Displayed information codes on my Samsung microwave

An error code displayed on your Samsung microwave means that there are some problems restricting your microwave from operating correctly or safely. Most information codes for microwaves usually require verification by a technician. However, there are some information codes that you can fix yourself before contacting the Samsung service center.

Please check the table below and try the suggestions.

Action

C-20 / E-21 / E-22

The temperature sensor is open or short.

Unplug the power cord of the microwave and contact the Samsung service center.

C-A1 / E-A1

This code appears when the microwave fails to sense the damper to open or close for 1 minute.

Unplug the power cord of the microwave and contact the Samsung service center.

C-F0 / E-83

If there is no communication between the main and sub MICOM.

Unplug the power cord of the microwave and contact the Samsung service center.

C-21 / E-24

 

This code appears when the microwave temperature is high.

In case the temperature rises over the limit temperature during the operation of each mode. (Fire sensed.)

Unplug the power cord, wait long enough for it to cool, and then restart the microwave.

C-F2 / -tE- / -TE-

Abnormal communication occurs on the touch key.

 

Press “Stop” to try again.

C-d0 / -SE- / SE

The touch key was pressed for more than 10 seconds.

Unplug the power cord for and clean the button. (Dust, water)

If the same problem appears again, contact the Samsung service center.
