Do not buy this fridge. The plastics inside fell part, all cracked. Samsung did not care and wouldn't honor the warranty.

We had to have a fridge freezer that fitted the pace in the kitchen. The samsung fridge freezer that we brought with us was too tall and try as we did we couldnt make the space taller! So that ones in the garage --- I love it! So bought this one --- very different. No easy ice making, in fact the ice making tray is best suited to a dolls house --- tiny! To access the freezer you have to fully open the door to pull out drawers --- who designs that one?! The handle/pull part is so low ----- fine for children. We pull it open higher up --- never seem to use the handle part. The veggy drawer also very small. Wish I could have fitted the other one --- the best! Oh well!!

People say a fridge is a fridge, doesnt matter what brand it is and what it does, its meant to cool and freeze. Well i disagree with this. Coming from a old fridge that firstly is extremely noisy that you can hear it from the back yard and also no cooling efficency and a power drainer we decided to buy a new one and settled on a samusng smart fridge. It was a good decision. Now fridge is barely noticable in terms of noise, it has a good energy rating and its efficient in cooling. The smart features are a bonus too for the price we paid. We love our new fridge and would like to thank samsung sincerly for such a great fridge.

We’ve had this fridge (in matte black steel) for just over a month now and have been really happy with it. It looks modern and stylish in our kitchen, and even though it’s spacious enough for our family of four, it doesn’t feel oversized. One thing we noticed straight away is how quiet it is. Being able to adjust the temperature, lighting, and sound from our phone, as well as keep an eye on energy usage, are really cool smart features. The build quality feels solid, and the shelves are laid out really well, making it easy to organise and store food. Overall, it’s been a great purchase and we’re really satisfied with it.

I'm totally in love with this fridge! It's huge, the lighting is great, especially up top – it gets so bright. The light comes on gradually when you open it, which is a nice touch. The display's awesome; you can see the temp and change the alarm and stuff. It's frost-free, quiet, and works perfectly. The freezer's amazing for quick freezing. Plus, you can fold the glass shelf to fit big stuff after a party – that Samsung flexibility is killer. And get this – SmartThings! I control the lights, temp, and alarm from my phone, and it even alerts me on phone if I leave the door open.

Simple medium sized fridge that will impress any family looking to upgrade. It has a overall capacity of 427L divided between the fridge and freezer. I think it would be sufficient for a family up to 5. It already has 3 awards so you know its a fridge you could trust. It is sleek , elegant and will present as a nice addition to any kitchen. It cools food evenly inside the fridge so it wont spoil. It has strong led lighting which is great for dim kitchens. It has a reversable door design so you can adjust as needed. Freezer has 3 drawers and rapid freeze feature is eworking well.

I bought this a few days ago. On unwrapping, the front of the refrigeration door has a dent in it. Hopefully Samsung and the retailer it was bought from will be able to solve the issue. I had to accept the item as it was rather than wait for a replacement since this was an emergency purchase after my previous system had died and much food needed to be saved. The system itself appears to be working well, the fridge and freezer were fast in chilling. The freezer drawer is a good way to store and easily retrieve items.

After our other brand fridge dying after 2 years we bought this one based on out research that it saves electricity and is efficient. We also wanted a larger fridge to reduce shopping time. This fitted the budget. It suited our decor. It was spacious and has many useful features. We also noticed our electricity bill was slightly lower. Its also very quiet at night, not like our old one that sounded like an angry fridge. We are happy with our purchace ans would recommend any samaung appliance any time of the day.

Its so good buying a new fridge. I has my previous one for a long time and one day i just said to myself its time for a new one. I already have sammy tv and mobile phone so i decided to stay in the ecosystem to take advantage of the smart features the fridge offers. I am not dissapointed at all and am very happy with my choice of fridge. Its one of the larger medium sized ones in the market but the way they designed the interior shelving makes it fit more food than you think, same applies to the freezer part.

When i was ready to buy a new fridge, i jumped on a few websites to see what the market offers. When i browsed samsung i got a pop up message "Want exclusive offers? Talk to a Product & Shopping Expert now!" so i proceeded to talk to an expert. They are very knowledgable and they guided me until we chose this fridge. They even arranged a discount and told me i can have my old one sent to recycling by the samsung delivery team. So all i want to say is samsung is doing a great job and we love our new fridge.

Far more room in the fridge compared to my old Westinghouse, love the feel and colour. The bottom draw of the freezer though can't pull out far enough if the good inside are larger than the amount the door will open, (the basket is bigger than the allowance to open it), you can pull it further out but then it falls off the tracks on to the floor and has to be placed back on the rails. A bit frustrating. Still it is better than what I used to have. The recommended Freezer setting will make ice-cream rock hard, so you may want to adjust down a little. The ability to access via phone is nice, but I haven't yet figured out if I am missing something on the shopping list, it seems you just manually make a list like you do online at the supermarket. Fridge is very suprising good but i rate 4 because i find it is look smaller than 427L. It also a tiny bit noisy every now and then when compresser turn on but no much worry. My husband connect to my smart home and now we can control fridge anywhere even from work, very good idea to add wifi to fridge and very smart from samsung. It is no frost fridge , i dont see any ice anymore not like old fridge always make ice. This is good fridge and high recommend it for every body.

My kichen tiles are black and gold and cupboard doors are black .To complete the design, i bought this fridge to blend in with the background . And yes it did. Looks great in my kitchen. I am also very satisfied with the size of the appliance @ 427L and the efficiency of the cooling, freezing and preservation of out food. Its backed by a long warranty and i reckon we paid a good price with a slight discount. The delivery guys even took my old fridge to recycle it.

I have been researching for a bottom mount refrigirator for a long time within a big enough freezer to suit my narrow kitchen in my studio appartment. After using it for over a months the pros include: low maintanace as it seema to be able to adjust temp and remove excess moisture by itself, due to its enegy rating it is very energy efficiency, low matt color makes it very presentable and easy to keep clean, best price with all the inclusive features

This fridge works well for now, but unfortunately we were forced to purchase a brand new fridge, after Samsung Australia failed to support us and fix our last Samsung fridge that stopped working - claiming that there was no international warranty of products purchased in NZ. (even though it's exactly the same product). Samsung NZ asked us to bring the fridge into their service centre, which clearly wasn't going to work, given we were in now Melbourne.

I was having reservations about buying a samsung appliance. I have always owned samsung tvs and mobile phones but never an appliance. But i wanted the latest in fridge tech. This fridge had it all on paper. Smart , AI, intelligent cooling, etc. So i bought it and honestly was not dissapointed. Its a fantastic fridge, lots of space, has wifi to connect to smarter things, intelligent cooling is awesome. We have no regrets buying a samsung appliance.

So we decided to upgrade from a smaller fridge and to our suprise so much practical space in this fridge and it's so easy to store huge trays/dishes of food and of course lots of beer. Love the build quality, its so premium . Multiple family members share this fridge and there's plenty of fridge space for everyone to more or less separate their own food and drinks. With the twist ice maker, we can never run out of ice cubes so cold summer beer.

This samsung fridge is so cool because it has lots of cool features. It is huuuge compared to my last tiny one so im so excited evertime i fill it up witj healthy food and it always keeps the vegetables and fruit so krispy and with freshness. The freezer freezes super quickly which is good for the meat and chicken we buy. The drawers and shelves are organised really well and thats why we are able to fill it with lots of food. My rating is 4/5.

What i like about this fridge is that it has wifi. You can use the wifi via smart things to monitor energy usage. It also gives you real time alerts and you can even control the lighting inside the fridge, that so insane. You also get an insane 20 year warranty on the compressor, thata how confident samsung are with the fridge. We alsi like the inclusion of the ice cube compartment in the freezer so you get your ice cubes with a twist.

Fridge that suits a big family. We are a family of 4 and the boys are all big eaters. So we need a large fridge to keep full so they dont starve. I was able to fit $400 of groceries in this. And still had space. I was amazed at hpw quickly the fridge was able to chill all the groceries in less than an hour, it must be the smart AI sensing and controlling the temprature. Overall, we do recommend this for anyone with a big family.

A fridge worth every penny. I was looking to replace an old fridge that was noisy and not cooling properly and one of my best friends recommended this. We bought it based on that. What a big difference from out old fridge. No more noise. Cools very well. Its a large size. Freezer has nice compartments. It is a smart fridge however have not used the smart features yet. Its a universal fit if you have a standard size kitchen.

This is a excellenr product choice. IT has great features that fits a lot more in it that you would expect. We got this a couple of months ago and while it is amazing to look at, has lots of space and great lighting - the door is incredibly sticky - which i guess is a good thing but sometimes the force of me ripping it open makes the bottles in the door pocket almost fall out. Also HANDLES - why is there no side handle. The bottom placement of the handle would be ideal if you were 3 foot tall.

The best feature I always use is the folding shelf which helps in storing taller pots easily without completely repositioning the shelf each time. Powerful big fridge made by big manufacturer samsung electronics. Comes with 2 years warranty, we used it once and they came next day and fixed our fridge. Cooling and freezing is good. Has alot of space and shelves. Smart is helpful but not necessary. You can adjust temp zones manually. Looks like quality when compared to a cheap generic fridge.

Several deficiencies: 1) Chosen by overall height, but then discovered that it is 5 cm shorter than the upper compartment in our previous fridge. 2) The shelves are pulled less smoothly than in our previous fridge 3) We did not appreciate that the absence of the door handle was inconvenient. Wifi capability is an unneeded gimmick.

We purchased the Samsung SRL4200B less than two weeks ago during the EOFY promotion and were delighted to get it at a great price. Although we’ve only owned it for a short time, my aunt has had the same model for several years and has been extremely happy with its reliability, which gave us added confidence in choosing it. It turned out to be the perfect size for our kitchen, fitting our existing fridge cavity without any modifications. We also love the brushed black finish, which gives the kitchen a modern, premium look, while the bright white LED lighting makes it easy to find everything inside. One feature we’ve particularly appreciated is the ability to independently control the fridge and freezer temperatures using the digital display. The SmartThings app is another welcome addition, allowing us to conveniently monitor and adjust settings from our phones. It’s also noticeably quieter than our previous refrigerator, making it a pleasant addition to our open-plan living area. The interchangeable shelves and thoughtfully designed door compartments make it easy to organise groceries and accommodate items of different sizes. We also appreciate its energy-efficient operation, with energy usage clearly visible through the SmartThings app, giving us greater confidence in managing day-to-day electricity consumption. Overall, we’re very pleased with our purchase. It offers an excellent combination of style, practicality and smart features, and the capacity is ideal for our family of three. Based on our experience so far, and my aunt’s long-term ownership, we would happily recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for a stylish, well-designed and feature-rich family fridge.
