This has to be the worst vacuum on the market. When you have it on the strongest suction, on carpet the battery lasts six minutes. SIX minutes. I couldn't believe it, so sent it off for testing as I was convinced it was faulty. Nope, Samsung sent it back (dented all over, might I add) with a helpful nod to the small print. Six minutes is all they guarantee and it by no means exceeds expectation. Definitely don't waste your money.

The Jet 75E is designed to provide enough minutes of runtime to clean your home on the MIN or MID power setting. However, using the vacuum on MAX or JET mode dramatically increases power consumption and is intended only for large, stubborn messes rather than general cleaning. We recommend using the MIN or MID settings for standard vacuuming, and this will significantly extend your cleaning time whilst still providing excellent results. We also recommend that the tubing and dust bin are clean and free of debris for best results, as blockages can consume more power as the vacuum works harder to bypass these. In general I like this machine. Good battery life. Quiet but powerful. Agile. Downsides; The plastic support sticking out of handle.It is not needed and hurts your finger. See photo. Don't let the device fall. Needs to be able to stand on its own, which it cannot with current design,leading user to leave it leaning on a chair/bed and it sliding off. Risk of damage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to try the Samsung vacuum for the first time having had various Dyson vacuums the last one being a V7 motor head plus. My new Samsung is far more effective at picking up on hard floors and carpet. On off switch is easier than Dyson trigger switch. The Samsung is quieter and very manoeuvrable. Pet tool is a useful addition. Overall I am delighted with the Samsung as it has a 5yr warranty as added bonus also it is a lot cheaper than the Dyson equivalent.

Three weeks into using this product. I've had a cheap cordless upright before, and there is no comparison to this Samsung. It's not over complicated with a ton of modes, it's just medium, high and jet mode. Does the basics which when you vacuum, which is all you really need. Great attachments that are flexible for tight corners and window blinds. It's also very light and comfortable to use. That being said, the battery life is disappointing. We live in a mid-size two-bedroom apartment, and frequently I can only do half of the apartment before having to charge to battery again. However, this may also be because of my desire to use the high and jet modes. Regardless, would totally recommend this vacuum, it's sleek, a nice color, comes with great accessories, easy to empty the dust, and does what it's supposed to do, without breaking the bank.

I bought this 6 months ago and if there was a 0 rating it would have got that. The battery lasts for only 10 mins, and it only works on the 2nd power button. Last night it fell over and actually smashed. The head broke off the rest of it. Totally the worst vacuum I have eveer had. Please do not buy one of these. And it was even the pet one. On the 5 minutes it actually worked on high power it did work for 5 minutes.

The original was brilliant right up until the point it wasn't , and it broke, and as with many electrical items, it was cheaper to replace than fix. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very light easy to use it packs a punch sucks up dog hair so much compared to my Dyson vacuum that wasn't sucking up dog hair & debris always getting blocked I was going to buy another Dyson but as soon as I saw Samsung's one I thought I give a go boy am I glad I did only one negative issue is that it's sometimes but hard to steer around corners but from that so happy I purchased it.

The cable connecting the vacuum head to the turn head is not well-designed. When vacuuming and moving the head left or right, the cable moves as well, which damages the cable after a few weeks and renders the vacuum unusable. This is disappointing, especially considering the high cost of the vacuum. The vacuum itself is powerful, but the design of the vacuum head is problematic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used Dyson, so this purchase was a gamble, but I’m more than surprised, it’s got a far more solid stick, it sucks brilliantly, it’s quieter, (my Dyson sounded like a lawnmower) and the Samsung picks up from our hardwood floors and carpet easily. We have two dogs, one a husky and he sheds fur daily, actually by the minute, so I’m pretty impressed.

I bought this 18 months ago. I am having trouble cleaning my home since. I take care of my machine. but still, it's performance is very bad. I have to pick all hairs and threads by hand. I am not sure my machine is faulty or that product is not efficient enough to have simple household cleaning ability. I will never recommend this Jet 75.

Was a little hesitant to go cordless manly because of the battery and usage before it needs to be recharged. Brought the Samsung Jet 75E which is an excellent product, first use highlighted how poor our upright Dyson was. Would really recommend this product and wont go back to corded vacuums.

I only wish it had an LED on the brush head to illuminate where you are vaccuming. Didn't need to be a laser just a small light makes a big difference when you are vacuming under artificial light.

I bought this on offer at a very competitive price, and it was well worth it. Having the dust container on top means it's easier to go underneath beds etc. Battery life seems decent, different suction modes/powers are nice to have.

I am disappointed because it does not perform its function properly. I have to use 'Max' power all the time and it doesn't pick up cat litter from the floor most of time....and it is not free standing either.

This vac really does what a vac should, especially the pet tool as our dog seems to moult all the time and the stair carpet seams to pick up most of them. The pet tool really picks up all the fur with ease.
