Firstly thank you Samsung for creating such a product that dwells into both worlds. I bought this smart monitor a few ago and I must say that it does fit in both worlds just fine. I can easily do my office work and at my free time do some gaming on the same screen. While mostly I have good things to say about this product but it is lacking in the Camera quality. I love the functionality of how the camera is attached right on top of monitor whitout any extra wires but my excitement was brought down quickly by the camera quality. Certainly there is a room for improvement and this is not a bad thing. It would have been better if camera supported 4k output.

I love this monitor! The Samsung M80D looks super sleek, and the 4K screen is really sharp with great colors. I use it for work during the day and streaming movies at night, and it handles both perfectly. The built-in apps (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) are a huge plus—basically a smart TV and monitor in one. The SlimFit camera is handy for video calls, and the speakers are pretty solid too. Also, I love that it has USB-C with charging, so I don’t need a bunch of extra cables. If you want a monitor that does a little bit of everything without taking up too much space, this is a great choice. Super happy with it! 😊

Just bought last year 14 November 2025, not even two months used. Monitor screen got a horizontal black thin line and then send it to repair. Now I don't have anything to used. Very sad and not satisfied with the quality. Hope Samsung will replaced with new and not a refurbish. Still under the warranty period.😡

I bought this monitor for my home office and I'm loving it. Images and videos are crisp, and colours are very vibrant. It has been perfect as a second monitor as well as for gaming. Aesthetically, the white monitor is just gorgeous and complements my light timber colour scheme. The audio is not that great so for watching Netflix for example, it is a bit on the tinny side. An external speaker will improve that for movie night. The camera whilst very very clever in how it is designed to fit well, the resolution is very low. It will not be a main camera if you need better resolution. I do wish it came with more than 1 HDMI port but I overcame that with a port splitter. Overall, I'm still super pleased as it performs both work and play functions very well.

I brought this monitor three weeks ago, shipping was fast. Packaging was really good, no real potential for damage during the shipping process. Surprisingly light in weight for its size. Simple plug and play set up, one update required. The app is user friendly, I can use my phone to control the screen no issues and screen mirror very easily. Picture quality is amazing, sounds is 8/10 Overall would recommend this purchsseto anyone sitting on the fence.

Okay, I'll admit it. I was skeptical. A "smart" monitor that can also be my TV and gaming hub? Sounded like a jack of all trades, master of none situation. But the Samsung M80D proved me wrong... mostly. First off, this thing is gorgeous. The 32-inch 4K screen is crisp, vibrant, and makes everything look amazing, from spreadsheets to the latest blockbuster. HDR10+ is the cherry on top, adding that extra oomph to movies and games. And speaking of games, the built-in Gaming Hub is a game-changer (pun intended!). No need to hook up a console, just grab your controller and dive into cloud gaming. It's seriously convenient. But here's where things get a little less rosy. The built-in speakers? Meh. They're fine for casual use, but if you're serious about sound, you'll want external speakers. Overall though, I'm impressed. This monitor has basically become my entertainment and productivity central. It's sleek, stylish, and packed with features. Just don't ditch your soundbar just yet.

bought this monitor whick looks great but works not that great,,light bleeding is the thing which you will never be free of with any any any samsung monitor which i am suffering from brand new monitor.. the last monitor i had samsung s9 viewfinity 5k also had a same problem.

We're very happy with it! We use it as a second monitor for the home office and it's perfect. It then doubles up as a TV for the bedroom whenever we need! The resolution is very good compared to our other monitor from another brand.

Had this for about 6-weeks. Great as both my primary monitor in the office, alongside casual viewing of streaming content. Brilliant display and enough from the speakers. Recommend if your going for a clean desktop aesthetic.

I purchased this as a work monitor due to its size and built in webcam, but it is used for more than work. Is used as a second TV for streaming or watching samsung TV. Sound quality is great, and the screen is clear.

Our new smart monitor far exceeds what we were looking for in this purchase. Amazing crystal clear viewing and incredible sound. Somehow it’s loud but can’t be heard in the next room! Very happy with this purchase.

Bought at a discount, it looks great but the sound quality from the speaker got plenty of room for improvements. A pity that the SlimFit camera cannot be used as a computer camera connected through USB-C.

Monitor is great at what it’s advertised to do. Seams to disconnect from SmartThings spontaneously but otherwise has great integration with the rest of the eco system. Grab it when it’s on sale!

I purchased this for use as part of my mobile office I have in my caravan. It was easy to set up, interfaces well and there have been no problems using it with solar power and Starlink

Using the monitor like a TV without switch on my laptop, the picture is good, the speaker isn't great and likely you will need to find a sound bar or Bluetooth headset for it.
