When playing YouTube video via Chrome, sound only plays

Question

: When playing the YouTube video via Chrome browser, sound only plays and video doesn’t be displayed.
What should I do for the faulty?

 


Answer

: It’s not faulty of your device but issue of Chrome by itself.
If the Chrome version of your SM-T110 or T210R is Ver 34.0.1847.114, it may occur.
Google already know the issue and is analyzing for improved software.
Alternatively, Please check your chrome version and if it is Ver 34.0.1847.114, you should uninstall updates of Chrome. After then, you can normally play the video files of YouTube via Chrome again.


※ How to uninstall updates
: Apps> Settings> Application manager> Downloaded or All tab> Select Chrome > Select Uninstall updates
