[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this smart tv on 6/8/2026, I’ve never owned a Samsung TV before. I’ve had other Samsung products, I know that this is not the highest end as far as cost, BUT everything is phenomenal in the tv. My only complaint is the remote is very difficult to operate for the volume up and volume down. It does not work very well so I have to use my phone and that’s not always convenient. I’m hoping to find a physical universal remote for this TV but other than that, I have no way to connect my cochlear streamer into the tv as it’s missing the white/red cords in. It’s not a huge negative, but in order for me to hear through my calculator better that streamer needs to be able to be hooked up to the TV and since there are no, I guess they’re called holes or cord inserts where you press the little round thing into the yellow, sometimes a yellow, white and red there’s nothing there I can do but as far as the picture of the clarity and all that so far, I love it I might even buy a smaller one for my bedroom same model everything I wouldn’t know it wasn’t high-end, except for the fact that I paid for it

I have had many t v s over the years fifty five inch up and I have never felt or handled the t v that was so lightweight at this size. It's so easy to set up and move if needed. Next, Right out of the box, the setup was extremely easy and I even used the SmartThings app.\nAs this was the first t v I ever tried it with. Within 2 minutes, it was not only set up in all my accounts were there, but everything was signed in and it even set up the TV just like my projector and my other t v! Next, I have seen great image quality on products from this brand but this one takes the cake. The blacks were much deeper.The colors were more vibrant , and I even had to tone down the brightness , because the t v itself would light up my entire living space in the evening and it was almost too bright. When?\nSmooth, TV's first came out versus tube TV's.I remember my eyes having to adjust to a great picture quality versus when I was used to. And this is almost the same. There is a difference vs even my led 4k tv. Next, sound on t v's like this have always been hit or miss. On my older models, I would have to change the soundtrack to 2.1 channel versus 5.1 channel just because scenes with a lot of action would be too loud but scenes when people talk would be too soft. Not only does this alleviate that , but the sound actually seems to come from certain sides of the t v , depending on where the dialogue is or the action is , which is very clear to understand but it also seems like the sound moves with the scene! Lastly, I was very skeptical about using AI on a TV.But after trying this out , it's just like using a I on the phone only it's tailored to images, movies, music and videos. I gave the AI several task of finding pictures.Short clips, movies and even things that I knew the title of but just described a part of a scene to see if it would find it and it never missed! Very well made tv!

The sound and picture quality are superb. The sound alone is amazing at 9 it sounds perfect, and that was just during set up. Once we started to watch TV it was even better. The sounds and picture are amazing. Even watching old episodes of a tv show from the early 2000s. The colors are vibrant and theater quality. Watching new shows bring out the same quality and the colors are even better. Can’t wait to try out some of the other smart features. Only real issue is where the power plug goes in back of TV, had to take off mount to put in the plug, other than that set up was a snap.

This unit provides brilliant colour, brightness and contrast making our viewing, particularly the sports, absolutely spectacular. Audio clarity is quite remarkable and we have it coupled with a Samsung Sound Bar to further assist with my declining hearing. The miniaturised remote is taking a a while to get used to …. a little different than our previous Samsung model. Set Up was very straight forward thanks to the software on screen prompts. Obviously every price margin has its up bur also its downs. The lower RAM/Memory does make for a big of a laggy experience, but de-bloating the TV, such as removing extra software/apps that I do not use, seems to help. I just got this today, and will probably keep it. When more income or possibilities (cough* promotion cough*cough*) come along, I will consider getting an OLED instead. For now, this will do!

Our older unit was a competitor's product, and it was clear that we had made the right choice. Out of the box, it easily wall-mounted to the kit we had (after adjustments) and was easy to hang. Once it was powered on, the setup was easy and straightforward. Signing into apps couldn't have been easier, and connecting to the SmartThings app was a breeze. The colors are saturated even in dark lighting, and the sound from the unit is great without additional soundbars. Additionally, the user interface is easy to use and was easy to adjust to (again, from another brand's formatting). Very happy with this purchase and look forward to enjoying movie nights snuggled up in bed.

First, the sound quality really stands out. I wasn’t expecting much from built-in speakers, but this one is surprisingly full and clear. Dialogue comes through crisp, and it has enough depth that I haven’t felt the need to immediately add a soundbar. The picture quality is generally very good—bright, sharp, and easy to see even in a room with a lot of natural light. It handles daytime viewing well, which was important for my setup. That said, I’ve had a harder time getting the color settings just right. Depending on the content, tones can look a little off or overly saturated, and it takes some adjusting to find a balance that looks natural. I also experienced an occasional screen glitch where part of the image briefly distorts or shifts horizontally. It doesn’t happen constantly, but when it does, it’s definitely noticeable and interrupts the viewing experience. On the plus side, the TV itself looks sleek and modern, and setup was quick and easy. Overall: great sound, strong brightness and clarity, but color calibration and occasional screen issues hold it back a bit. If those were ironed out, this would easily be a top-tier experience. I did contact Samsung and they were able to help me resolve my problems! They were very helpful and nice!

The TV is fine, the setup took me over an hour. I had to download the app, check off all the disclosures, figure out how to hookup my Roku. The remote is one of the worst I have ever seen. I kept hitting the mute button trying to figure out the volume control. Does have a pairing option on the setting for other remotes, I had to go onto google to find the codes for the remote to pair up manually. The TV took to long to go thru the menu to set up the additional services in the app. A nicer remote would not cost that much to include. I haave bought 6 TV in the last year and I didn't have this much trouble with LG. You need to fix this problem. The App doesn't even have the Samsung logo.

The first thing that I noticed was how bright the picture is. We get a lot of daylight in the room, and the TV still looks great without having to close the blinds. viewing angle is also really good and you can stand anywhere in the room without odd colors. My kid streams shows on it constantly now that it's summer and I also have watched several games and movies without any complaints or gripes on picture quality. Setup was straightforward and only took a few minutes. The Tizen menu is easy to navigate and we were able to jump right into streaming apps after an easy wi-fi connection setup. I was, as usual with wall-mounts, expecting to need a soundbar, but we don't with this set. Overall feels like a very premium TV. I also paired it with my SmartThings app and I can use that app to see my laundry, dishwasher, fridge and now TV! If you are looking for a 55in LED TV, please consider this model when shopping. Solid TV for our family usage.

It was agiven to her husband Peter as a promotion by Optus. It was delivered to her address on the 19/5/2026, her husband has dementia and now is in a home care facility in Brisbane It worked perfectly for 6 days the viewing was really great, I've never had a television this big before, but it hasn't been working since. It was brand new still in the box unopened. When I turned it on, on Monday 6/07/2026 I had sound but no picture. I have filled out a statutory declaration and given all other information I have access to. Samsung Australia. So yes I was enjoying it very much.

I've been using the 43-inch M70H for both everyday entertainment and gaming, and it's exceeded my expectations. I use my Switch 2 on it and boy does this TV absolutely deliver! It's incredibly crisp detail partnered with the sound quality make it an undefeatable asset in my home. The Samsung TV has a nice picture. There is no Manuel to make things easier to setup. The remote control is undesirable at best, it is rather difficult to traverse the screens. Moving through the settings is a quest that could be easier. I was setting this TV up to watch with an antennae, this took awhile to figure out. I wanted to add an app that was not preloaded and unable to load it. I did have another remote to make things easier. If I had known this tv was not user friendly I wouldn't have bought it. should I buy another TV I will probably buy a better Brand.

Enter the Samsung 55” M70H Mini LED in 4K Set up was super easy. The set is extremely light. Overall, it took less than 15 minutes to complete. It was like a brand new experience watching our favorite shows and movies. The sleep function is also helping improve our sleep function and quality of life. To keep it simple, I’m outlining our pros and cons. Pros * Vibrant color. You can change the mode, I personally like the movie theater setting. * Budget-friendly price point for mini-LED technology. * Samsung software updates all downloaded through their Tizen operating system. * Love how you can hook everything into your Samsung smart app. * Decent audio performance. Cons * There can be screen glare in brightly lit rooms. It wasn’t distracting for me, but my hubby noticed it frequently. * No direct voice control. * Occasional lag during smart menu navigation or movement between apps. * Sound could be better, but it’s good overall. Overall, this is a great buy. The price point is extremely reasonable and we may officially be a Samsung tv household.

I would NOT recommend the QR for set-up is was absolutely a mess, it even changed my Samsung Note phone when it was scanned. I had reset the TV and start over. 2. The Mini LED M70H 4K is the worst because of the operating system/menu. It is not intuitive, not even close. It took two days to find some of the menu's and sub menu's and 10 days later have not found all of them. I would have returned it, but It would be a hassle to un-mount it from the the high adjustable bracket.

I replaced a Samsung plasma TV from 2011 with a new 50” miniLED. The streaming quality and reduced glare were worth it. I wanted to stick with Samsung because my last TV had such longevity (still works perfect, I was just ready for a Smart TV). The set up was pretty easy to walk through. As this is my first Smart TV, the interface could be a little overwhelming at first. It’s quick to load apps and easy to delete those I don’t need from the menu to simplify the choice a bit. Very happy with my purchase.

The downside is the interface, the menus, loading and moving through the TV itself, it seems slow compared to other Samsung TV I have from 6yrs ago. Not sure if this is a problem many other may notice or highlight but I think it deserves attention. Overall I do recommend this TV just need a few improvements on the Tizen platform.

You went backwards and made the it worse than model above.

I have always loved my Samsung TVs. This one has a great picture, sound, and connect-ability. The remote is easy to learn to use, and closely resembles the Amazon fire stick. The only thing I had trouble with was there was no quick connect for my ear phones, or the optical sound cord from my old TV. Once I ordered the parts I needed for HDMI audio out I solved the problem except for speaker turning off when the TV shuts down, and needing turned back on in settings when TV restarted. Really liked mini LED Picture.

We bought this television about 2 weeks ago and we were blown out by the contrast. The colour's really pop and it seems like your watching in 3D. Which your not, but that is an amazing picture. We had a 55" curve Samsung that we enjoyed, but was too big for our viewing area. So we downsized and I have been noticing the mini leds coming on the market. I didn't expect it to be so pin point. The set up was really easy and set it up to my phone through smarthings. I would highly recommend upscaling to the new mini leds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high expectations that this model would be an improvement over my previous 14 year old 55" Samsung LED non HD TV which had a very sharp and clear picture, I read some reviews which stated that the picture was sharp and clear but that it was lacking in dark black scenes. assuming that 14 years on form my original Samsung I would see a massive improvement in screen clarity and sharpness especially with this TV being 4K enabled I was sorely disappointed, I was so disappointed that I wanted to return the TV for an exchange to a different model hover the dealer was going to only refund 50% of the cost. I have adjusted the settings to get as clear a picture as possible but to be honest my old TV which still works gives a far superior picture, I would not recommend this TV.

The sound keeps dropping. I’ve been on forums, googled, restarted, reset, checked connections, ran the sound test, you name it and nothing gives. Looks like I will be removing it from the wall mount that I had such a fun time putting it up on and returning it. I tried to connect it to my sound bar too, but wouldn’t recognize my bar on Bluetooth. I have a cable to connect the two but that’s not even an option with this tv. I have so many other things I need to do - messing with this tv is beyond frustrating.

Some things I still have to work out, like on YouTube I can't find how to see the comments on videos. I've connected the TV to my phone and find it easier to navigate YouTube from there, then watch it on TV. The colour and brightness is good but anything would look great after updating from my 17 year old Samsung 32" TV. All in all, I'm happy so far.

We upgraded from a 60" Samsung to this 75" Samsung as my wife's eyesight isn't what it used to be. She loves the new TV. Great color, good brightness and very responsive. One of the things I liked about it is the two different locations where you can insert the legs. This allowed us to keep our existing TV stand as one of the locations where the legs are inserted was only about 2" wider than where our 60" stood. Overall a great investment.

The picture is clearer and sharper and up-scaling to 4K through our AV Receiver via eARC rather than optical is great; even the Wii has better clarity once the screen resolution was set. The picture is fine but the controls are real sloppy. Still having problems finding channels and networks. Took hours to remove , shut off, voice . My old Samsung worked just fine. This one is a nightmare with hundreds of options which make no sense. Changes to connections is a real hassle. The old Samsung was a plug and play. No longer an option, now everything must be compatible but finding out compatibility is unrealistic.

I like some of the new features like streaming games, connecting any controller. Mostly watch movies. Picture is Good my last tv was like 10 year old Sony still works. This one has a brighter screen. The only problem I have so far is streaming the meta quest 3 to it isn't working. It pulls up acts like it is then doesn't work. Great color / contrast, and the menus pull up with about 2 second delay. This is the only upgrade ive had in 10 years so it seems good in uniformity.

I love the TV. Great picture. Had one problem. The TV would not turn on one morning. It was less than a week since it was installed. I watched some u tube videos and read the manual. A popular fix was unplug the tv from the outlet and hold the power button for 30 seconds. That worked. It's been fine ever since but am worried it will happen again. I have no idea what the permanent fix is .

I have just added my fifth Samsung TV monitor to my household. Absolutely love it! The best one in my house. All the praise about the Mini LED technology is true. Picture clarity and color are both awesome. Setup was a breeze with the remote, and the Samsung easily identified my other devices, including DTV, so the Samsung remote controls all of the devices. Set up took quite a while, and while the setup assistance was fairly good, a good deal of tweaking had to occur after. The silliest thing was the insistence that the TV went to Samsung TV upon turning on the TV each time. I had to use online let to figure out how to turn that off and go the HDMI 1 instead. The remote has too few features and is far from intuitive. That said, the picture is great with good brightness and color. A good value for the price.

This is a fantastic TV. It has a great range of brightness that allows me to have it dim enough for night use while being more than bright enough to use during the day as well. The clarity, accuracy of colors, and contrast are fantastic (I pair to this TV for some work projects where color accuracy are very important). I swear the resolution is better than claimed, or at least is better than my normal computer monitor which has the same pixel density.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Samsung UA50M70HAWXXY mini led TV as a replacement for our 5 year old failed TV. It has been a pleasant surprise to now be viewing a television that has great sound quality, displays strong vibrant colours, starts quickly and switches between channels and Apps quickly and seamlessly. The display is also comfortably visible in our bright living room and subdued evening lighting. We would highly recommend this Samsung model television.

Humongous fan of samsung products & brand. Great value for this tv. Speakers and sound quality could be better. I understand i didn’t pay for the 1300-2k quality but i have a 46 inch qled tv from 2012 that has better quality than this 2026 samsung tv and i dont think that should be possible without questioning technology’s innovation and growth. this is my second submission- this tv i am satisfied with but i should’ve paid more for a better model.

The picture quality is not satisfactory. There is stutter and the picture is not that great. Took weeks, with alexa’s help, to get it to mate with the fire cube, and then the new fire pro remote, There are many comparability issues. This is supposed to have amazon fire built into it. there is something called “ Bixby” AI, that does not function well

The picture quality of this TV is fantastic. It is very bright and suitable for any room, even with windows and lots of daylight. The only thing I don’t like about it is the whole Samsung “SmartThings” interface. It’s not real intuitive, there’s a whole lot of lag time when using the app, some features are just not usable. The remote isn’t a whole lot better. I plan on plugging a ROKU into it, which will make the setup just right.
