Please note that, if you are using an O2 eSIM with your watch, there are a few more steps you would need to take to send and receive messages correctly: 1) You need to be signed into your Samsung account. 2) The device needs to be left on and connected to WiFi. 3) Call and text on another device' needs to be activated in settings on your smartphone. This can be found under "Advanced Settings". If you experience issues with an O2 eSIM card, we recommend contacting your network provider for further assistance.
