Is there any rattling sound when washing a load of clothes?
Please Note: The information on this page is for New Zealand products only. Sequences or settings will vary depending on location and/or where the product had been purchased. To be redirected to your local support page please click here.
If there is some kind of rattling sound during washing please be aware of:
- This is something that naturally occurs during a regular washing cycle. This may occur because clothing accessories (e.g. zippers, knots, buttons and similar) are hitting the bawls walls during washing resulting in some noise.
- After washing cycle is completed please check the empty bowl for unexpected items forgotten inside clothing pockets before the washing like coins, plastic toys, nails and similar.
- If you are sure that there is nothing inside the drum but the rattling sound was there during washing do test run washing with the empty washing machine and listen for any noise before you contact our Call Centre (Samsung Customer Care) to report possible fault.
