Fridge operates great but I do question the design. The water tank is not the easiest thing to refill as there is a shelf right above it, you need to use a long neck bottle. Also the ice cube try feels like a quick after thought, it takes up most of a freezer draw because of the awkward size, the cubes are tiny & its really hard to refill without spilling everywhere. The Vegetable crisper draw on the right side does not side out if you have the left door closed due to the door sealer being in the way which is inconvenient. Over all it seems like a good build and sturdy to do the job but would sure get a different model next time.

Overall everything seems to work more or less since we got it a month ago, and we are overall happy with it. A few niggles to consider... the fingerprint resistance is just a gimmick, its no better then the stainless fridges of the 90s. The ice tray is useless and just takes up space. The water container in the door is next to useless because it's so small, and it's hard to fill. the flap between the doors is a bit flimsy. Do Not try to open the left door using it, and it gets in the way of opening the right crisper. So I say this is form before function I that it looks good but is just ok as a fridge. I'm not unhappy with it but probably wouldn't buy it again.

This fridge is so amazing I wish I’d bought it earlier. I love the connectivity piece, the way my calendar syncs, I can see notifications on my fridge to tell me my washing and drying are complete, the kids have their spelling lists on the fridge along with a note about what they have on which day at school. I love the space, the way the shelf slides back to allow for tall bottles and the way I can use the drawer for wine, meat or deli by changing the setting on the display panel. Shopping lists sync’d, recipes at my fingertips and did I mention the space! Ample room in the massive freezer drawers. Love having filtered water on tap and the ice machine works seamlessly. So far so good, love our Samsung family hub. It’s quiet also.

The listed height is incorrect. Whilst the hinge height is correct there is a mounted computer module that sits approximately 15mm higher than this and it will ruin your experience. I can not use this product due to the listed specs being incorrect.

Have always had a standard single door white fridge but decided to upgrade to something bigger. Didnt want a plumbed version but having the water dispenser is handy. Love the amount of space in both the fridge and the freezer. Has an ice tray gadget in the freezer but removed it as we have an ice maker so you get a whole shelf back. Quiet compared to our old fridge and I like that the back is enclosed ( no exposed elements). No more sneaking into the fridge unnoticed as it beeps on opening. Nice design and looks appealing. Can’t fault it.

i bought this product for my new place few months ago, finally able to open it last month. Upon opening it, realised that there were a few dents around the refrigerator. Unfortunately, samsung was not able to do anything about it as it was purchased few months ago. The design is simple, however, the shelvings are not high enough to stand a standard 1L soft drink upright in the middle of the fridge, need to also remove some shelvings on the side to fit it in. it is cold enough and really like the samsung sound

I love this fridge freezer! I can fit platters in the fridge section and although the two freezer sections are quite narrow, this is why I bought it - I don't freeze huge joints of meat! It's quiet and efficient. Only downsides (not that I expect these to be improved for this price) would be having to remove a shelf to fill up the water cooler and the finish on the door s- they definitely show fingerprints. But then, what doesn't! I've had it for a month now and really pleased with it.

I purchased this fridge in March 2022 and I am very happy with all aspects of this fridge. The autofill pitcher inside the door is great for getting filtered water. Automatic Ice maker has two sizes for ice block and is very quiet. The fridge temperature indicator is just inside the front of fridge door making it very easy to read. Also has plenty of room inside. The best of all is that the plumbed water filter is located INSIDE the fridge for easy access.

The fridge is quiet, and keeps the food cold. Temperature setting appear correct, and the freezer does what it's supposed to. But before you buy this fridge, check what you want to put in it. The only place tall items can go is in the bottom of the doors, everything else you have to lay done on the shelves. Yes milk bottle and we all know how unreliable the lids are. I will hate this fridge till it gets replaced.

I bought this fridge for my finance as we moved to a new apartment. We had limited space and it fits perfectly and she loves water dispenser. Power cool & power freeze along with large capacity and big door bins makes storage and entertaining convenient. It also comes with twin cooling helping us keeping our food fresh for long. Flat doors and recessed handles give our tiny little apartment a modern fresh look.

Appliances Online were efficient and helpful as always. The fridge itself is wonderfully bright inside when you open the door, the doors themselves feel very sturdy, strong and airtight. It is so much quieter than my previous fridge and with the French doors everything is so much easier to access. The water dispenser is quiet (no pump) and easy to refill. Overall I love it!

I chose this model very early in my kitchen design process therefore it fits the space perfectly. I love the layout inside both the fridge and the freezer, I love the deep door shelves. And the grandkids love the water dispenser :) The fridge seems to keep fruit and veg crisp and fresh for twice as long. Couldn’t be happier

Nice fridge but being use to a two door it is a bit of a challenge getting use to the four doors. Freezer is not as big for larger items than we thought. Looks great, water dispenser is great and keeps a good temperature than our previous fridge. Good fridge for value.

I purchased a similar premium grade Samsung french door 2 drawer refrigerator in 2014 the fridge started icing up in 2018 which I have been told is due to a refrigerant leak, in 2021 both fridge & freezer failed completely ie started failing after 4 years. The Samsung premium service team kept me waiting for approx. 3 weeks after many calls due to disconnection dropouts when placed on a 3-5minute hold as they cannot answer a question without technical advise regardless of the question put to them. Then you are required to go through the entire process again and again, Samsung state they require your number in case of dropout, so they can call you back but they never do. This appears to be a ploy to frustrate customers until you give up. In the end the verdict is you have a paperweight you need to throw out as it is out of warrantee as it started failing after 4 years. Extremely poor service Samsung, I would be very hesitant to purchase another Samsung product due to this very poor customer service & product fail.

Good fridge and freezer. Looks very stylish. Quiet running and seems to work efficiently. The water tank is small and is positioning in a spot which means realistically the top shelf can’t be on that door, so that’s a bit frustrating. Otherwise a good fridge.

I bought this just over a month ago and wow I should have done it years ago. Keeps my food super fresh, looks great in my kitchen and I love how I can fill the water dispenser up with water myself (or wine during a party I'm hosting ! haha). Thanks Samsung !

Really happy with our new fridge, very stylish, fits nicely in my new kitchen. Might get a bit annoyed with the 'bing-bing' sound everytime you open a door - certainly can't sneak a piece of chocolate late at night without the rest of the family knowing ;)

Very happy with the fridge, fits my recess perfect and does what it's supposed to. Only loses a mark because the ice tray is useless. Extremely fidgety and messy to get ice in and holds hardly any ice. I just swapped it out for normal ice trays.

We now have 2 Samsung fridges. This is our overflow fridge. The inbuilt water is a great feature. Size, appearance and format in the fridge is great. Only drawback is the smaller freezer format with 2 doors and smaller boxes drawers.

Purchased 2 years ago has been a good fridge/freezer. Water dispenser is great for the kids saves opening the fridge. Had a problem 2 months after purchase getting hot technician from samsung came and rectified swiftly

I bought this fridge a month ago, and its been good so far. worth the money. However I think the finger print is still visibile and the design of the place opening for filling water for the cooler is not done right.

A big upgrade from my previous tiny and loud fridge. Looks great, runs quiet, temperature is easy to set, quick cooling times, keeps everything fresh, no need to attach any plumbing. No complaints.

Best fridge we have had so far. Last one was always running noisely and that was supposed to be a good brand F& P this runs rings around it if there was a olympic fridge this would win GOLD

First time buyer for a fridge with 4 doors and we have found it very practicible. As well the fridge looks good is quiet and efficient . Would go this way with Samsung if I was buying again

This fridge has amole space. I like the partitions on the freezer area. You'll need to make sure that the water tank container is fitted properly so water wont drip from the dispenser.

Moved house and current unit (910) would not fit so had to consider 800 + unit. Samsung offered a little additional freezer capacity so that's what I purchased. Can't fault the unit.

Its a great fridge, it actually holds all of our frozen shopping - most other freezers just hold the ice-cream but this one can take the lot. Helps a lot for meal prepping.
