I bought this power bank last year and I haven't used it yet because I bought it for a trip. Now that I am on my way to a trip, I have been charging it regularly since two or three days ago, but unfortunately, instead of charging my mobile, it is also using my mobile to charge!!! I have another Xiaomi power bank that I have been using for 13 years, but your power bank is a ridiculous product that I couldn't even use once and I paid £38 for it.😡

The cable stopped working after only a handful of uses, and it's been less than a year since I purchased it directly from Samsung online. After spending hours on live chat and phone support, I was repeatedly transferred between teams without a resolution. Samsung seems unwilling to take responsibility when something goes wrong. It’s just a cable—likely costing them no more than £1—but they have no hesitation in letting down a loyal customer who has purchased 10 mobile phones in the past. It’s truly unbelievable. I do not recommend this product. I do not recommend buying anything from Samsung actually.

The battery pack doesn’t work - it won’t charge. I’ve tried two of them and neither works properly. I contacted support, but the experience was awful. I was repeatedly asked if I’d tried a different cable (I had), and then passed from one department to another with no real help. After the first battery pack failed, I spent nearly three hours speaking to five different people, only to be told there was nothing they could do. They eventually offered me the “favour” of buying a replacement for £1. I bought it, tried to charge it immediately, and unsurprisingly it also doesn’t work. Save your money and buy a different battery pack

Defective Product - This product contains a design-flaw, I have had two of them that have failed in exactly the same way after only a few uses. On both occasions the Powerbank is completely dead and won't even turn on after charging a power-hungry device such as a Nintendo Switch for an extended period of time (> 30 mins) when the battery bank itself is starting to get low on charge ~25% full.

Have owned this product for less than a year and it's already not functioning - not holding its charge... Gave contacted Business Support as we purchased it through our business; they couldn't help and put us through to their Consumers Dept; their Technical Support couldn't help so put us through their Consumer Sales Team, who couldn't help and put us back to Business Support and we were sent around in circles ... Although the product comes with a 12month warranty, no one at Samsung send to want to take responsibility or know how to deal with a warranty claim for this item@

This is a case of buyer beware! I’ve had two of these Samsung battery banks, and both have failed in the same way after only a few months use. The last one I have had since April and it died on holiday in August whilst I was charging a Nintendo Switch. I think there’s a possible design flaw or incompatibility issue as both times the battery has failed when charging a high draw device such as the Switch when the battery bank is <50% charge.

This battery pack has let me down quite a few times. I use battery packs on my hiking trips as my brand-new Samsung S24 has a terrible battery life (lasts less than half a day if I'm on mobile data!!!!!!!!)... Anyway, I will complain about the phone later. If you fully charge the battery pack and use it immediately, it works fine - it fully charges my phone at least twice. However, if you charge it and wait for a few days - which should normally be OK, this is where things start to go weird. Even though the LED light levels show full battery status, as soon as I connect it to my phone, it never starts charging, and the LED lights - which were showing full battery a second ago - won't turn up anymore... until I jumpstart the battery by plugging it into a charger again. Samsung's quality has gone down quite a lot recently from its TVs to phones, and now to batteries...

I've been using this product for about three weeks, but initially, I almost sent it back, thinking it was faulty. Straight out of the box, I was able to charge my phone once. However, when I tried to recharge the unit itself, it wouldn't charge. I spent three days trying, even leaving it plugged in overnight, but it still showed no charge. Just before I decided to return it, I tried a different charging cable and it started working. It seems this unit is quite picky about which brand of charging lead it will accept. Aside from that it charges my phone very quickly and is not to heavy to carry around. It would be nice if it had a cloth case to store it in once removed from the box, however that is just my preference.

I bought this one about 6 months ago as it was on offer and have had very restricted useful use from it. There are two charging points on the power bank itself but it only comes supplied with one (exceptionally short) cable so you can really only charge one item at once, unless you carry another Samsung cable around with you. There does not appear to be anywhere that you can buy the same official cables either. I mainly use the power bank to power the charger on my watches. I find Samsung official cables exceptionally fragile so I can plug in the watch charger and not move it. So far that at least has been very successful & my Watch7s charge in just over an hour. I would say that my S25 phone takes 1.5 hours, well in excess of the Superfast charging claimed, but Samsung's version of superfast charging on one of their flagship phones is abysmal really (25W!). If you have a 45W phone this will not do the job. The power bank itself takes hours to charge (4 hours at least) but at least I can get several full charges of my S25 or Watch7 from it. It also seems to get slightly warm. On the plus side it looks good & seems sturdy but those are hardly good enough reasons to choose this over any others.

Not so keen on the recycled appearance ,would have perferred the metalic aluminium look which you got a few years back,,yes this is my second 10000mAh power bank from Samsung,the first one is going strong after 6 years but I decided to buy another one and this one is FAST,getting 20watts on my Samsung 23+ at the start of the charge ,this drops as the battery and heat up but still comes in 8 to 12 watts then as the units cool a bit its back up 20 watts,,my old one is rated at 15watts max,as for the reviews about the banks failing to charge up or even discharge this are made with in built protection and holding the power bank charge level indicator button,,,the only one one the unit,,,for 7 seconds resets the power bank and away you go,,in 6 yrs i only have to do this reset twice with my old one,and as i say thats still working with no drop in performance

A nice light powerbank, I bought for fast charging my Samsung Phone and it works perfectly. Note that USB c to USB C included cable is required for this. Very little by way of indicators, but the 4 lights are accurate to the percentages quoted. After using for a full phone charge which dropped it down to 3 lights, the 3 lights are still there after 2 weeks - i.e. it holds it's charge.

It's quality feeling, well made. Colour is bland. Chargers super quickly, about 2 chargers for large phone batteries. Was on sale, wouldn't have paid full price. Used with s21 ultra.
