I loved this so much, I cannot say enough about it!! I carry this with me anywhere, it's light and portable. Very easy to charge anything and most importantly charge my phone. It charges tablet for kids, and anything on the go quickly. This mama's phone is always dying and this is exactly what I needed!! I use it a lot for my kids' basketball and soccer games. It's convenient to read in the evening on my phone while charging. Convenient to have it in the office or traveling to soccer tournaments on the go. No more looking where to plug in my phone or tablet! No matter how many portable charges we have in the house, my husband always prefers this particular one for his conference calls over the phone and charging when needed his work phone or ear buds. I just may have to get another one for his birthday!! There are 2 usb ports, and on the right side there are 4 light indicators when charging or when the battery is getting low. This charger comes with a 9 inch usb-c charger. Did I mention my phone went from 23% to 100% extremely fast! Charges well and performance is fantastic! I absolutely love it and this is a must have!! Good quality device and charges itself fairly rapidly as well.

Très bon produit je veux juste dire que si les gens se plaignent c'est que il on la game à ou un autre appareil moi je c'est que j'aurais pas de soucis je l'utilise pour mon Galaxie s22 Ultra et mon Galaxie Tab s9 Ultra donc c'est appareil la sont très eaut game mais si une personne a la game A ça fonctionnera pas parce que la game A n'a pas la fonctionnalité de 25w ou 45w sauf les nouveaux game A mais sinon moi j'ai pas de soucis elle marche très bien c'est les gens qui ne savent pas comment ça marche réellement 👍👌🙂

Bonne prise en main, légère, elle charge vite mon téléphone, mais elle met énormément de temps à se charger, c'est incompréhensible. J'utilise un adaptateur Samsung et le fil fourni avec, mais rien n'y fait, elle met plus de 3 ou 4 heures à charger pour si peu d'autonomie. J'ai chargé mon téléphone 2 ou 3 fois, et pas complètement, déçu. Je ne recommande pas.

Je suis vraiment déçu de cette batterie externe, et pourtant elle charge très rapide 25W et le design est très beau et pratique... MAIS elle a un sérieux problème d'indicateur de charge. La batterie affiche 3 points lumineux sur 4 qui est l'équivalent de 40 à 70% de charge, mais une fois le téléphone branché la batterie s'éteint après 5 minutes ... Dommage j'avais vraiment l'impression d'avoir fais une bonne affaire

It's pretty good. Overall charges fast and has a pretty good capacity, if not a little bit small for charging at 25W. Build quality seems a little questionable, it looks and feels quite cheap, and it is somewhat large I'd say for being 10,000mAh, but it is at least rather slim and having 2 ports is a good bonus. This is rather slim on features, no magnets, no wireless charging, nothing like that, but that's fine as it's rather affordable. It even overperforms a little bit if you're using the battery pack to charge another device while the battery pack itself is charging, hitting a 27W output according to my laptop, which isn't bad at all, which would be pretty useful for travel if you don't want to carry a ton of power adapters, you can really just bring this and be fine. Having USB-C is handy and 2 ports is a sufficient amount truthfully. The included cable is short, but what could you really expect, I'm thankful it includes a cable at all truthfully in 2025. Overall, I like this and it handles the basics just fine. Could it do more? Probably, yes. But I can't complain at all about the functionality.

Loved it so much I bought 2! This charger charges itself up quickly and charges my devices quickly too! The smooth sides are pleasant to hold, which can be a challenge when you are a petite person. The color is brilliant as it's easy to find in a backpack or among other electronics. I had to evacuate during the recent fires and while I was grabbing things quickly the color really made the chargers easy to find. I've used this to charge up phones, an iPad, and I've even topped up my laptop on occasion. It's light weight enough to keep in a bag without weighing you down. My co-workers even borrow it to charge their iphones. Highly recommend!

J'ai acheté cette batterie externe, ça marcher nickel (charge rapide) et meme pas 3 mois elle a déjà un problème de charge et recharge. Je la met en charge, y a un petit point lumineux blanche qui clignote et 5 sec après elle est est déjà au max et quand je met en charge mon smartphone ça charge pas. A savoir que c'est ma toute première batterie externe et que je pensais avoir fait le bon choix de prendre une batterie de ma marque préférée samsung, dommage. Je vais me contenter de mon chargeur.

Fidèle à la marque, j'étais satisfait de cette batterie car elle chargeait rapidement mon samsung s24 ultra. De plus elle est compacte 3t se glisse facilement dans une poche sans prendre de place. Malheureusement celle-ci m'a lâché au bout de quelques dizaines de cycles (moins de 50). Je n'utilise pourtant que le chargeur samsung et le câble acheté le même jour. Je l'ai depuis moins de 2 ans mais achetée en grande surface je n'ai aucun justificatif d'achat.

This is a case of buyer beware! I’ve had two of these Samsung battery banks, and both have failed in the same way after only a few months use. The last one I have had since April and it died on holiday in August whilst I was charging a Nintendo Switch. I think there’s a possible design flaw or incompatibility issue as both times the battery has failed when charging a high draw device such as the Switch when the battery bank is <50% charge.

Defective Product - This product contains a design-flaw, I have had two of them that have failed in exactly the same way after only a few uses. On both occasions the Powerbank is completely dead and won't even turn on after charging a power-hungry device such as a Nintendo Switch for an extended period of time (> 30 mins) when the battery bank itself is starting to get low on charge ~25% full.

This is a great battery, it charges my S23 super quick and I can get about 2 and a half S23 charges out of it before needing to recharge the battery. As far as I know this has worked with every device I've plugged into it, cause it's a battery and it's not that complicated. The dual USB-C is great cause you can charge multiple things at once, or you can plug your phone into the battery, and then the battery into a wall. Truly revolutionary The design is nice and it's not even that large considering it's 10 Ah. Seems to be durable and the ports are high-quality. The battery level indicator and button work as expected. Overall, really nothing bad to say about it, and it was only 35 bucks.

Best portable charger with DUAL USB C PORTS!!!! All of my charging cables are USB C at both hands and often times I find myself in need of charging two devices at once. Most portable battery banks only have one type C port so when I found out about this product I immediately purchased it. The charging speeds are super fast. The I tested the capacity of the pack to see what its truly capable of. When the battery pack is fully charged its capable of fully charging my Galaxy Tab S8 from 15%. AND TOP OFF MY S21 FROM 65%!!!!!! Best battery pack on the market. And, the color is pretty cool.

This power bank works great it charges my phone very fast faster then the wall charger. The only thing I would change is to make the mah bigger or more than 10,000 because you only get about 1 mabe 2 charges if your phone is close to being dead. But in all works great.

La carga normal (con Galaxy Watch 5 Pro) y con un móvil Samsung que acepta carga rápida de 25W, se sostiene estable usando la batería externa, es decir, con estos dos equipos no disminuye a 9W/equipo/carga, lo cual es un gran aporte de eficiencia. Sería útil que en la documentación nos informe si la batería sin uso se descarga con el tiempo, en que porcentaje y bajo que condiciones. El personal de tienda no sabía si las baterías vienen precargadas, en mi caso la recibí sin carga.

Bought this about a week ago with the idea that I can charge it once and use it to power my smaller devices like my watch (which is only a couple hundred mah) however, after 1 use of charging my watch and leaving it unused for 3-4 days I come back to it dead when I need it the most. I assumed at the very least, "it's 10000mah, surely it can charge ~400 mah when low." Nope, not even. Wouldn't reccomend for anyone who doesn't fully discharge it on a day to day basis

Super batterie, belle en plus et qui à chargeait à pleine vitesse mon S21 Ultra (25W) et charge maintenant mon S23 Ultra en charge super-rapide, toujours à 25W mais sur 45W possible mais très peu de différence de temps de charge. Son câble court et plat est très pratique pour la tenir en même temps que le tél même si forcément ça fait un peu lourd. L'ayant eu après ODR pour la valeur du plus petit billet de banque existant c'est vraiment une excellente affaire !!!

Very useful to have Super Fast Charging at 20w~25w in a small and compact 10000mAh Power Bank. My other power bank achieves faster charging speeds but at 20Ah, it's bulky and more than twice the volume and weight. Samsung has done a very good job at making compact power bank. I have several of Samsung's previous gen fast charging Power banks too. They look more premium with metal chassis but I prefer the faster charging and the lighter weight of newer version.

This battery pack has let me down quite a few times. I use battery packs on my hiking trips as my brand-new Samsung S24 has a terrible battery life (lasts less than half a day if I'm on mobile data!!!!!!!!)... Anyway, I will complain about the phone later. If you fully charge the battery pack and use it immediately, it works fine - it fully charges my phone at least twice. However, if you charge it and wait for a few days - which should normally be OK, this is where things start to go weird. Even though the LED light levels show full battery status, as soon as I connect it to my phone, it never starts charging, and the LED lights - which were showing full battery a second ago - won't turn up anymore... until I jumpstart the battery by plugging it into a charger again. Samsung's quality has gone down quite a lot recently from its TVs to phones, and now to batteries...

The capacity of this battery pack is way less than the so called 10,000 mAh; And it doesn't tell you the actual Watt it can provide. Theoretically, it should at least provide around 31Wh; But connect this thing, fully charged, with an ROG ally, it can only provide ~30% battery charge, which equals to about 10Wh. Simply bad. If you expect this thing can give your phone two full charges, look elsewhere.

J'aurais aimé mettre 0. Se vide intégralement, toute seule en quelques heures... J'ai du pouvoir l'utiliser une dizaine de fois depuis son achat, depuis je ne fais que charger, vouloir l'utiliser et la trouver vide. Si encore les températures étaient extrêmes, mais mêle pas! Donc si c'est une batterie externe de bureau à laisser branchée, un peu cher le seigneur de charge 😂

I've tried several different cables, including the one that came in the box, various power outlets, and charging boxes, yet nothing works. I had no idea this was a one-time use product.

Este producto es defectuoso. El pasado martes compré la bateria, no funcionó desde el primer momento. Fuí a la tienda que lo habia comprado y me lo cambiaron por uno nuevo hoy (jueves). Lo acabo de cargar y tampoco funciona. Creia que Samsung era marca Premium, pero deja mucho que desear. Una muy mala imagen.

I received this and a 15w wall plug with the purchase of a A54, which is my second phone. Right out of the box I connected to my S23 ultra and it went from 28% to 75% in twenty minutes. I didn't think that it would work as well on the S23 ultra as the A54, but it is tops with me. Two thumbs up

There is no way to charge the power pack itself. I've had it plugged in to both ports for over a day now and it still won't charge. I've used multiple cables and blocks. Overall functions good out the box but once it runs out of juice it's nothing but a pile of junk

This cannot compare with the previous model P3300. I think this is more like a downgrade from the P3300 model. This model does not support incoming super fast charging. It only have outgoing super fast charging, making it takes more time to full charge the battery.

Excellent performance, recharges suoer-fast and charges devices super-fast also, two at once. Nice design with a quality feel. Only one negative - it comes with safety instructions and how to properly dispose of it but nothing to say how to use it! It has 2 USB-C ports, both of which can be used to re-charge the battery pack itself, to charge two other devices or to charge the battry pack itself while also chaging another device - very flexible. It obviously knows what you are trying to do and switches over according - it would be nice to have at least a little note to say that. It has one button, that presumably turns it on or off, but since the cables do that anyway, the only purpose I can see for button is to check the charge level on the 4 LED indicator. It does not come with a charger or charging cable, except for a nice short one for charging another device while on the move. A nice improvement would be to have that cable built-in somehow, to save having to carry the little cable separately and maybe lose it. Do I recommend it - most definitely! Excellent overall design and built-in 'intelligence' - just needs a little note to confirm how to use it.

I bought this one about 6 months ago as it was on offer and have had very restricted useful use from it. There are two charging points on the power bank itself but it only comes supplied with one (exceptionally short) cable so you can really only charge one item at once, unless you carry another Samsung cable around with you. There does not appear to be anywhere that you can buy the same official cables either. I mainly use the power bank to power the charger on my watches. I find Samsung official cables exceptionally fragile so I can plug in the watch charger and not move it. So far that at least has been very successful & my Watch7s charge in just over an hour. I would say that my S25 phone takes 1.5 hours, well in excess of the Superfast charging claimed, but Samsung's version of superfast charging on one of their flagship phones is abysmal really (25W!). If you have a 45W phone this will not do the job. The power bank itself takes hours to charge (4 hours at least) but at least I can get several full charges of my S25 or Watch7 from it. It also seems to get slightly warm. On the plus side it looks good & seems sturdy but those are hardly good enough reasons to choose this over any others.
