3. Promotion is only redeemable at Samsung Malaysia Official Website.

4. Promotion is applicable while stock lasts and is based on a first come first served basis.

5. Promotion is applicable to one (1) redemption per user only during Promotion Period.

6. Promotion is applicable to any mobile device on Samsung Malaysia Official Website

7. Promotion is not applicable with any other on-going promotion, nor redeemable or exchangeable for cash.

8. Promotion is not applicable to wearable and hearable, accessories, CE products.

9. Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd (“Samsung”) shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting or using and of the redemption codes/e-vouchers.

10. Samsung reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the redemption codes/e-voucher and change or amend the terms and condition at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the offer, the redemption code and/ or the e-voucher, the decision of Samsung shall be final.

11. By redeeming the redemption code /e-voucher, user agrees to release and hold Samsung and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the redemption codes/e-voucher redemption or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the ticket, or from any gift-related activity, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Samsung will not assume any responsibility or liability for the redemption code /e-voucher and Samsung expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties or endorsement, implied or express, written or oral, of the gift offered under this promotion, including but not limited to any warranty of quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, health and safety. The redemption codes/e-voucher is offered solely by Samsung under such terms and conditions as may be determined by Samsung.  Any dispute arising from or in connection with the redemption code /e-voucher offered by Samsung shall be resolved by the users directly with Samsung.
