S8/S8+ not on fast charging.

If your S8/S8+ not on fast charging, then please check the following guide to see if they resolve the issue. 

Possible solution for this issue:

1 Go to settings.
2 Device maintenance
3 Go to Battery.
4 Go to Advanced settings.

Under Charging section, please check if the [Fast cable charging] is on, if it is unable to be switched on, please replace with a new Samsung fast charging cable, or contact Samsung NZ customer care.
