Superb great monitor, the resolution is superb, equivalent to 4 normal screens at the same time! Super widescreen games are simply jaw dropping the brightness and contrast make everything on the display look great. The curvature of the screen means I can have a display wider than my desk on my desk without any problems

Brilliant monitor for people who use their pc for both work and leisure. Super bright, fast refresh with great image quality and doesn't have to be babied like an OLED. Far superior to having dual monitors as you don't have your screens divided with monitor bezels in the middle of your field of view. My only critique is that it can kick out a lot of heat when in HDR mode. If you live in a hot country or have poor ventilation you will significantly heat up your room. I'd also highly recommend a wall arm mount as the included stand will take up your whole desk and desk mounted arms generally have issues supporting the weight of this thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The price to performance was the main factor on why I decided to buy this. I mostly do single player gaming (high resolution) where I enjoy a good scenery, with this monitor I was very fulfilled. After the first month of use, I “shade” spot appeared on the screen, and not very noticeable until you see it everyday. It then started to bother me 1 or 2 days after use because I couldn’t get my eyes off it. I contacted Samsung and it was repaired (10 out of 10 for my experience). Since I got it back it has been working perfectly and I am still now very satisfied with all of the features that it has to offer like the 4K resolution with high fps.

Did a lot of searching for a new monitor for black Friday. The price was incredible plus they recognize the military and offer military discount. Now for the monitor. I'm glad I went with this 1000R monitor. Everything seems so lifelike. The HDR+ when turned on makes the colors so vibrant. If you don't want that for streaming movies or gaming, there is a night light feature which reduces the blue light to make it easier on your eyes. Also the mini led lights bring out the picture quality like you wouldn't believe. Since Samsung has the G8 and the G9 out you can get the G7 at a really good price now. I highly recommend this monitor for quality and price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AWESOME monitor, the only con, is that the instructions are extremely brief and crap. Theres no manual to explain how to properly set things up with multiple computers, just a crude drawing. No explanation on how to appropriately set the setting sup for multiple computers/monitors. You kinda just need to wing it and hope for the best. After some trial and error i got things working, but my wireless USB seems to go inactive if not using keyboard/mouse for a few mins, then lags, as it takes a good 20 seconds before it reactivates. Simply wow, Samsung has punched out a beast! A 57” beast to be precise. I’m not going to bore you with specs. I will simply and honestly be straight forward with my opinion. Super immersive, the size is simply perfect! Running multiple Citrix sessions, terminals and web browsers is easy, and I feel way more productive with how easy it is to tile my windows… I am soooooo happy, but for the gaming side of things, I now have to upgrade from my trusty Intel Nuc “skull canyon”… but that’s okay! Best monitor ever! The curve is perfect, non-neck twisting issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this for a few months, I have never used for gaming, only school and work so it shouldn't be giving me these issues. I have two of these monitors. The second one I purchased sometimes has 75% black screen. I mean totally black, I will have to turn the monitor off and on before it works. Other times, the image becomes very small and distorted. I will have to turn it off and on again I can get the screen quality back. This is very irritating and I would love to return both monitors. I had different brands before and never experienced these issues and they were a lot cheaper than these. This is by far the worst Samsung product I've purchased in a long time.

I love the curved display which really makes me feel like I'm in the game. The stunning visuals and quick response allows me to fully experience the environment without worrying about laggy or staggering effects. This monitor was also perfect for my day to day. I'm an engineer and the large screen helps me clearly read drawings while utilizing the CAD software when I'm working at home. This monitor is the perfect size/weight that allows me to easily move it downstairs to play games. I should have bought this a long time ago.

With that being said, the colors are very beautiful when you calibrate it which is amazing for gaming! The refresh rate is more than enough for me at 165hz, THOUGH beware, the reason I rated this at 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the scanlines issue present in the G7 and G8 models. I would argue that the G7 is far better than the G8 in this case as the scanlines are subtle and easy to ignore and if you want them completely gone then you would need to switch to 120hz. For the price I bought it on sale was good enough for me and a no brainer if you’re looking for a good performing 4k curved monitor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use this monitor for gaming and streaming and I’ve owned this for about 2 years now and it hasn’t given me any issues whatsoever and It on sale when I got it during Black Friday, I really like how clear of pictures it shows and the resolution and frame rate. My favorite feature is that you can change the mode/setting for how you want the picture to show or how fast you want to be same with audio. It really helps when I stream because I can change them whenever I want and it’s more than just a monitor I use as TV as well, in a way it’s a 2n1 gaming monitor. I even bought one for friend who was looking for a monitor and he also loves it. Best purchase ever!!

I didnt think i would notice a difference gaming on this monitor verses a tv, but let me tell you that is not the case, this monitor has a very detailed picture and with the curved screen helps me get immersed in my game, usually destiny 2 or call of duty i dont have any issues with lag, everything seems to render perfectly. When using it with my mac as well as my pc the screen is big enough that i am able to multitask easily without having to have a 2nd monitor hooked up to them. overall i am very satisfied with this product.

Reviews seem to be for different models. This is for the 57" G95NC. + Absolutely love it. Productivity is fantastic, managing 5 slim or 4 full-fat windows. Gaming is ridiculous. The settings let you have it as bright and saturated as your eyes can handle. Clean, crisp images. - As people have mentioned, it's (impossible?) to run it at full resolution, 240Hz <right now> - as far as I know. The only cards with Displayport 2 don't have the power to game at that level, hence the 4 stars. (COME ON SAMSUNG - THERE MUST BE SOMETHING YOU CAN DO WITH HDMI 2.1 ??) I'd done lots of pre-reading before I bought it and was aware of that. I'm running it with a 4090 and things like Cyberpunk look outrageously good. People who complain about no speakers !? I can't believe you have this screen and don't have a decent set of speakers to complement it.

My games have never looked better. The monitor achieves eye searing levels of brightness, with colours that make everything from games, movies and a whole lot of anime, pop like I'm seeing them all for the first time. The settings menu is easy to use and provides more than ample levels of adjustment for all scenarios. It's also extremely convenient being able to switch between HDMI inputs simply by turning on the relevant connected device. I simply can't recommend this monitor enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The monitor is older model, but holds very well. I mainly use it for games. I have my PC and Xbox both connected to it. My favorite feature is that the monitor has 3.5mm audio jack. I have my PC using DisplayPort and the Xbox use HDMI 2.1 and now I don’t need to move my headset for the PC to the Xbox controller for sound. The monitor provides the sound to the jack from whatever source you are using. I have RTX 4070 video card and on 4k resolution my games run on 60 to 100 fps which makes waste of money if I buy Neo G8 instead of Neo G7. The Picture quality is good, not as great as the QD-OLEG panel, but close enough. And if you get it on discount price cost 1/2 or 1/3 of the OLEG panels.

Eventually, I purchased my first 32 inch Odyssey Neo G7 and paired it with my other 32 inch flat panel monitor. I definitely prefer having two larger screens over the three monitor setup. I used my first G7 monitor for gaming on PC and console, streaming video through P, and lately for computer coding work. I like the performance of the single G7, that I opted to purchase a second to give myself the perfect two curved monitor experience. It also allowed me to reclaim desk space between myself and the monitors. I finally feel like I've got the perfect desk setup with both of the G7 curved monitors.

Games look amazing when run in full resolution but unfortunately can only manage around 60 FPS on my 3090 on ultra settings. Nvidia also don't allow for 240hz on full resolution. (120hz Max) An option to disable the optimise screen notification would be useful as it continues to tell me to set PC to full resolution at 240hz. Definitely a great monitor for future proofing as a graphics card capable of giving the best performance will be some time away.

When I first got it, it had some lines across the bottom of the screen, and they arranged for someone to come and look at it, but before that could happen, the lines went away and have not returned. The only downside with it is that when connected to my Mac Mini, when it goes to sleep overnight and wakes up again, it has forgotten the high resolution settings and I have to reboot before it will go full resolution again. This is an Apple problem though, so I can't fault Samsung on this. Samsung have said that they will push Apple to fix this issue.

I just got this shipped to me today and can't say I am too happy. The monitor was really dirty, almost like they sent me a refurbished one. The Samsung logo/buttons was also not on completely, but I was able to snap it back on. Terrible unboxing experience. I really hope they did not send me a used monitor as I do purchase a bit with Samsung and have never had an experience this bad before. So I go to set it up and what do I find....a dead pixel.....needless to say, I am incredibly disappointed my the quality control of this monitor. I was hoping this one would be the one to hopefully replace all my monitors, but not anymore. I am willing to update my review if I can get a resolution to this terrible quality control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The G7 Odyssey is a phenomenal 4k monitor for gaming. While the curvature may seem excessive, it pairs well with the large 32" screen. At the right height and angle, the curve and the screen combine to create a great experience that fills most of your field of view. The refresh rate is much higher than what my graphics card can handle, but it's reassuring knowing the monitor can keep up even with high frame rates. For the most part, the HDR is also great. At full screen, you can sometimes notice the brightness automatically dimming. Don't get me wrong, it's a bummer when you notice that, but the monitor is still bright enough to make you squint. This is a great buy as the new generation of monitors start to release.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this monitor and used it for about 5 months now and I can say it's a good monitor and delivers what Samsung says, but the problem is with the KVM physical key and auto switch features. The monitor does not auto switch every time you change the input. Some times you have to use the tiny physical button under the screen to switch to the new device connected. KVM is also physical and it does not switch between the two sources automatically. You have to use again the tiny silly button to switch between the two sources. For a monitor with that price tag, there should be an auto switch KVM and more efficient auto switch mechanism. In addition, the area where you should insert your sources connections are very narrow area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly one of the best monitors I’ve owned for both gaming and productivity. The 4K resolution combined with the 165Hz refresh rate makes gameplay incredibly fluid, and the colors are vibrant thanks to the Quantum Mini LED panel. HDR performance is top-notch, and local dimming really enhances dark scenes in both games and movies. The curve is immersive without being overbearing, which is great for wide-angle gaming and multitasking. I also use it for coding, and the clarity of text on the 32" display is excellent. The only downside is the stand—it’s pretty bulky and takes up more desk space than I expected. Also, the menu navigation could be more intuitive.

It's so good, I've been using it for a few days now and it's been amazing for productivity. First time in my life I feel like I have enough screen real estate. For gaming it would be amazing, but my 3080 isn't quite up to the task yet. I think gaming on this will really be perfect once I get my hands on a more powerful GPU that can handle duhd at 240hz. Right now with the 3080 I am getting about 60hz in most games at duhd and maxing the refresh rate (120hz) when downscaling to dqhd. Just to conclude, this is the ultimate monitor, I highly recommend.

First off, I want to start by saying that I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer throughout the years. I’m proudly half Korean and want to support the brand. Bought phones, TVs, Ultra Tablet, and now this monitor. One of my TVs within the first year was defected, and now this monitor 9 months later. Yikes. It has been a chore to unmount, package, and ship this back and forth to Samsung Repairs. I’m not sure how it passed QC on the way back to me when they supposedly fixed the commonly known issue with the Display Port. Consider a different model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture on these. The hard makes it even better. And if you can support the refresh up to 165 hz is crisp. Everything looks great on these. But since they are curved you get limited to how you want to use them because when you tilt them the sides of the monitor will be at an angle. I have mine stacked vertically and it creates a weird eye shape between them. But you should expect that because they are curved. The bigger issue is that these monitors are more resource heavy even if you scale them down. I could easily support 2 4k monitors at 60hz and a 1080p at 60hz. Now with these, I can’t support the third at all even when I turn these monitors down. So be ready to get great monitors but be weary you may not be able to use any other ones.

I bought this monitor 3 weeks ago. It's a go monitor, the image is awesome, but for me three things making using this monitor is so annoying: 1- The 1000R is so annoying. It takes the whole space on the desk and it's an aggressive curve that requires to turn the head all the time to reach the edges. 2- The mounting holder location and screws are so hard to reach and deal with. Also, the connection ports are so hard to reach. 3- KVM feature is a physical button and not smart/auto KVM. You have to use the button and click it each time when want to change from source to another in PIP/PBP modes. As for the 240 kh and the display port 2.1port, then even my RTX4090 is not compatible and not all the monitor's features are utilised, only AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX is for now.

From watching movies to playing games everything just works great. Being a 4K 165Hz monitor it is quite future proofed since there isn't any hardware around to reach that potential. It does cost a premium amount but it delivers way more. Can be used for pretty much anything. 32 inches is a perfect size. Not to big for an office monitor and not very small for a tv as well.

I work in software engineering with a mac book pro and I wanted more screen real estate for development. This screen is crisp and has plenty of real estate to allow me to have multiple windows open side by side. The colors are bright and easy to read even after I chose the "More space" profile. The default profile used a larger font and I could easily read that from across my office. So far I am extremely pleased with this monitor.

I use the PBP feature with my work laptop and full DUHD for my PC. This gives me less fuss compared to the last setting which I had to fight with the multiple buttons now I only have to deal with one button. Sadly I can't make use of this monitor's full functionality at this stage but that also means I can use this for at least 5 more years more

Resolution aside, it's amazing the difference in color, clarity, contrast, and brightness. On paper they both have similar contrast levels, but in reality, this looks significantly better. Most likely due to the local dimming fundtion. Plays smooth and I haven't noticed any screen tearing. It is G-Sync compatible, though it doesn't seem to be listed as such. Works great with PS5 and the Switch. The curve is not noticable once you have it set in the right spot, which may be something to consider. The stand is a little deeper than some other gaming monitors I've seen. It is VESA 100 compatible. Personally, I like the curve. RGB lights are available, though I don't find them helpful or necessary with gaming so I turned it off.

When it comes to games that are better off with 120+ frames, this is the monitor to go with. I cannot and will not find a better brand/monitor that can support my needs so elegantly such as this one. (From Tasmania) So Had to make a bit of journey over there to get it. So far so good, Its quite impressive compared to the older G9 49inch. (I've had all 3 now). I'm going to be using this for work and play. Work: having multiple windows open side by side is awesome, I won't use the dual monitor feature as its easier to use windows power toys to section out your workspace for easy snaping of windows. The little bit of extra height has already made a massive difference with my workflow for designing and catching up on emails. Gaming, this will be mainly used for RPG or First person shooters, I could see this working awesome on a sim rig. Quick test and everything is good on the First Descendant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as my EOFYTHING and was wanting a single monitor large enough to fit three 'screens' onto. The reason for wanting a single monitor was primarily for neck and eyes - so that I am always looking at the same distance and height (difficult to achieve with separate monitors). The curved angle makes it natural, and I can definitely fit three screens. I also am currently not having to wear my glasses as a result! I was also having difficulty extending display from my Mac to more than one monitor, and this has resolved that issue. It's designed more for a Windows based computer than a Mac, but downloaded an App called 'Rectangle' for a Mac - this has enabled easy splitting of the screen. The only downfall is that it's not easy to change what is plugged into it after you've set it up.

The curvature grew on me immediately due to how big the monitor actually is. I mostly game on it and use it as my primary for musical hobbies. Colors are very nice after some calibration and the black levels and HDR look amazing to me. For this being a VA panel it doesn't seem to have any of the issues I saw with older monitors. I am beyond happy with this monitor.

I brought this monitor 6 months ago and I am loving it so far. Gaming experience have been next level with a RTX 5090. Make sure you have a suitable graphics card that can handle this beauty. I moved from RTX 5070 to 5090 and experience the full quality of the monitor. Yes there is a slight glow but if the monitor is at the correct eye level then there are no issues. I am using the monitor to game and work from home. Would be beneficial if samsung can add a remote to this monitor.

The 165hz refresh rate makes sure your games looks smooth as silk as well. I haven't it noticed any flickering during gaming for those wondering. All in all an excellent mini led monitor and great option if you want something brighter than OLED or are worried about burn in. One last thing, the ergonomics are solid, with various options to tilt, swivel and raise/lower the monitor on its stand.

Also, local dimming works very well, so the contrast ratio is very good. I play various games as a PC and PS5 game user. Both PC and PS5 show great performances. In particular, the PS5 HDR mode is really fantastic. I've used Samsung monitors for the previous five years, but I'm ecstatic to think of staying with this amazing monitor for at least the next five years. Very pleased.

The local dimming is sometimes distracting when viewing high contrast images. The monitor shakes when using the menu. The included cables can be a little short. 165 hz isn't quite good enough if you're into competitive games. Overall, the monitor is good for 4k gaming for AAA titles and movies (no dolby vision) if you can get it on sale.

For gaming it's awesome, HDR looks great and the high refresh rate makes games look buttery smooth. I took a star vecause it does take some setting asjustments to make the screen look great and also because the screen does have a few blemishes (stuck pixel, really small zones maybe 3x3 pixels that look dark), but it doesn't affect real life performance and they're not even noticeable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bouvght this monitor a couple of months ago to replace two smaller Samsung monitors, and this is a big improvement in terms of quality and ease of use. The picture quality is excellent and it is much easier on the eyes than two monitors side-by-side, which leads to different parts of the picture being different distances away. I work from home most days so I get a lot of use out of it and I highly recommend this monitor - probably the best monitor I have ever owned in 20+ years. The couple of things to be careful of with this monitor are (a) it's big and it's heavy - so you will want to consider how you are going to mount it and/or what sort of monitor stand you use, and (b) there is a film on the monitor screen that it comes with, this is NOT one you can or should peel off, but an integral part of the display.

this monitor is fantastic! this is my first curved monitor. i've used curved monitors before, but this just seems way more comfortable on the eyes to use. the picture quality is top notch. i have this paired with a 3080 ti. games look amazing with hdr enabled and run so smoothly with the 165hz refresh rate. i haven't dived to deeply in the settings on the monitor itself. i just got the picture set the way i like it and left it alone. would recommend!

When using PIP mode any screens that don't have an input assigned will display a missing input prompt instead of just staying black. Lighting zones are good for the most part, there has been some weird artifacts with how it determines the brightness of each zone but for the most part works as you would expect. PIP mode layouts work really well and just the general feel of the screen is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is great for video games and for using streaming services. The response time is great, I don't notice any delays. I previously had an IPS and TN panel and the transition to VA has been smooth. I've had 24" and 27" monitors, this is the first 32" I have touched and it feels natural - no differences noticed in terms of competitive games which is good. The curvature feels amazing, it makes things more immersive, I didn't need to get used to it like others said. The colors are nice for something that isnt OLED and the blacks are actually black. The only thing I don't like are the menu buttons, it's a pain to navigate with them. Additionally, it came with a dead pixel, I will compromise for what I got though, as I don't want to risk getting something worse. It bothers me just knowing its there, but the overall experience trumps the problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is seriously THE most amazing monitor I've ever seen. I bought it for Flight Sim, but gaming and productivity is amazing on this. I can open multiple windows, and makes transferring between windows so much easier. But it's a whole new experience when it comes to viewing gaming, and finally I have a monitor that takes full advantage of my 4090 graphics card. I love this thing! Only thing I'd like is a smaller stand, as it does take up a lot of desk hardware, but that's a small price to pay for something this good. I nearly bought the OLED 49". but was worried about burnout, and really, this thing kills it. I don't see the shadows on white lights on black some mention, probably cause I've not seen the difference, but it's seriously brighter than my last 27" OLED, and it makes games like Doom Eternal incredible. For the price, you can't beat it!

I got this for multiple reaso its amazing large display means I can have multiple this open at the same time and dont have to keep going back and forth between folders and tabs its all there ready and for gaming I love how the ultra wide screen can create a really good immersion on the games that are compatible with ultra wide its like having a dual monitor set up woth put the extra cables and the annoying bezzels in the middle

So Neo G7 works out because I don't have to worry about burn in and it still has the deep dark scenes done correctly with awesome HDR. And I can use for work like 90 percent of the time. The only downside of this monitor is that the screen is warm and that bothers me during summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend to use my Samsung monitor as my primary laptop display whenever I am in my room that is for video streaming, watching movies, playing games, school work, computer aided design and so on. The shift from my 1080p60hz laptop screen to this 4k165hz screen was as light and day as it could have been. Not only has it made my whole video watching experience a much better one but my gaming prowess has also improved a little bit. While i was a big fan of the infinity core lighting at first, i came to realize that the Core sync function was not as accurate as it could have been and essentially only changed its brightness which did not mimic the environment on screen that well. But regardless it is good enough. The wobbling of the screen is also a mild inconvenience especially since it doesn't take much movement to cause it to wobble. All in all, a great addition to my Samsung ecosystem.

Terrible for gaming, will have problems with hdmi conection, locking your console at 640x480 and randomly not dectect your hdmi plugin. Its super gimmicky making it terrible to do simple things like just play on your console. It will run fine for a week then randomly after not touching 1 single thing or changing anything it just will forget your console is conected and wont even run 4k

Not a bad monitor and would be a 5 star if it came with OLED. This monitor can look really good with deep blacks and bright highlights, they can have some motion blur and a glow around bright objects, it’s also very very bulky so if you are mounting this, make sure it doesn’t tip over. Given it’s a VA panel, it could have been priced lower. Otherwise, it’s great for my needs.

I believe this monitor is good but at the moment it really isn't worth it. The monitor is quite new and I ran into problems quite often for the few days that I had it. Had this monitor for over 6 months now and I am very impressed. I use it for both gaming and WFH and it performs very well on both. The stand the comes with the monitor takes over the whole desk so I ended up getting a monitor arm. The settings menu is simple to use but very dated. I would have hoped for something more advanced that can be controlled remotely.

true hdr experience. this is currently the best you can get with an led display in the consumer market (until micro led in the next decade). not quite on par with oled, but still phenomenal in comparison to any other ips or va available. my 3080ti runs games at 4k flawlessly. the visual clarity on a 32 inch display at this resolution is stunning.

Everyone always talks about the new QD-OLED monitors! Don't get me wrong, they are petty amazing.. But these mini quantum led gaming monitors, specifically this Samsung Odyssey Neo G7/G8 are absolutely stunning! This is as close as you can get to OLED, with of course, incredible brightness! Something that OLEDS just simply suffer from.. I've heard these suffer from flickering? So far, I haven't noticed no flickering whatsoever on my panel. I can also say that I am a proud owner of the LG C2 and have also owned the LG C3, plus I did buy the Alienware 34-inch QD-OLED Ultrawide monitor and I returned it the same day of purchase.. I will not be returning this Samsung Odyssey Neo G7! This is the best monitor I have ever owned and I am very happy with my purchase! Awesome job Samsung.. I only wish the screen was Glossy not Matte. This picture is incredible but can only imagine just how much better the picture would pop if it wasn't a matte finish.

I was really excited about getting this monitor. Having moved though from an IPS to this VA panel, while the screen realestate is great, find the quality of the picture average when it comes to text, as I use it for programming. It isn't a horrible screen if you use it for games, which I guess what it was made for in the first place.

Be carful my 57" G95NC Odyssey Neo G9 monitor did not support 240Hz @ 7680 x 2160. I understand the only GPU to support 240Hz @ 7680 x 2160 is the AMD Radeon Pro W7900 and most of you probably wont have this so wouldn't know about this issues, but I do have that GPU, so I can conform the monitor doesn't have this resolution option.

The extra screen real estate makes for easy multi tasking and an increase in overall productivity. The screen provides a beautiful, crisp image with easy to read text. I have been able to stop wearing prescription glasses using this screen.

It is an amazing step up from the base model. I have used it with both my PC and my PS5, both of which have shown amazing color, darkness and brightness levels. 10 out of 10 would recommend purchasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is big! I absolutely love it. Resolution is top and refresh rate is perfect for gaming. Setting it up was as easy as it could go. It's the first time I use a curved monitor for gaming (or any other stuff) and I'm impressed. The design is modern and the back RGB lights combine with the rest of my setup.

Was looking for a cutting edge HDR monitor and the Odyssey Neo G7 at 32inches was the perfect fit. The colors are crisp and the AMD Adrenalin Software works beautifully with it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty big beast of a monitor, and can't imagine getting anything bigger. It is well suited for those who have a decent sized desk and sit right up against it to play PC games. The curvature feels natural when seated in that position. Had no issues getting used to the curved screen. The picture is absolutely vibrant when viewed head on. This is meant more for gaming and web browsing than for viewing extensive video content. The only noticeable issue would be that it's base is rather weak and wobbly, and you absolutely need to provide room for the entire length of the feet, because and forward and backwards wobbling is enough to begin tipping it over, of the extreme ends of the v-shaped based are dangling over àn ledge. The center mass is definitely not low and to the back, it's up and feels like it's forward, because the edges of the curved screen are closer to you than the middle part of the screen. You need to provide table space for the entire length of the v-shaped foot.

I started with the 49 inch samsung, which was amazing, but the 57 inch samsung curve, the curve is 1000 curvituare and its next level, i love this thing, its the best monitor i have ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my monitor on a daily basis for work and for gaming. My monitor is on roughly 12-14 hours a day between work and personal gaming and I am in love with it. I recently upgraded from an older model Odyssey G5 due to a backlight issue. This thing has blown me away with the difference in HDR and with some cool added features as well. The ambient light in the rear adds a great light effect on the wall behind the monitor and gives you that LED strip light effect without adding anything extra to the monitor. I have a gas powered mount so I didn't have use for the mount that it came with but the directions were a little unclear on how to mount it to an aftermarket arm. I almost gave up until I saw an adapter that came in the box that fit the odd screw pattern on the monitor and adapted it to a standard VESA mounting pattern. Maybe I missed it but I don't remember seeing anything about the adapter in the instructions. All in All it was an easy set up after that and this thing rocks!

this new monitor is advertised as having a new version of auto source switch called "auto source switch +". well that feature doesn't work and i still have to switch inputs manually. i feel like the buttons will eventually break from me switching the inputs back and forth between my console and pc .

Only reason I'd get something else is if they made a bigger version of this with the super immersive curve this one has. This is what I wish the odyssey ark was just bigger.

I had some reservations on VA vs IPS but the resolution is great and there is not blurring even in fast paced games like pubg. Personally really like the stand tilting. The stand is a little large though so make sure you have a deep desk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's is great for gaming and viewing movies, however there are some down falls if your not using it for PC gaming some features are not available, I game on a ps5 and it's somewhat of a hassle to change the picture mode from rpg games to fps games. The. If you want to stream movies and videos you would have to go through the struggle of turning certain features off just to change the picture settings to cinema. However the 2k picture is great, and most movies and games visually are appealing. There are somethings that are lacking for instance the ps5 has recently put out the an update to help decrease the input lag depending on the the monitor it self even thou it's at 120hrz it's unfortunately not compatible with the ps5s update to lessen the input lag. Overall my experience with the product is great and I've enjoyed oled screen hopefully this review will help me and knock off 200 for the next samsung monitor specifically the odessy 9. That beast of a monitor would be a true gaming experience.

Went through 3 monitors, all had problems with either the KVM or firmware running the KVM. Each time it was just replace, replace replace, Your quality control is awful. You CLEARLY have a bad batch of monitors that need to be looked at. Complete waste of money and 1 month of my life.

I would recommend this for people who want a 4k monitor for 2025. Price still expensive for oled monitor and 4k monitor like this this not cheap. But loved the monitor for neo 7.

Like a lot of the other reviews my montiors only lasted a few months and had the same vertical dotted red pixel line on the screen and the repair/warranty process is a complete joke. Especially considering the monitors price point. Samsung customer service is also completely horrible.

I like the specs which are unmatched but have several cons/suggestions: - I have DP 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 sources connected to it and it won't wake up to another source when went to sleep on one of them. Power saving and Eco off. Have to manually wake up and select the source. - There is no way to enable auto game mode and have crosshair displayed without manually enabling it. - The wobbliest stand in the industry. Such a letdown for a premium product. I don't believe anyone actually tested it and approved, I wouldn't. If you can't engineer anything better, copy what Acer Predator has - that one is what the stand should be, even has a handy carrying loop. - Cable management is non-existent - I would rather prefer it to be flat. Less hassle with ambient lights etc. BTW Core light is a joke, makes no difference at all. Just remove it and lower the price. Overall I'm satisfied and will definitely keep it, but hope Samsung will address the software issues with a new update. Please don't procrastinate!

The viewing angle is pretty limited, so you have to be very centered to get good results. My biggest gripe is the heat this thing throws out, you can feel it radiating like a cozy fire!
