What is the in-store pick-up process?

What is the in-store express pickup process?
1. Customer to purchase product(s)* from samsung.com/my
2. When ordering your product, select 'Store Pickup’, and choose the preferred store to complete the order
3. You will receive an email acknowledgement order when your order is received and processed by Samsung
4. You will receive an Express Order is Ready To Pickup email when your items are ready to pickup from the Store
5. Please complete the pickup within 14 days.
6. If you are unable to pickup your order within 14 days, please contact the selected store to extend the pickup duration. If you have not picked up your orders by the end of the 14th day, the store agent will contact you, and the order will be delivered directly at an additional delivery cost.
