when this was opened up out of the box it worked fine, then a few hours later a single line came down across the screen. i was able to send it back and they didn't charge me for it which is nice. i get it back and it is working great for a week or so, then i hit the <printscreen> key on my keyboard and that line is there in the same exact spot. i checked my cables, even took a screenshot and it wasn't there in the screenshot. this was a huge disappointment for me, especially since it took 2 weeks for the monitor to come back. i can;t recommend this to anyone knowing that they might experience the same issue, either by random chance or one wrong key press.

I bought this monitor thinking “wow, 144hz will look so smooth!” What I didn’t realise is that the monitor holds on to black colours awkwardly, it leaves trails/ghosting. The only good thing is the eye saver mode. Freesync is a waste of time to implement, it doesn’t do anything to help it’s poor ghosting and trails. The whole thing is a waste of time, even if you can cram in extra frames, half the time you’ll feel like you’re not seeing even a third. Enemies will look like black blurs, and playing a horror game with lots of blacks will make it look like you have double vision. If you can, please, go save money for something better than this poor excuse for a “gaming monitor”

I use this monitor for personal video editing, school, and games. The only feature that could use a tune up is the preset picture modes, but it is easily found online what settings to use for perfect picture quality. The refresh rate is surprisingly noticeable as I can't go back to a lower refresh rate monitor haha. I would also suggest getting a monitor mount as this does not have an adjustable feature included. The built in USB port is very wonderful for my speakers aswell. This monitor has made me not want to try any other monitor brands honestly. I love it. Also, the brightness range is spectacular. Ge this monitor now!

The image looks good for a 1080p resolution. Colors take some serious tweaking to get balanced and even vaguely accurate, but can get to an acceptable range. Contrast is fine. Switching between inputs is slow and clunky, like pretty much everything using the single physical control on this monitor. Even turning it on and off is cumbersome, with just a slight movement of the joystick like button up, down, or to one side canceling the several seconds it takes to toggle power. Overall, I don't recommend this monitor. Even within the price range, a monitor with better controls and similar picture can be found.

This monitor is great. I absolutely love the high refresh rate and would recommend this as a cheap way to get a quality monitor. However, I would not call this a "gaming monitor". It has a VA panel which causes some minor streaking and some major streaking (with Adaptive Sync enabled) while playing games. Also notable: I tried mounting it with a VESA monitor stand (the included stand didn't fit on my desk), but it did not work. I had to bend the monitor arm's mount in order to get the screws to go in. I do not know if this was the monitor's fault or the arm's fault however. Overall this is a great monitor! Just don't expect to get more than what you pay for compared to higher end monitors.

Got my 24" monitor delivered yesterday. Loved gaming on it for 4 hours straight and no eye strain. Out of curiosity, I tried to dim the monitor entirely. 0 brightness, 0 contrast, and 0 colour - and the monitor is still bright enough as if it were a night light that I can still see my way around the room. My Lenovo monitor has better dimming. I'm wondering if I am just unlucky enough to have a defective unit. Also, the build is flimsy and a soft touch to adjust the monitor easily has the screen swaying side to side. Other than that, I'm enjoying Assassin's Creed on this monitor very, very much!
I recommended this product.

I love this monitor because I use it as my primary gaming monitor. I do have a secondary but I usually always turn it off so I can immerse myself in the beauty of this monitor. I love how when I play a open world game the world seems to pop out of screen and make the world seems alive. I like how you can change your color profile and save it so i can have a lower brightness "night mode" as I call it so I don't wake my wife while she asleep, although it doesn't make the game I'm playing any less vibrant. To sum it all up it's honestly a pretty amazing monitor and I would want any other.

Again upgraded from an old monitor we had for years and it's been such a difference. This is most used by my roommate because she is the PC gamer I'm more console, but I do dable in the PC world a bit. Mostly to play older games through simulators and a few games you can't get on console, but boy is it amazing on this monitor. She loves it for her more complicated games. It's also nice when you're just doing basic browser stuff like YouTube and Facebook too. Keeps it. Nice and crisp. Another 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend.

this is a great monitor for gaming, has its 144hz which is fantastic. i didn't read what it works best with. the worse part is the jog button right after the year warranty the jog button software no longer works right. up doesnt work, left works, down is right and right is down. i can get it to work after shutting down and back on, spamming the jog button, when i managed to get the button to work a reset and did find the software update for it but no go. make sure there is no jog button on your next monitor!

The resolution on this monitor is great, I bought 2 24" monitors for work. However i do use it for the occasional gaming. I have it now for about 3 years and they are still great and look brand new. No issue with my resolution and they are great for work, specially when working with a lot of data spreadsheets or coding. And it is easy on the eyes since it had settings to improve eye protection. Specially if you work and are staring at the computer all day! Would definitely recommend this monitor!

i had this monitor for just over a year before i started to notice a visual glitch. this would occur every time i turned on my computer. i have not dropped or damaged the monitor in any way and i use it almost every day. despite getting a new cable and even a new pc, i still had the same problem. i think the performance of the monitor is fine but unfortunately the durability was very lackluster and i simply can not recommend this monitor to anyone who plans to frequently use it.

i purchased this monitor last year, and now two months after the warranty expired, the bottom of the screen all of a sudden has flickering lines on start up when it has been powered off for some time! i am not sure how when or why this occurred but i think your better off buying that expensive acer one the first time rather then this and then another a year after you buy it. i do not have a photo of it right this second but as soon as i start up again tomorrow ill grab one.

I am not a gamer at all but when I saw this monitor I look good and the specs were great I cannot believe how crisp and clear and how quick the refresh rate is great is I would recommend this to anyone whether you are gaming or not because it will make everything you normally do from surfing the Web or working on spreadsheets be so much Christopher and clait's very unclear and if you're gaming then you need it but if not it's still a great monitor

this samsung monitor is a joke. stay away. they're trying to dump them. after 60 days, this went bad out of buying 4! new. screen went yellow and they tried to fix it. takes a month. still not fixed. they're customer service is another joke. they want you to waste more time trying to get it repaired a second time before they replace it. the repair facility in new jersey is another joke. they will waste your time and sell you garbage.

I use this monitor for work and for gaming. At work I am on the computer all day long looking at work orders and looking up items and such and it is so smooth and the size is perfect. I can see everything perfect! At home I use it for gaming the high refresh rate as well as G-SYNC has been a life saver while playing Destiny 2 with my friends. Definitely need a large monitor with high refresh rate if you want to competw it trials lol

This monitor was a big upgrade from my previous Samsung monitor. For gaming, the 144hz refresh rate stands out as the video is buttery smooth. The color reproduction is great, especially after calibrating the monitor. Blacks can be a little deeper as this is not an oled monitor and of course there are options with higher refresh rates. Outside of that this monitor is a great choice for anyone looking to up their gaming experience.

granted, this isn't a ultra gaming monitor, so it doesn't have amazing specs, but it's a great value for it's price. 144 hrz made a big difference. my only complaint is that the stand is kind of oddly shaped, so it has a hard time sitting flush with my desk. all the weight seems to sit at the front of the stand, so i'm confused why it goes back like 5 inches. would also be nice if there was some sort of mounting hookup.

these are good monitors and i like the different display features that it has for gaming. one thing i wish i could do is update the firmware. i bought two a few months a part and they have different firmware. the screen color and brightness don't match up so it's annoying when working off two screens. other than that i like them. i would recommend if you're buying two, buy them at the same time so they're the same.

I have been using this monitor for just under two years now, and I absolutely love it! I have not had a single issue with is while doing anything ranging from scrolling online to hardcore 12 hour gaming sessions. I couldn't be happier with any other monitor, especially as this is not too large, not too large. It is the exact size for comfortability and I would recommend this to anyone.

Got two for christmas. They perform great and hooked up to my docking station just fine. However one has started to refuse to display anything. The display light remains on as notmal and the screen will light up, but will immidiately dim and not even show the operations menu. I tried troubleshooting by unplugging everything and replugging it in which did not work..

I am a competitive fortnite player and I bought this monitor over 2 years ago and has done me good. The big problem that screamed out to me when I bought this monitor was the quality of the stand. Any flicky or fast movements with the mouse and the monitor shakes. I looked into buying a new stand but because of the odd design, you need multiple adapters (some you can only find that are 3d printed) to get it to connect to a regular adjustable stand. At that point, I would probably still have the same problem. Apart from that, solid refresh rate of 144hz, 24" in my opinion is the perfect size although unfortunately, it is paired with a slow response time of 4ms. That might sound quick but when you a semi-pro gamer or in general trying to compete with your mates and come out on top, this isn't quick enough when considering, ping, latency, input delay and frame rate. You want a 1ms response time to perform at your highest point.

This model has been a great monitor for me and my gaming setup for over a year now. I have not had any issues with resolution or picture quality whatsoever. I wouldn't complain about a little bit faster refresh rate but other than that it has been a great mid-range monitor and I would recommend it to any gamer or streamer out there.

I have the 24" CRG5 Gaming Monitor and absolutely love the vivid colors I get while gaming. The size is great for the size space I have plus, it's great for someone who doesn't exactly see very well. In my opinion, this was the perfect monitor for me to do all of my gaming on and I'm sure I'll use it for other things too.

I use this monitor weekly for a night stroll browsing the web but also for gaming too. When playing games with higher resolution, the whole thing looks so phenomenal. The frames displayed, I enjoy so much and it isn't so blurry to look at either. My eyes can be in peace with how it can also be so easily dimmed too.

I use this monitor for both work and watching movies. The screen has no lag and is very smooth. The curvature gives it a better surface area. The video clarity and is very good as is the screen refresh rate. The only drawbacks I found are it doest swivel and has no USB c port.

some of the pros for the 57-inch Samsung monitor that I really like. It's really wide which looks amazing especially when you gaming, you get that extra field advantage for productivity, you get to adjust more of your Windows programs for me I was able to have Chrome on the left and Adobe Reader on the right, it was a great experience, this being a 4k Monitor I was coming from the Alienware - AW3418DW I noticed colors are definitely a bit richer even thu to me going from 1440 to 4k it was well not too highly impressed from what others state even while having HDR turned on in that monitor, I also uploaded a picture, which fits my gaming desk and well covers pretty much more than half my new pc build haha, physically the monitor looks great and easy to install from the package videos also looked good, love high it was bright, of course, I had to reduce the brightness a little bit I guess because I was used to the AW3418DW not being that bright, love the bigger size more things to add on your windows screen.

Only issues are the bezels are thick sbd would like it too be bigger. I had gotten it from a buddy of mine and I've loved it. I used it for PC for a while but I now use it for Xbox and because it looks so good it's almost like my games get a graphical boost.

I quite like this monitor, high refresh rate, small and light design, and good for a desktop setup. The main problem is the slightly higher cost but still very satisified.

I love the clarity of the monitors they make working from home a lot easier to review data. As well gaming the graphics are very realistic and doesn't hurt my eyes.

I use my monitor for gaming and light media consumption. I have encounter issues with slight blurring but otherwise it has been amazing. Colour is very spot on.

In terms of usage, i am satisfied with the monitor. I can feel the difference with 144hz. I found detatching the monitor arm from the screen difficult.
