Had this phone for about a month and though I'm not much of a Samsung person, it's not a bad phone. However, the stylus would keep popping out and recently funny fell out and smashed to pieces and when trying to get a new one I can't just replace the one I had, I have to get the upgraded one which is going to cost me over 100. So much for the 12 month warranty🤷‍♀️

I think I lost mine after dropping the phone when getting out of my car? Unfortunately I didn't have alert me if I leave it behind turned on :>( it would be good if this feature was turned on by default? that's why I didn't give it five stars. Other than that I think it is an amazing product. I tried the alert me function, it works fine.
I recommended this product.

I too had this phone for just over a month, and the pen broke in half. I was surprised to find this comment about the pen lasting about a month. Samsung, I thought I would lose the pen before I broke it, but I was proved wrong.

Bought the S24 Ultra in Nov 24. The S pen dropped out of the phone today i.e. 28Feb25. For such an expensive phone, the S pen holder is pathetic. Not happy that the stylus would be clumsily designed.

Had the S24 Ultra for 12vmonths now. Like it so far however, the Spen keeps coming out of the phone. Lost it the other day and cant get a replacement. Very poor service.
