor 778) recommend to anyone and everyone

I lost the original S Pen that came with my Galaxy S24 Ultra and ordered this official replacement in Light Gray. It fits perfectly, works flawlessly, and feels just like the original — smooth, responsive, and easy to use. The Light Gray color is a nice bonus because it’s easier to see and harder to misplace. Bluetooth features like remote camera control and Air Command work without any issues. Highly recommend if you need a reliable replacement!

I have only ever owned Samsung phones and the versions that utilize a stylus. I recently purchased the Galaxy S24 Ultra. It is by far, the best of all Samsung phones. The stylus on this phone works much better than previous stylus. It glides so smoothly over the screen's surface. Also, depending on how fast you like to enter data, this stylus can be set to accelerate. Best phone and best stylus! Great job Samsung!!

I have this phone. Sadly the pen pops out without me prompting it. It is now in two pieces. I am paying a lot for this phone to have this be an issue. You need to recall these phones and fix this issue. I do not want to have you keep replacing pens for your faulty phone equipment. I was not trying to give any stars. You received these by default.

Unfortunately I didn't have alert me if I leave it behind turned on :>( it would be good if this feature was turned on by default? that's why I didn't give it five stars. Other than that I think it is an amazing product. I tried the alert me function, it works fine.

First time I have ever has a stylus w my new device. I really like the functionality of the pen. It's NOT just for coloring that's actually one of the only things I don't use it for. I type, take notes, swipe type, w more ease. I actually rly like this pen. Very happy to see there is anything affordable way to replace it as well. Nice!

I do like using the pen but it can easily be pulled out even when you don't pop it out and if you drop your my pop out on its own. My popped out when my phone fell and broke in half causing one part to be stuck in the phone and the other wouldn't stay anymore and to take it somewhere to get the thing removed.

Only buy factory Samsung brand S-Pens! When I bought a replacement S-Pen for my S24Ultra I was under the impression it was sized appropriately for the pen carriage in my phone. However, I found that the pen I received was too thin. Google AI states that S-Pens that are too thin can get stuck in your phone.🫣

Since it came with the S2 4th ultra I haven't bought this at all but I have been using it so much it honestly is amazing it has amazing features with the camera app and music apps. The battery life is insanely long, I have not seen it drop from 100% ever.
