Can I get a refund for a Galaxy Theme?

Usually, a theme purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded once the download begins. If the content you purchased is different from what has been indicated or advertised or if it is implemented in a different way than what was specified in the terms and conditions, you may cancel the sale within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

Please refer to the following precautions regarding subscription withdrawals or cancellations:

• When a consumer withdraws, cancels, or terminates a purchase contract, the interest rate for the refund period shall be in accordance with the statutes of the relevant laws (Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.).

•  The contents of the products submitted to the Galaxy Store are registered by the seller. Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. only provides the broker agent system and is not responsible for product content or registration.

• If a minor wants to purchase an app, the consent of their legal representative is required. If a transaction takes place without the consent of a legal representative, the minor or legal representative may cancel the purchase.

• Matters regarding exchanges, returns, guarantees, and handling of consumer damage compensation shall be governed by the appropriate content user protection guidelines, except as specified in the terms and conditions and product details.
