How to replace a BESPOKE refrigerator door panel

How to change a BESPOKE door panel

Removing or assembling the door panel on your own may result in product damage or personal injury. Purchase a new door panel at a Samsung retail store or on the Samsung website, and an authorized installer will install the panels for you. We recommend that you contact the nearest Samsung retail store or Samsung website so an authorized installer can install the panels for you.

How to detach the upper door panel

Step 1. Remove the retaining clips on the upper door panel.

Step 2. Attach the suction cup on the top of the upper door panel.

Step 3. Slowly pull the suction cup forward to pull out the upper door panel. Be sure to support the bottom of the panel with your hands so as not to drop it.

How to detach the lower door panel

Step 1. Remove the retaining clips on the bottom of the lower door panel.

Step 2. Attach the suction cup on the top of the lower door panel.

Step 3. Slowly pull the suction cup forward to pull out the lower door panel. Support the top of the panel with your hands so as not to drop it.

Note: 

  • Be careful not to injure yourself during disassembly.
  • Be careful not to scratch or damage the door panel during disassembly.

How to assemble the upper door panel

Step 1. Place the top panel into the groove along the bottom of the top door.

Step 2. Press the edges of the panel in to secure it.

Step 3. Insert the three retaining clips on the top of the door panel.

How to assemble the lower door panel

Step 1. Place the bottom panel into the groove along the top of the bottom door.

Step 2. Press the edges of the panel in to secure it.

Step 3. Insert the three retaining clips on the bottom of the door panel.

Note: Ensure there is no gap between the panel and the door and the retaining clips are fully inserted to prevent the panel from falling off due to external forces.
