The water tank is not the easiest thing to refill as there is a shelf right above it, you need to use a long neck bottle. Also the ice cube try feels like a quick after thought, it takes up most of a freezer draw because of the awkward size, the cubes are tiny & its really hard to refill without spilling everywhere. The Vegetable crisper draw on the right side does not side out if you have the left door closed due to the door sealer being in the way which is inconvenient. Over all it seems like a good build and sturdy to do the job but would sure get a different model next time.

I love the connectivity piece, the way my calendar syncs, I can see notifications on my fridge to tell me my washing and drying are complete, the kids have their spelling lists on the fridge along with a note about what they have on which day at school. I love the space, the way the shelf slides back to allow for tall bottles and the way I can use the drawer for wine, meat or deli by changing the setting on the display panel. Shopping lists sync’d, recipes at my fingertips and did I mention the space! Ample room in the massive freezer drawers. Love having filtered water on tap and the ice machine works seamlessly. So far so good, love our Samsung family hub. It’s quiet also.

Have always had a standard single door white fridge but decided to upgrade to something bigger. Didnt want a plumbed version but having the water dispenser is handy. Love the amount of space in both the fridge and the freezer. Has an ice tray gadget in the freezer but removed it as we have an ice maker so you get a whole shelf back. Quiet compared to our old fridge and I like that the back is enclosed ( no exposed elements). No more sneaking into the fridge unnoticed as it beeps on opening. Nice design and looks appealing. Can’t fault it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was bought to replace a 17yo Siemens American-style fridge freezer which finally gave up the ghost. On the most positive note, it has a smaller footprint and yet far more storage - the fridge compartment is positively cavernous in comparison to the old one! Loads of capacity for everything, and the double-door style is really flexible. As a core product, it’s great. However, there are a couple of design considerations that are why I’m marking this down. First of all, it’s shipped with some REALLY adhesive tape holding the internal shelves and drawers in place. This leaves marks on all the glass, and worse, it’s pulled off some of the print on the main fridge shelf. Not enough that I’d return it, but enough that I know there’s cosmetic damage there which I shouldn’t have on a brand new appliance. Second, the fridge emits a high-pitch trill every time you open the doors. (But not the freezer.) I have no idea why. Unfortunately, this is high-pitched enough that it is causing our dog stress every time we open the fridge - and I had no appreciation for just how much we use the fridge until now! Every time we open the fridge it sets the dog off barking and running away to hide. AND THERE IS NO WAY TO TURN THIS UNNECESSARY NOISE OFF. To be crystal clear: this is NOT the “door have been left open too long” alarm. This is a trill within the 1st second of opening the door. Every single time. For this reason I would recommend if you’re a dog owner you look elsewhere for a product that does not have this feature. It’s a shame as otherwise the overall performance of the product is great, it looks fantastic in the kitchen, and it’s just what we needed. However, Samsung need to review some of the packaging and performance aspects of their product design for this to be a truly outstanding product.

Upon opening it, realised that there were a few dents around the refrigerator. Unfortunately, samsung was not able to do anything about it as it was purchased few months ago. The design is simple, however, the shelvings are not high enough to stand a standard 1L soft drink upright in the middle of the fridge, need to also remove some shelvings on the side to fit it in. it is cold enough and really like the samsung sound

The autofill pitcher inside the door is great for getting filtered water. Automatic Ice maker has two sizes for ice block and is very quiet. The fridge temperature indicator is just inside the front of fridge door making it very easy to read. Also has plenty of room inside. The best of all is that the plumbed water filter is located INSIDE the fridge for easy access.

But before you buy this fridge, check what you want to put in it. The only place tall items can go is in the bottom of the doors, everything else you have to lay done on the shelves. Yes milk bottle and we all know how unreliable the lids are. I will hate this fridge till it gets replaced.

Love the double doors, makes it easy to see what's inside at a glance. You can't open the drawers with just one door open and the water tank is small but leaves plenty of space in the door whereas a plumbed fridge or larger tank would take up valuable space. Looks really sleek and thought we wouldn't use the fast freeze function but after running out of ice at a party it came in really handy!

None of the brilliant featers of the last, I miss the water&cubed and crushed ice dispenser. The ice maker included overflows, the cubes are tiny and impossible to remove. Tiny freezer, not enough room to hold bottles vertically so juice/milk spills on shelf.

The listed height is incorrect. Whilst the hinge height is correct there is a mounted computer module that sits approximately 15mm higher than this and it will ruin your experience. I can not use this product due to the listed specs being incorrect.

Great fridge, love the french door design. Only thing that lets it down is the manual ice maker. 4 star as Its useless at flipping the ice cubes out.
