I bought the S24 Ultra brand new. I have arthritis in my hands, and I am constantly dropping my phone. Within the first month, on one of the drops the, S-Pen popped out and snapped in half. Luckily, I had two (2) others from my Note 20. (One (1) came with the phone and one (1) I purchased as a backup.) These fit in the S24 Ultra and worked well. Except all three (3) of them kept popping out. Yesterday, I dropped my phone Again and the spare S-Pen popped out and broke. They always break in the same place. Now I'm down to only one (1) S-Pen. I never had this problem with my Note 20. Please fix this.

S pen for my s24 ultra got damaged, it is not available anywhere in Dubai and Sharjah. Customer service doesn't know about its availability and even the stores. it is not understandable why there is no information with Samsung itself. really pathetic to say the least on top of the phone being delayed for 02 weeks after pre order.

I bought the Samsung S24 ultra a little over a month ago and I have to replace my s pen already because the original one fell out. How is it I'm paying over a $1000 for a phone and it doesn't even hold the pen? It always stuck out just a little after inserting it, but never thought it would fall out! I think they should include a tips anyway. I keep seeing these phones with the s pen on the back, why does mine push in at the bottom? The s pen attached to the back seems safer.

People saying it breaks easily and that it doesn't last a month is completely wrong, had the galaxy s24 ultra for months now and it's served me well all the way through I still have the original pen and dropping it doesn't make it throw out it'll come out just a little but still be in the phone and pushable so it works guaranteed, best phone and best pen (even survived being thrown out of my pocket from a Raptor 778) recommend to anyone and everyone

I have this phone. Sadly the pen pops out without me prompting it. It is now in two pieces. I am paying a lot for this phone to have this be an issue. You need to recall these phones and fix this issue. I do not want to have you keep replacing pens for your faulty phone equipment. I was not trying to give any stars. You received these by default.

I think I lost mine after dropping the phone when getting out of my car? Unfortunately I didn't have alert me if I leave it behind turned on :>( it would be good if this feature was turned on by default? that's why I didn't give it five stars. Other than that I think it is an amazing product. I tried the alert me function, it works fine.

First time I have ever has a stylus w my new device. I really like the functionality of the pen. It's NOT just for coloring that's actually one of the only things I don't use it for. I type, take notes, swipe type, w more ease. I actually rly like this pen. Very happy to see there is anything affordable way to replace it as well. Nice!

I do like using the pen but it can easily be pulled out even when you don't pop it out and if you drop your my pop out on its own. My popped out when my phone fell and broke in half causing one part to be stuck in the phone and the other wouldn't stay anymore and to take it somewhere to get the thing removed.

Snaps like a twig, second one I have accidentally snapped and it snapped in the exact same place as the last one (right where the middle button is). Tired of it. You all KNOW you can make this stupid thing out of better material but you dont on purpose. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worked great until it broke in half after putting it back in the phone. I've had every note and by far this pen is apparently the weakest yet. I know get to come up with the money to replace it after just purchasing in the last week of February as a birthday gift to myself

This is already the second pen I’ve tried from this brand, and both had the same issue. The device barely recognizes it, but when I try to draw there’s no response at all. Really disappointing, especially for something that costs 250 ₪

Bought the S24 Ultra in Nov 24. The S pen dropped out of the phone today i.e. 28Feb25. For such an expensive phone, the S pen holder is pathetic. Not happy that the stylus would be clumsily designed.

I love it! My preference is to use the S Pen instead of my finger tips. I started making a concerted effort to use the S Pen approximately one month after I got the S24 Ultra. It's now a habit.
