After much research we took a chance on this vacuum cleaner and are so glad we did! Only been using it for a week but long enough to be impressed so far. The battery still has 2 bars (out of 3) up from its first charge. It gets used each day in our 3 bed bungalow with 60% medium pile carpet / 40% laminate floors. Don’t often have to use more than minimum setting and it picks up plenty to prove it’s doing its job. I think its longevity of performance will be down to keeping the filters clean. We’ve been through the upright corded and cylinder cleaners and there’s no contest really when balancing the pros and cons. Light weight and efficient. ‘Nuff said.

Only had this product about a week but already seems a significant improvement on the previous product we owned. Much quieter than expected and cleans / vacuums really well. Have found removing, empting and replacing bin a bit more clunky than I'd expected. Similarly, changing brush / cleaning accessories doesn't come naturally. We'll probably get used to this with more regular usage. Using the power handle / inverter without a 'stick' attachment is not as convenient as other products making it a bit more difficult to use in confined spaces. However, when all said and done, very happy with our choice of this product and look forward to many years of good service.

I bought this about a month ago seams to do a pretty good job. Although have found it sometimes leaves bits behind. Had trouble changing it before I got the charger screwed on the wall. Disappointed more information was not included in box. e.g. how to put it together. Which head to use for carpet/hard floors.

The vacuum has good suction and is very sturdy. I like that there is an on/off button unlike the Dyson. However, it is too heavy. Both heads add a lot of weight to the unit. Just vacuuming the carpet for a few minutes is quite tiring. Emptying and refitting the canister/filter is not a quick process. It is very fiddly and not straight forward. It is especially difficult for seniors to use. I wish I had bought this from BingLee or Harvey Norman as they have a 60 day money back guarantee. However, I got it from the Good Guys so now I'm stuck with it.

I have always used Dyson, so this purchase was a gamble, but I’m more than surprised, it’s got a far more solid stick, it sucks brilliantly, it’s quieter, (my Dyson sounded like a lawnmower) and the Samsung picks up from our hardwood floors and carpet easily. We have two dogs, one a husky and he sheds fur daily, actually by the minute, so I’m pretty impressed.

I bought this 6 months ago and if there was a 0 rating it would have got that. The battery lasts for only 10 mins, and it only works on the 2nd power button. Last night it fell over and actually smashed. The head broke off the rest of it. Totally the worst vacuum I have eveer had. Please do not buy one of these. And it was even the pet one. On the 5 minutes it actually worked on high power it did work for 5 minutes.

Had high hopes for this, but left being utterly disappointed in the product and samsung. It is advertised as being great on carpet and yet mine stops as soon as I start on carpet! Back and forth with Samsung for 6 months and they refuse to do anything about it because technician couldn't find a fault but could not use on carpet either. Very very poor form...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to try the Samsung vacuum for the first time having had various Dyson vacuums the last one being a V7 motor head plus. My new Samsung is far more effective at picking up on hard floors and carpet. On off switch is easier than Dyson trigger switch. The Samsung is quieter and very manoeuvrable. Pet tool is a useful addition. Overall I am delighted with the Samsung as it has a 5yr warranty as added bonus also it is a lot cheaper than the Dyson equivalent.

Good value, very good suction, works well on carpet, rug and Lino flooring. It sucked up so much dust from my bedroom carpet because my old vacuum hadn’t done a good job and it’s very old (rental property). It’s got good add ons and doesn’t weigh much. Whilst I can’t get it completely under some areas, it gets the majority of places. I do find the battery isn’t great if you want to use it on max etc. it may only last 10 mins, but on medium it’s ok.

Three weeks into using this product. I've had a cheap cordless upright before, and there is no comparison to this Samsung. It's not over complicated with a ton of modes, it's just medium, high and jet mode. Does the basics which when you vacuum, which is all you really need. Great attachments that are flexible for tight corners and window blinds. It's also very light and comfortable to use. That being said, the battery life is disappointing. We live in a mid-size two-bedroom apartment, and frequently I can only do half of the apartment before having to charge to battery again. However, this may also be because of my desire to use the high and jet modes. Regardless, would totally recommend this vacuum, it's sleek, a nice color, comes with great accessories, easy to empty the dust, and does what it's supposed to do, without breaking the bank.

This has to be the worst vacuum on the market. When you have it on the strongest suction, on carpet the battery lasts six minutes. SIX minutes. I couldn't believe it, so sent it off for testing as I was convinced it was faulty. Nope, Samsung sent it back (dented all over, might I add) with a helpful nod to the small print. Six minutes is all they guarantee and it by no means exceeds expectation. Definitely don't waste your money.

Really enjoying my new Samsung vacuum. I upgraded from a cheaper unknown brand alternative and difference was obvious from day 1. The vacuum is light and suction power (after 3 months of use) is excellent. Battery power is sufficient to vacuum a small flat at least twice. All the pieces connect and disconnect easily. Charging is relatively fast and the light bars gives you helpful indication. Overall, really enjoy using the vacuum.

Very light easy to use it packs a punch sucks up dog hair so much compared to my Dyson vacuum that wasn't sucking up dog hair & debris always getting blocked I was going to buy another Dyson but as soon as I saw Samsung's one I thought I give a go boy am I glad I did only one negative issue is that it's sometimes but hard to steer around corners but from that so happy I purchased it.

The cable connecting the vacuum head to the turn head is not well-designed. When vacuuming and moving the head left or right, the cable moves as well, which damages the cable after a few weeks and renders the vacuum unusable. This is disappointing, especially considering the high cost of the vacuum. The vacuum itself is powerful, but the design of the vacuum head is problematic.

In general I like this machine. Good battery life. Quiet but powerful. Agile. Downsides; The plastic support sticking out of handle.It is not needed and hurts your finger. See photo. Don't let the device fall. Needs to be able to stand on its own, which it cannot with current design,leading user to leave it leaning on a chair/bed and it sliding off. Risk of damage.

I bought this 18 months ago. I am having trouble cleaning my home since. I take care of my machine. but still, it's performance is very bad. I have to pick all hairs and threads by hand. I am not sure my machine is faulty or that product is not efficient enough to have simple household cleaning ability. I will never recommend this Jet 75.

I found the vacuum stick worked really well and it was amazing that it collected so much dust after a few minutes of using it. You just have to tolerate that using at high speed won’t last more than 10 or so minutes because of the limitations of the battery, but I’ve heard that’s commonplace for all vacuum sticks regardless of brand.

It was between this vacuum and another well known brand beginning with D. I’m so pleased I chose Samsung. Very lightweight, good suction and easy to manoeuvre. I also bought the spinning sweeper add on which makes mopping an absolute breeze. My one criticism is the power cord to charge the battery is far too short.

the design of the charging cradle sucks. Once you mount it, you can't charge the battery anywhere else because the battery itself doesn't have a plug, it can only charge through the cradle so you can't take this to another site and take the charger with you. Other than that, fantastic unit.

Amazing suction and performance. Battery life is good for a vaccum with this much power. I only wish it had an LED on the brush head to illuminate where you are vaccuming. Didn't need to be a laser just a small light makes a big difference when you are vacuming under artificial light.

This vac really does what a vac should, especially the pet tool as our dog seems to moult all the time and the stair carpet seams to pick up most of them. The pet tool really picks up all the fur with ease.

I've had the Samsung Jet for 2 weeks and I love it, so easy to use and suction power is great. When it comes time empty the unit there's no getting your hands dirty a feature my wife and I just love

I recently purchased the Jet 75E stick vacuum. I’m happy with its performance and the included accessories. It’s nice to have a vacuum that has enough charge to complete the job in one cycle.

Upgraded from a 3 year old rose gold model which I loved but this has so much more power & smoother operation. I've found it has a longer lasting battery and 3 heads to choose from. A+++++

Quiet and light compared to Dyson V10. Seems to pickup similar amount of dust and debree. Pet tool not as good as Dyson one. Rolls effortlessly and doesn't scratch hard floor like Dyson.

Works well and seems to be good at sucking pet hair out of carpet. Only thing I don’t like is the way the dust bin empty’s otherwise a good vacuum so far.
